Loved it

Clean, very nice location next to a lake, friendly staff, 2 restaurants. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean and facilities are beautiful.

Wir waren eigentlich 2023 von dem Hotel sehr begeistert und haben deswegen 2024 zur gleichen Zeit wieder gebucht und wur

Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Pool und die Sauna sind super.

Nicht genügend Parkplätze und die TG kostet dann extra. Im Bad gab es Schimmel und die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Das Zimmer wurde erst um nach 16 Uhr gereinigt. In der Bar sind sowohl die Billardtische als auch der Kicker immer noch defekt. Das war vor 1 Jahr schon so :-(

Amazing place in Garmisch!

The location is great, in a quiet area close to the lake and forest. The food is really delicious and varied, the staff is great, the rooms are spacious. The spa and pool area are large.

Tolles frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer auf zwei Etagen waren sehr schön und neu..Lage ist bestimmt sehr schön. Wetter war jedoch trübe deshalb wenig davon gesehen.

Sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Geräusch im Flur und von draußen. Ab 06:30 begann eine Schneemaschine (?) draußen Schnee zu schieben, genau vor unseren Fenstern.

Sehr schön und herrliches Winterwetter: unten oft trübe-oben auf den Bergen Sonnenschein .

Sehr schöne Zimmer, toller Ausblick, sehr gute Bedienung am Buffet

„Grüne“ Dusche, heißt spärlicher Wasserdruck. Leider immer öfter ein Manko. Dusche muss sprudeln.

Breakfast was great. Bathroom amenities were also super nice. Front desk called me an early morning cab and that was super helpful.

Restaurant refuse to serve us dinner after first telling us they would be able to fit us in. I believe it was prior to closing so that was not ideal, especially since there was not other food around.

when we arrived at the front desk they told us that we can’t eat on main restaurant due to a wedding, but that restaurant is the main attraction by the lake they should tell us that is fully booked and we had the alternative to have a buffet were the people were very nice. I will never go to this hotel again.

Great time for a short weekend break with our toddler.

Breakfast was delicious and varied and tasty. We really liked the game room and the children's playroom. The bar is very cozy and nice for some late-afternoon drinks

Slightly outdated fittings in the bathroom ( e.g the hairdryer and vanity mirror ).

Very nice place to stay

Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean and relaxing spa. See Haus Restaurant was very good and conveniently located.

Hot tub not hot, only lukewarm. Pool was very cold. Bratty kids in the hot tub without parental supervision. 😡

The place to be to rest and relax

Very friendly and competent employees, location (in the middle of a beautiful hiking area, close to Zugspitze and Partnachklamm), good food, modern Wellnessarea, charging option for e-cars, many parking options both inside and outside.

Breakfast was great! Visited this lake, with my parents 70 years ago, when my mom was a great skater. Many wonderful memories. Beautiful setting.

Wish I could have stayed longer.
