Location molto accogliente, zona comoda per visitare la città e i dintorni

De omgeving is mooi in omgeving van de Brennerpas. De familie is zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zeer, zeer uitgebreid.

Beslist te duur! Bereikbaar via een tolweg vanaf de snelweg. Parkeren is lastig doordat er maar enkele parkeerplekken beschikbaar zijn. Wij hebben ruim 100m verder aan de overkant geparkeerd. De badkamer is schoon maar vintage (jaren 70). Het bad veel te hoog, waardoor instappen lastig en vooral gevaarlijk is. Wij hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van het balkon. Het wordt gedeeld met andere gasten en wij hadden het pech om het balkon te delen met een nieuwgierig gezin met 'rokers'... wij hebben de gordijnen 's-middags maar gesloten... jammer.

Not far from city, and good value for money.

Breakfast was good, and transport links to city were decent, especially with the welcome card (free buses). I also liked how there was a fridge in the room. Room was also sufficiently quiet.

Bathroom air conditioning was broken, so air was very stale. Also, if I were to leave early before breakfast (i.e. before 7:30 AM), I wasn't sure if/how the paid breakfast would be substituted.

Saunabereich sehr schön Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Gratis Punsch und Kuchen ganztags.

Der Einstieg zur Badewanne im Zimmer 1 ist ca. 50 cm hoch, durch die fixe Duschwand ist der Ein- und Ausstieg kompliziert.

It was a very quiet Austrian experience away from the mass commercial tourism zone of Innsbruck.

The staff was very helpful with our questions about local and dining and sights. They could explain it well in English or German. Food selection and size of the room was also nice. Quiet neighborhood with a nice balcony. Right across the street from one of the main mountain ski lifts overlooking Innsbruck.

Tub is very tall to climb into.

Wonderful hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety, plenty of delicious food. Beautiful location and bus right outside hotel that goes into town, very convenient

A very nice mountain stay with room for improvement

The location is lovely! We also enjoyed the general ambiance and the balconies in the room were very nice. The lady working the front desk in the evening was very, very kind and helpful.

The staff in the morning weren’t nearly as pleasant as the ones in the evening. It was also hard to enjoy the balconies when people smoke on them and you smell the smoke if you have the window open. Smoking should be banned on the balconies.

After a long trip and overnights in several hotels in Italy it was a pleasure to have a clean and spotless room!

The breakfast here was absolutely amazing. We ate there almost every day and was able to try something new almost every time!! Very delicious and worth the price, and the room where the breakfast is in is also beautiful. The best part of this place is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. They gave really good recommendations for the area and it was also a pleasure to converse with all of them. Lastly, if you are worried about the location, you don't have to. Everything is so easily accessible by bus and the stop is just outside the hotel. It was really great especially since we didn't have a care. I would 100% come back here, maybe in the summer.

We booked the “family room”. it was in the basement almost an afterthought. You look onto the tires of cars. Beds are very hard. The hotel is very nice but not the “family room”.

Exceptional

All staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very accommodating. Room size was big. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with all required amenities. Breakfast was great. There were variety of selections for food and drink. Additionally, we had a chance to join a small Christmas Eve party with free of charge. The warm wine and cookies were great! Thanks to the host and kudos to all staff.

Superb

Very cosy and comfortable hotel with amazing staff. Felt like a nice little family hotel. The management should definitely highlight the bus station directly in front of the hotel that simplifies trips to Innsbruck enormously.

The rooms could use a little renovation.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel just 25 min (by bus) outside Innsbruck. Large and comfortable room. nice view from the balcony of our room. comfortable beds. nice Tv. free car parking. You can catch the bus that will take you to the city just in front of the hotel. very friendly stuff! great breakfast!

lack of minibar! pillows too soft (personal opinion).

Cosy, friendly bijou hotel in Innsbruck

Cosy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Excellent and plentiful healthy breakfast. Our car broke down during our stay so we waited in the lobby for a few hours for it to be towed and the staff were so kind and welcoming.

we were here for a stop inbetween locations but the staff and view were wonderfull. we went to innsbruck for dinner which was close by. overall would really recommend staying here

lovely hotel, wish we could stop longer

very lovely welcome with complimentary drink and cakes on arrival. lovely large room to fit all our motorbike gear. Breakfast was awesome, wish we could have stopped longer. Bus stop was right outside hotel into Innsbruck.

Beautiful hotel in Tyrol

Late arrival outside working hours was not a problem, breakfast was excellent, free transport to Innsbruck, free parking provided, room was clean and tidy. The stay was pleasant and without any complaints. For recommendation.

Fantastic

Extremely nice large rooms with access to the balcony. Nice friendly staff, and views of the Alps from your room. An excellent breakfast of both hot and cold food. Top notch!
