Funktional - passt mal eben zum übernachten, wenn man nichts erwartet.

Super praktisch ist einfach die Lage! - toll sind auch die Betten und die kleine Kaffeebar im Zimmer.

Das Hotel hat schon so einen Anflug von Schäbigkeit. Mankos werden eher so provisorisch hergerichtet - der Preis ist auf gar keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Teilweise wirkt es, als wüsste das Personal nicht, was es tut und handelt rein zufällig – etwas unprofessionell. Frühstücken tut man in einem Raum, das am Abend zuvor noch als Restaurant genutzt wird und wo teilweise der Dreck des Vorabends einen noch auf den Tischen erwartet – nicht sehr ansprechend.

Besser nicht noch einmal

Lage, Frühstück, Sauberkeit

Uns wurde am dritten Tag offenbart, dass wir ab sofort keinen Hotelparkplatz mehr haben und dort verschwinden , wohin auch immer. ZB entferntes Parkhaus. Er wurde behauptet, dass Gäste unterwegs, seien, um den Parkplatz zu erhalten. Es entpuppte sich als nicht wahr. Der Parkplatz wurde schon vorher von Kfz aus den neuen Bundesländern blockiert und dann okkupiert. Das lässt einige Schlüsse zu. Wir und andere kommen besser nicht wieder !

Geweldig voor ieder toerist

Ideale ligging ,dicht bij centrum en voldoende openbaar vervoer ontbijt en kamers weren prima .Voldoende om te ondernemen omdat je dicht in het centrum zit en ook redelijk dichtbij .Mooie zuivere stad met veel cultuur en vriendelijke mensen , ook al zijn het oost duitsers .

Sehr gute Lage, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Ein Hotel zur Weiterempfehlung

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, um Potsdam zu erkunden.

Das Altstadthotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. Das Frühstück, welches im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist, war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, denke, für jeden etwas dabei.

Parken geht nur im 300 m entfernten Parkhaus, kostet dann 15€ pro Tag.

Für unseren kurzaufenthalt super Unterkunft in bester Lage. Es konnte alles zu Fuß erkundet werden 😌

Sehr freundliches Personal Vorab haben wir noch einen Parkplatz im Hof reservieren können. Von dort konnten wir direkt in unser 3-Bettzimmer im EG des hinteren Hotelbereichs. Im Zimmer stand eine kleine Flasche Wasser und ein Wasserkocher mit der Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten. Alles war sehr sauber und auch das Bad neuwertig mit Dusche Fön und Vergrößerungsspiegel ausgestattet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral Frühstück findet im angegliederten Steakhaus-Restaurant statt und war auch sehr lecker.

Im Bad und Zimmer hätten wir uns ein paar Haken gewünscht. Der Toilettenpapierhalter ist fehlplaziert Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau

Check what room room you booking. Zimmer or 3 star??

I thought I had booked a 3 star hotel room. The room was obviously in the Zimmer above the restaurant. We had to walk out of the reception to the back of the building into the car park find the entrance to the staircase to access our room. The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly and the morning light was blinding. Noise from the other rooms was obvious. Breakfast was limited and staff not helpful. I would never stay here again.

Excellent location in a lovely area, would recommend 😊

Excellent location for a trip to Potsdam, positioned in a lovely area. My room was up several flights of stairs, it was spacious, very clean & with a nice en-suite. Morning breakfast was good too. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Exceptional

Location, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist.

We didn' t know that we should have had the parking slot reserved in advance so we needed to look for a parking space in the center upon our arrival.

Great Little Find

The situation was fantastic. Very easy to wander to all the sites and shops and the Christmas Market. Lunchtime food in the attached steak house was delicious and good value.

At breakfast you had to get everything yourself. There was no real contact with the staff in the morning. Most places have someone at least getting you a hot drink.

Good

Great location, staff is very nice and helps with everything you need. The room I had was very quiet. There is no elevator, but ground floor rooms are available. Overall, it is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Can recommend.

The bathroom is new, but some individual components are old, such as the shower head. This was very small and did not really provide a stream of water, as it was completely filled up with chalk. It might be worth replacing it. It was very obvious it was chosen to save water usage, but the pressure in the pipes is too high for such a small shower head. The floor of the shower was also in need of a deep clean. Also, staying as one person in the room, they only give you one pillow, one blanket and take away the second set of towels after one night. I understand they don't want free boarders, but a second pillow would be nice to have. The bed is very hard. The coffee is undrinkable. You can pay for a cappuccino etc, but if you like black coffee it's a nightmare.

The location and staff are great - but the room was really uncomfortable.

The staff, the location, the breakfast

The room smelled really bad, there weren't any blinds to darken the room. It therefore got really hot in the room. I really felt uncomfortable in the room and I don't think you should rent out the room. I told the staff about it and got a reduction of 10 Euro. But it was still 85 Euros which I think is to much for such a room.

Not worth the money. Below the standard in comfort, cleanliness and ameneties

The location is very central, so that's a definite plus.

For the prices, absolutely sub-standard. The rooms are advertised as these old town house rooms with nice furnishings, but the majority of the rooms are actually in a modern annex and look absolutely bog standard. The cleanliness was lacking, it was very noisy and the breakfast was absolutely awful.
