Ansich alles super

Alles super, toll eingerichtet, sauber

Da es sehr warm war wäre eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator super gewesen. Es war so warm das das schlafen echt schwer gefallen ist. Restaurant ist sehr teuer

Immer wieder Heidekönig

Die Zimmer sind nach dem Umbau sehr schön geworden. Das Bad ist klasse. Frühstück war wieder gut. Abendessen sehr lecker.

Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob das Zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig war... aber ich habe eine Minibar vermisst.

Friendly staff, clean.

Central heating at the rooms was deactivated for the season. Combined with exceptionally cold weather it was quite uncomfortable to stay at the rooms and specially using the bathroom.

Hausmotto ist wohl wünschen statt leisten

Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer funktionell eingerichtet. Passables Frühstück. Vorwiegend von Monteuren gebucht.

Das Hotel hatte keinen Fahrstuhl.Die Gurkenscheiben beim Frühstück waren bereits trocken, da vermutlich am Vorabend vorbereitet. insgesamt empfand ich die Hotelnachricht gleich nach der Buchung schon sehr keck, eine Bewertung zwischen 8-10 abzugeben.Es sollte meiner Meinung nach nur das bewertet werden, was auch tatsächlich geboten wird.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus

Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Haus. Leckere Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen ohne lange Wartezeit. Frühstücksbuffet im Preis enthalten. Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand. Grosses Zimmer.

Wir hatten Zimmer 17 (eines von zwei Zimmern in dem Stockwerk) im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug.

Perfect accomodation just outside the center.

Quiet and nice surroundings just a few kilometers from the centre of old town. Free parking and a place for bicycles. Very good restaurant.

A nice place to stay in a great location, provided you get there during their preferred hours

The breakfast was excellent, and the presentation in the dining room, with orchids and the like, gave it a nice ambience. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The staff were friendly and competent and offered good suggestions about things to visit.

Check-in was difficult because we arrived after dark It was difficult, especially in the dark, to figure out where to park, and it wasn't particularly well-lit or clear where the overflow lots were. We weren't aware that the desk would be closed. The note on the door said it was closed and that late-arriving guests should call the hotel. This is something to be very aware of if you a foreign traveler, and the hotel should communicate this more clearly to its customers. We had to switch on our phones and make an international call in order to reach someone and find out how to check in.

Would love to stay there again if the load leads me there

The room design is exceptional, the check-in and check-out process was really simple and quick. The lady at the reception in the morning was very nice and the breakfast was tasty and with enough choices.

Exceptional

Despite not being directly at the center of the city it is a few minutes away from owntown with free parking places and in a quiet residential area. Completely renovated with excellent taste. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable price with excellent value for price. High-speed Internet connection.

The breakfast was briljant. We liked the city of Celle very much. They also serve very good plates at the restaurant.

The chef was ill, so no food. No soap in the room. However, the owner confirmed there should have been.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and about a 15-minute walk from the historic center.

Very good

clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast - we also ate an evening meal at the restaurant which was excellent. One and a half km from the old town which was ok.

The shower cabinet was rather small which could be a problem for older or handicapped guests. We had a room towards the main road and there is some noise early in the morning

Rooms, located in a separated small building at 20 m from the main house, are totally renovated, looks very well and are very, very comfortable.
