Excellent location, good food, friendly and efficient staff.

Had a river view room on 6th floor, probably one of the best views in the city( ok sky bar is slightly better but can be windyer). Room large enough with good facilities. Started to show need for a deep clean and refresh (if you close bathroom door it shows signs of needing a clean). Dark wood shows all marks and splashes very early in its life. Had an issue on 1st day with no hot water for shower, however hotel on it straight away and issue fixed within a few hours, same with a sticky sink plug. Reported this on way to restaurant and was fixed when we returned to room. Food was good with massive selection at breakfast including my favourite honeycomb. Can get busy at breakfast some days due to tours using hotel as a stop over and all leaving at a set time for the day. However they have it well organised and staff work hard to ensure this is not a problem. Evening meal at on site restaurant was really good, well presented and well cooked. Good local wine (recommended by staff) complimented meal very well. Front of house team always helpful and pleasant. Overall had a very good stay.

Room was generally clean but attention to detail in easy to miss areas let them down i.e back of bathroom door which staff must not close when cleaning so missed all the marks that are there.

어부의 요새, 마차시성당을 내 집 앞마당처럼 즐기고 싶다면 여기로 오시오!

어부의 요새, 마차시 성당이 바로 옆이라 일몰도 볼 수 있고 전망이 좋다는 점. 나머지는 비싼 곳인 만큼 당연히 최고여야 한다는 것. 얼음을 가져다 쓸 수 있어서 좋았다.

특급호텔이 개선점이 있으면 화나지요. 만족했음.

الموظفون غير متعاونين وأخلاقهم سيئة كما أن تفاجات اليوم منذو الساعه 6 صباحا بضوضاء شديدة وعند خروجي من الغرفة كان هناك عدد كبير من الكوادر الفنية تقوم بتصوير عمل بالغرفة المجاورة لغرفتي 😡😡😡😡

Nice memories at a very special place, in the heart of Budapest.

I really liked the whole atmosphere in the hotel. The location was special as we just got married and stayed in the hotel to have the weeding night something different than the usual. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We also visited the rooftop bar twice during our stay, and the view and the serve there are also very nice.

Maybe one thing I would mention. It was a bit strange how close the toilet was to the sink. Somehow it looked very strange why the toilet was squeezed in to the bathroom like that.

Most precious memories were made there, my daughters graduation experience was truly amazing thank you Hilton Budapest.

The views were amazing!! You could see a beautiful skyline with beautiful sunset and sunrise. The rooms were very clean and good size. Breakfast was tasty a variety of options as family is vegetarian. We were there for my daughter’s graduation from med school. Staff were excellent I lost my sunglasses were found by reception, my so sons keys were left in taxi going to the airport the staff tracked the taxi down and got him to drop them off at the airport. Due to our flights being 4 hours I asked reception to help with a bouquet from a florist which they helped with . Staff were exceptional !!! The king loft room held all our family became a meeting place . Highly recommend this hotel and we have been to plenty. We booked 2 King superior rooms with Danube view and king loft room.

Could not fault the hotel, cleanliness, views or staff everything was spot on.

Het is een fijne en ruime kamer.

Bij aankomst vond ik het personeel achter de balie niet echt vriendelijk overkomen. We kwamen rond 13:00 uur aan. Het personeel achter de balie verwelkomde ons niet hartelijk. Daarnaast heeft mijn vriend een prothese en ik hoogzwanger, het personeelslid deed niet de moeite of we al eerder in onze kamer konden. Ik begrijp dat je niet altijd eerder de kamer in kan, maar je kan op zen minst bellen of de kamer al eerder klaar is. Stukje extra service.

Staff must be supervised

Everything, excluding staff from the rooftop, and reception area.

Staff, from the new roof top is very disrespectful and arrogant. They affect Hilton image, and they should be changed.

Disappointing Stay

I booked a room on the top floor and paid extra for a room view over the Fisherman’s Bastion and Danube River - the view did not disappoint.

What did disappoint, was the room was not spotless… there were dead flies on the floor beside the bed and dirty handprints on the mirrors and door into the bathroom. There was also a horrendous smell of stagnant water coming from the bathroom so the bathroom door had to be kept closed at all times. This also made showering and brushing your teeth not very pleasant. Additionally, the staff were less than helpful. Everytime we tried to call reception for extra towels or to inform them of the awful smell in our room or even simply just to get a bottle of water, they never answered. When I physically went down to reception, they told me I needed to wait in a 30 minute queue at the bar in order to purchase a bottle of water… I wouldn’t consider this hotel to be 5 stars by any means and overall it was a disappointing stay.

An excellent hotel with great views of the Danube

The location was excellent. We had a room facing the river and it was directly opposite the parliament. Very strongly recommended. The hotel was close to a number of tourist spots in the castle district.

Minor point: We had asked for an early check in, but this was not possible. However, the room with the view made up for the delay. The sky bar was also closed.

Fantastische ontspanning in een prachtige omgeving

Wat een prachtig hotel! De locatie is perfect; vanuit daar kan je al zoveel gebouwen bewonderen als je aan het ontbijten of dineren bent en als je geluk hebt vanuit je hotelkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was super uitgebreid en het personeel zeer vriendelijk; van te voren een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag of we een kamer met bad konden krijgen. Niet alleen kregen we dat maar ook nog een upgrade met uitzicht over de Donau.

Voor ons was er niks wat verbeterd moest worden.

Kleinigkeiten: der Kosmetikspiegel könnte moderner sein, die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel. Sonst sehr angenehm in jeder Hinsicht.
