Regal elegance at an affordable rate right in the middle of the heart of Brno.

Great location, friendly staff, room was very large, comfortable, warm and cosy, decor was very elegant

Romantický hotel

Naprosto čistý a útulný romantický hotel na perfektní místě v centru Brna.

Jednou jsme tu měli snídaně a už jen objednáváme pro naše účely nevyhovující.

Kedvenc szállásom Brnoban

A belvárosban közvetlenül található a szálloda. Szép belsővel. A reggeli kifogástalan. A recepciós hölgy a kijelentkezéskor igazán kedves volt.

Gorąco polecam osobom, którym zależy na wysokim standardzie oraz lokalizacji w centrum miasta

Obiekt jest położony w idealnej lokalizacj-do najważniejszych atrakcji turystyczngch można dojść pieszo. W hotelu było bardzo czysto, śniadania były smaczne. Obsłuha hotelowa na wysokim poziomie.

Vďaka úžasnej polohe hotela, 24hod. recepcii a super raňajkám sme si pobyt užili napriek nedostatkom

Celkom pohodlné postele. Krásne vitrážové okná. Dobre osvetlená kúpeľňa a bidet. Veľmi pestré raňajky, prekvapili ma a potešili: grilovaná zelenina, palacinky, múčniky a dezerty. Jedinečná dostupnosť hotela ku všetkým zaujímavostiam v centre Brna, aj k MHD.

Izba č. 46 nie je vetrateľná, okná sa dajú otvoriť len vyklopením - na medzeru, čo nestačí. Klimatizácia mala nebezpečne padajúci kryt a vychladila, ale samozrejme nevymenila vzduch. Závesy a prehozy na posteľ by bolo treba riadne vyčistiť. Postele sú pomerne úzke. Ak potrebujete, okná sa dajú dobre zatemniť veľkými závesmi. Kávovar bol na izbe k dispozícii, ale bolo potrebné si kúpiť si doň na recepcii kapsule. Chýbalo tel. spojenie s recepciou. Mladí recepční a recepčné nemajú dostatočný prehľad o atrakciách v centre mesta. Čakali by sme, že poznajú otváracie hodiny, či odporučia optimálne trasy. Zariadenie hotela je z väčšej časti "historizujúce" nie historické. Na môj vkus preplnené a gýčové. Prekážal mi zápach vo výťahu, zrejme z lepidla na koberec.

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen Besuch von Brünn, vor allem wenn man ohne Privatauto anreist.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Brünn ist perfekt, die traditionelle Ausstattung mutet gemütlich (und romantisch) an, das Angebot beim Frühstück war für mich wunderbar.

Vom Personal (Rezeption, Frühstück) war ich leider enttäuscht. Das eine oder andere freundliche Wort hätte ich sehr geschätzt, ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, willkommen zu sein. Ich weiß, das ist eine strenge Kritik, aber vielleicht war es ja ein unglücklicher Ausnahmetag ...

Great location, 15 minute walk to bus / train station. Close to everything and farmers market in main square 1/2 block away.

We loved our stay at the Royal Ricc. What a sweet hotel! Located close to all the attractions, it was much more interesting that the larger places with the boring, beige rooms. The building is from the 17th Century and even though the furnishings are more recent, we loved the décor--stained glass windows, murals on the walls, antique fireplaces, etc. The double room we had was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic view at the buildings across the street from the front of the hotel, so the morning sunlight highlighting the Art Nouveau facades was a treat. It was also very quiet. We didn't even know there were other guests until breakfast the next morning, which was quite varied, with breads, lunch meats, scrambled eggs, meats, grilled veggies, cereals, yogurts, fruits, jams, plenty of condiments, coffee, tea, and some really delicious sweets, including the traditional Czech honey cream cake. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome daytime - struggling at night

Super location. Very nice breakfast. Great atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff.

Bed seemed nearly as old as the property and was creaking with the slightest move. Walls were very thin so you could hear your neighbors moving around in their room.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location

The décor of the whole hotel is exceptional, really atmospheric and unique, the location is great as only 10min walk from the main train station and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Will be definitely be back

Small hotel full of character in a superb location right in the middle of town. Friendly staff. Good value for money. My room was spotless. Good if you prefer somewhere that feels unique over latest fixtures and fittings.

The room was unique, clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were so friendly and they are pet friendly! We absolutely loved our stay, and I would recommend staying here!

The only reason I didn't rate 10/10 is because the shower seemed like it was just a tub originally that was set up as a shower later. Due to this, the shower head is very low and a little awkward to shower without getting water on the open ledge that goes in behind the toilet. Honestly, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't really affect our stay.

Very old building in the older part of town and very central. Beautifully maintained and pleasant staff.
