We loved the apartment for a trip with friends (would definitively also be great for families)!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ferienhaus Wetterstein! We travelled with friends (we were two couples) and the apartment was perfect for us - just as depicted in the pictures. The views from the main balcony were absolutely breathtaking! The host was super nice and friendly, and location was great. Our little dackel (dog) came with us and the host even had a blanket and snacks ready for her! =)

If we could recommend two small changes/improvements - bigger/thicker pillows and blackout curtains in the bedrooms (in summer the sun comes right in quite early). But those are obviously personal preferences.

good place to stay, but would not for bikers. strict guest policies.

comfortable apartment with great view and all you need

there is no bike storage. the owner offered to put my 5000 euro bike to their outdoor bike rack. Owners were counting everybody who enters the building to avoid guests :) even at the day time

Dreaming

The place is very comfortable and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The scenary is amazing and we were able to enjoy a beautiful view toward Zugspitze from our balcony. I recommend everyone to come to this place and spend peaceful holiday times

perfect as always

close to the cogwheel train with lots of options for eating in the village…..our second stay at the property and will be returning….owners were very flexible when our travel plans were thrown into chaos…..they couldn’t have been more helpful. the accommodation was perfect for family of four (including older children)

Exceptional

These are such wonderful apartments! They have a short check-in period that we didn’t notice as we booked very last minute, but we were so grateful that the hosts stayed late to check us in - thank you again!! A beautiful, incredible location, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. So nice to have balcony on all sides too. Great little town, and very close to the train to Zugspitze.

We would have loved if there was some salt and pepper!

Great moment in a peaceful town with an amazing mountain view

Very nice apartment with a lot space and a great view of the mountains. Friendly owners. Quiet town with a good bus connection to the main attractions.

perfect vacation home!

the house is modernized but has tasteful traditional wood decors. The apartment is super clean with well equipped kitchen. it is located in the center of beautiful Grainau with many restaurants within 2-3 min walk. would definite stay here again next time we return.

nothing really. only the Wifi was sometimes not so stable but it didn’t bother us much.

big enough. nice shower

we were told that things will be open. we got there and found out that the town is almost completely shut down till weeks after we depart. then we needed to get Covid tested every day in order to do anything. the beds were uncomfortable.

the apartment was very clean, close proximity to the cogwheel train and the mountain view was exceptional on clear days.

Very clean, great layout and excellent kitchen supplies, amazing views from both balconies

Internet wasn’t great and locally there wasn’t a whole lot of family friendly restaurants.

Very nice apartment

Freshly renovated, nice area and some good restaurants around. Little bit expensive

Unfortunately, someone before us cooked smth really smelly and the smell stayed in the kitchen. It was really a pity, since otherwise - great place.

This stay was amazing for me and my dog both.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is superb for hikers especially.

Our showers drain was slightly blocked and this caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom.
