It was clean. The staff was excellent and remembered our names. The restaurant staff Reginald, Levikad ? ( the local artist ) she stayed with me during a near drowning and was amazing, and Steven were great.
The beds and pillows were awesome. Close walking distance to enough food etc. it was immaculately clean.

The beach was beautiful as was the turquoise waters. The beach staff were friendly and always happy
It would have been nice to have have some type of indoor area to relax in and get out of the sun/heat rather trhan going to your room

Überschaubares und ruhiges Resort am wohl einem der schönsten Strände der Welt. Das Reservierungssystem für Sonnenschirme & Liegen und den Service dazu fanden wir einfach genial!
Nichts!

The breakfast was everything and anything a couple could possibly want. It was delicious! The servers are extremely welcoming. The beach chairs are set & ready for you every day. You just have to ensure you log onto their beach chair selection at 5pm, or you don't get top billing and they go fast! It's ok though, we were near the back every day, but we weren't far away...it's all good :) You will not be disappointed!

The food at the restaurant was always fresh and beautifully served. Breakfast was included, and the selection was incredible. The staff were always happy and friendly, and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The most comfortable bed and pillows. The reception staff were always friendly, and called us by our names. An added perk was that you could reserve your spot on the beach, and in the morning the lounger was ‘made up with a terry sheet” and towels on the chairs. This was our third time there, and we would certainly return.
There was nothing to complain about. The staff have been so well trained, and it’s obvious that they are all happy and love their jobs. The owner of the Resort was always around, just mingling with the guests.

As we are ultrarepeaters of this hotel and of the Aruba Island we expected a little comprehension. I had a severe problem with my father and told the hotel some weeks before arriving that although the strict cancellation policy, if they could take into account our condition and consider this situation. I received a cold mail telling that it was impossible and that the account would be charged in full.
Not only that, I had reserved 4 more days after this stay through the hotel directly as we were in waiting list from our last stay. Everything was debited. Unfortunately my father passed away. I am totally disgusted with the behaviour of this private owner hotel, which we met several times years before.
To make matters worst, they told me to confirm if we would not be able to travel in order to send me the cancelation confirm......? No comments. We will surely return to Aruba as always but never to the Bucuti anymore.

The place was wonderful with the most welcoming stuff I've encountered in all my vacations. The attention to the environment, the luxury, the room view, the sunbeds, the quality of service. Everything was brilliant. I'm already dreaming about coming back. Not to mention the beach in front of the hotel is the best beach in all Aruba.
I can't find a thing. Brilliant experience.

RECEPTION
Very warming & pro welcome with bubbles
ROOM
We stayed in room 223 for 1 week/7 nights
Great that corridors have AC
Bed : very comfy
Tv : big screen with plenty of channels
Light switches : a bit awkward to use
Storage : plenty available
Absolutely 0 mold smell because of systems in room + greatly maintained
Cleaning : made a remark on our first morning because stuff lying under the sink, the lady had also forgotten a filled trash bag on the dink…no issues after that
ECO
We really loved the reusable containers which you can take home. Actually using them now here in Bonaire
BATHROOM
The tv in the mirror is a nice gadget but we did not use, probably because we are European…
A pity that there is no flexible hose, easier to rince (ladies) hair.
Being 1.95m (6.4 ft) the shower was a little too low for me but not a big problem
Aloe vera products = great and also local
The position products not very practical
No earbuds or shower caps in room or a note saying you can get them upon request and we did not bother asking any either.
BALCONY
Very happy to have a side view of beach and sea although we had a garden view
No drying rack and we did not bother to ask.
BREAKFAST - ELEMENTS
You can sit outside and enjoy a GREAT view while having a good breakfast.
Choice/quality is fine but :
Probably introduced during Covid but really not practical, lay-out bot goid, people even queuing outside.
Buffet but you cannot serve yourself.
You need to take a (rather heavy) wooden tray (plateau) and ask for everything.
Bacon to be ordered separately where one can also get scrambled eggs (too dry for me) and crêpes (pancakes)
A lot of fruit and a nice bread choice.
Separate egg station made to choice.
You can order Eggs Benedict (great) and waffles (too big and heavy for my wife) from the waiter along with your hot drinks.
Cappuccino is great
After our very first breakfast around 8.

The Bucuti & Tara is nothing short of magical. From the staff members who greet you by name when you arrive, to the insanely gorgeous beachfront location, to the epically delicious Elements restaurant on site -- it's glorious start to finish. It's very easy to grab a cab to just about anywhere you'd want to go on the island or you can just walk 10 minutes down the beach to find jet skis, parasailing, and the like.

Everything!!! The service and accommodations are best in Aruba. Staff is wonderful and always accommodating, every request was met with a smile and can do attitude. Food was outstanding - great breakfast and Elements restaurant brunch on Sundays is off the hook spectacular. Our romantic moonlight dinner on the beach was also incredible. This resort is simply the best! Thanks so much for making our 35th wedding anniversary week awesome, unforgettable and memorable!

just the best resort, service, beach, room, linens, umbrellas and all the employees!!!! it’s the best place in Aruba and I stayed in many places on this island. It’s worth being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants. we took $5 cab at night to get there and during the day stayed at our resort. perfect vacation !!
