About this house rental
Step away from your life and relax in comfort at this beautiful home! Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails on the open porch. Located near the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home allows for large gatherings in the spacious living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 for a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).
We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

The house was beautiful, location was perfect, weather was amazing. The layout of this home was perfect with each room having its bathroom and king size bed! The proximity to the beach and Paradise was perfect for our split decision group. My fiance really enjoyed morning golf cart rides checking out the community - so much that he hasn’t stopped talking about us buying a house in Bayside since we left. We’ve already started talking about coming back for another week in September!

It was just what we needed! It was big enough for 4 families each having their own room and bathroom. It was close to beautiful marinas, pools, and beach bay. The children had a great time in the playground and adults and children loved Paradise Grill.

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

The view of the water from the front porch while drinking our coffee is great (missing it this week) The floors need to be worked on and the golf cart would not charge. The rugs could use a good cleaning in the living room area. We hope to be back next year!!!

We stayed at PotNets for a weekend wedding at Baywood Greens, and this place was fantastic! The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!

The unit was a large 4 bedroom 4 bath home. Good views of the bay. The home easily accommodated 16 people for an afternoon celebration. The 6 adults who stayed overnight said they enjoyed their stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation overall but the house was not clean upon arrival which was disappointing. They had to bring in an entire cleaning crew + Stanley Steamer the first day & had to replace the pots & pans, cutting boards, etc due to being dirty & unsanitary. There were several maintenance issues too which needed to be addressed. Management was responsive & took care of the issues but we lost the first day of our vacation due to this.

Excellent , place is spacious and modern. Is showing some west over the years as this is our 3rd stay. Could use some replacement of items such Replacement Toilet seats all were loose, same for door knobs, most do not lock, show wear and tear. Golf cart seemed to have charging issues some nights, plugged in green light but in am did not charge. Overall great stay and would come back and recommend.

I wish I coukd give 5 stars down the line for our experience. This was our second stay and once again I had to clean the home in order to be comfortable. I don't think they take a look at the unit to ensure that it is in good condition and clean before the new guests arrive. I found broken window blinds, the walls are marked up. The pots and pans in this unit were all scratched up. I had to buy two for our use.The carpets are not clean. I had to clean the baseboards which showed a layer of dirt. The cabinet holding the trash can would not close properly. I mopped the floors and they were very dirty especially in the main sitting area and kitchen.
I had a discussion with the rental manager before our check in date in which I expressed my concerns since this had been the case in the rental we had last year. She was understanding and kind. But in the end it didn't make a difference. Perhaps some don't mind it but I do and it upsets me. I think that a new cleaning company and a more thorough inspection previous to a guests arrival is needed. I am very dissapointed. I really like everything about the community but for the cost, I expected better.

It was a great week and brought back great memories. The home was spacious and very pretty. There were a few things that did need attention (toilet seats broke, walls in some rooms needed a little cleaning and a couple drawers needed repair. But all in all the accommodations were great (plenty of sheets, blankets, utensils etc). In addition the house was beautifully decorated as well and accommodated the large group we had.

When a snowstorm threatened our winter break getaway, the rental manager was wonderful in working with me to push our arrival and departure date. She answered my many questions and gave us great flexibility. Thank you for your help.
We loved the large main kitchen and living area-definitely a need in a winter getaway.
On a map, the location looks central to Rehoboth and Bethany, but in reality, we had to drive up to Rehoboth to drive down to Dewey or Bethany. It was a longer drive than we were looking for, but fine in the winter when we weren't going to the beach every day.
The gift card for a dinner was a major plus.

We chose to come to the beach for something completely different for xmas. It was very quiet and relaxing and just what I needed. House very comfortable, roomy and pretty. View of the Bay was gorgeous. Golf cart not working was only snafu.

The property was in very good condition only a few minor things that can happen when it is a rental property. Location was great.
