Alles Top👍👍😁

Das Hotel war ganz gut. Hat alles gepasst. Die Lage war super gut. Man konnte fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichen👍. Alles Sauber und Ordentlich.

Ein Wasser Kocher könnte noch ins Zimmer als Ausstattung hinzugefügt werden. Aber sonst fällt mir nix ein was schlecht sein sollte.

Mir hat die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal gut gefallen.

Die Einrichtung meines Einzelzimmers ist ziemlich rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen.

Fin morgenmad og god beliggenhed men lidt for megen trafikstøj.

Hurtigere løbende opfyldning af morgenmaden. Bedre kaffe. Fjernelse af et overflødigt ikke så lækkert tæppe på værelset.

This hotel is my top choice for Hamburg. I have repeatedly rated this hotel the highest. Excellent location, room amenities, excellent staff, superb breakfast.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück

Super Lage, solides Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, Minibar, die finnische Sauna.

Der Fernseher ist uralt und muss unbedingt ersetzt werden, ging ständig aus bzw. schaltete sich in den Update-Modus ohne Programm. Als ich nach mehreren Versuchen, den Tatort zu gucken, aufgab, schaltete sich der Fernseher dann immer wieder in den Update-Modus an. Letztendlich musste man den Stecker ziehen, um schlafen zu können.

Excellent location for riding public transportation or walking in the neighborhoods or city center.

Lack of AC or fan to help move air on warm days. Luckily we only had one day that it was a little bit uncomfortable.

Good value clean, quiet hotel. Lovely breakfast.

I loved the short walk from Hamburg HBF and getting the chance to look out across the water on the way. Good welcome from the staff. Simple but clean, comfortable, quiet room. Easily walkable to the places I needed to be. Inclusive breakfast added to the excellent value and everything was fresh with good variety of cereals, breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses etc.

Exceptional

This was a small, but very comfortable, quiet room with everything I needed. The hotel is in a very convenient place. I enjoyed my stay here and will likely stay here again on my next visit.

The stay was very pleasant.

The location lets to reach many places of interest just walking thus enjoying sights on the way. The room is comfortable enough for a short stay. The breakfast offers a good choice which is the right way to start the day. The staff has been very helpful.

After a few hours of walk in the windy weather of Hamburg one could wish to have an opportunity to make a cup of hot tea in the room. According to my experience it is a regular facility in a number of hotels.

A reasonably priced hotel near city centre. The room was ok. Breakfast, which itself was quite good, was busy on a Saturday so I had to wait a while in the lobby for a table.

Sound insulation between the rooms not so good. Hotel surroundings not so nice, just busy streets.

i am travelling for business and then i am reliable to have internet access. This was absolutely not available. although they said they have open internet with telekom. but you could not access it. it was far to low. this is very disappointing.

I do not recommend this one.

It was close to my work place.

The room furnished like in the 50s of last century. All furnature in the room very old. The TV too small to be seen properly (old man) only very very few channeld otherwise you were expected to book pay tv. I asked 2 times for wake up call but only once it worked. That means it is not reliable either.

Breakfast was plenty, fresh and with good variety. I had the Bircher muesli, a brown roll, cheese and eggs, and some fish. All very nice. Quick service. Well presented buffet.

Central but quiet

The location is perfect, very central and good connected, good breakfast, clean room, nice bar and ambiente

Coffee - no choice there, just black coffee, quite weak to my taste. The room smelt funny, too chemical.

Great option to stay in Hamburg as long as you can get a room at a reasonable price.

Convenient location, clean room, decent breakfast.

Still using physical keys for rooms, rather than key cards…but that is not a big issue.

For a solo traveler, a couple of nights it’s a good stay, location and friendly service are the highlights

location was great and the breakfast selection was wonderful.

The rooms are a bit dated, with creaky floors and thin walls you can hear everything that’s going on above you and next to you.

Nice city break hotel

Lovely clean hotel. Nice size room with lovely shower. Good breakfast with nice choice of hot and cold options. Hotel was a short walking distance from the main train station and S Bahn train link from airport.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Great location, across from Dammtor station and 10min walk to central station through the city. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, we stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely, big bathroom with fab shower and lots of showe gel/soap etc replaced each day, hairdryer. Well stocked mini bar but no kettle for tea/coffee. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from friendly helpful staff.

Nothing not to like here but if i was being picky i would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in room.
