Luxurious stay in the Falcons Nest

Gorgeous views from the Falcon Nest Room and even heated tile floor in the bathing area. So many windows for a refreshing cross breeze!

The clock tower chimes every hour so we could have used some ear plugs at night.

Très bien avec charme du moyen âge

Dans le centre à quelques pas du magasin de Noël. Accueil chaleureux, nos hôtes qui sont même sortis avec nous pour nous indiquer une olace de parking dans la rue. C'est payant de 9h à 18h. Très belle chambre avec un style d'époque qui donne un charme indéniable. La nôtre était climatisée, mais elle ne le sont pas toutes. Très confortable et propre. Déjeuner très complet et délicieux qui se prends dans une petite cour intérieure charmante. Si je retourne à Rothenburg je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à revenir ici.

La chambre de bain est moderne mais minuscule. Par contre c'est justement ce qui fait partie du charme de coucher dans une belle demeure qui date du moyen âge. Le seul bémol est qu'il a peut de prises électriques pour charger nos appareils mobiles.

Charming hotel and rooms in romantic city

Beautiful hotel in the city center. Very nice old building. The rooms here (at least our one) are very rustic and charming. At least we liked it. The floors here creak like somewhere in the castle. Finally something with character and not sterile rooms as it is common today. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pet friendly. Food in the hotel restaurant reasonable but nothing extra. I would have no problem to stay here again if in the area. Just because of the charm of their rooms.

We were not very happy with the comfortness of the beds. Parking can be little bit dificult but we sorted it out with the help of the staff. And we did not like the breakfast. It was quite busy and rushy. Eggs made to order were completely overcooked as staff had to leave kitchen to server the guests that were checking out.

A charming small hotel in a beautiful place.

Beautiful small hotel with old world charm. Excellent location in the old city. Clean well maintained room. Our family oriented room had a quirky but useful layout for children. Useful info sent by the hotel re: parking prior to arrival.

Hot summer - water gratis in the room would have been a nice additional touch.

Beautiful old hotel in a pleasant quarter of the old town. The accommodations were fun as we stayed in the top room called the “raven’s roost”. The staff was delightful, breakfasts excellent, and the hotel is attached to one of the best restaurants in town.

We loved Rotheburg, we enjoyed out stay. Klostestüble was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Klosterstüble very much. It is a nice place, perfect location to explore the town, The only trouble is parking, you have 2 options - one to go through narrow strees and get to the hotel and try to park "somewhere in the street", or to park at the parks build by the city. Finally we decided to park outside "the walls" - and it was super, cheaper, easy to reach (five minutes walk). Rothenburg is a beautiful city with great surrounding area. Without hesitation we can recommend Klosterstüble to our friends.

Lovely rural place with lots of character and in a great location. Nice and friendly staff.

The radiator didn't seem to have a thermostat (so it was either on or off — I was very warm and comfortable, but my husband got a bit hot). Also, parking was a bit of a pain: Rothenburg is mostly pedestrianised and GMaps GPS is quite useless for driving. I'd recommend just parking outside of the town - it's not a long walk, just about 10 min.
