We loved every detail about this amazing hotel! The location is perfect and the decor is stunning! Definitely my new favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
We loved everything!
5.0
Beautiful, boutique style. Don't come here if looking for large corporate. Do come here if looking for something different, but still sumptuous, welcoming and professional.
The rooftop bar was one of my favourite ever bars, with the most revered view in Prague, but no pretentious setup - and it was 30 steps from my room. The room itself was quirky, nestled into the top floor, again with amazing view. Very comfortable beds.
As central as you can get - walkable to many sights within minutes. Drink/food options abundant.
Black Angels cocktail bar directly below hotel is superb, and novel; it deserves a visit.
Slow checkin - but seems more about EU requirements than the hotel's fault (passport scans, multiple forms to fill which could have been pre-taken from initial reservation). Room was on the warm side and was not able to adjust, but was fine.

A-m-a-z-i-n-g location. Probably one of the very best locations in Prague. Rooms were outstanding. 5* . Staff excellent and price unbelievably reasonable. Wow! What a find!

The location is good, straight in the city centre. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. I loved the historic rooms. Our room was very large and beautiful.
The breakfast had a limited choice of items for a 5 star hotel. I also heard people complained that there we’re not gluten free options.
We also had two pasta dishes from the roof top restaurant and did not like them.
5.0
Location and rooftop bar. Location is phenomenal, right in the hub of the center with excellent rooftop views.
Suite was very large with a beautiful traditional feel.
Good selection for breakfast.

great location! charming rooms
seems a little worn. I would spiff up the seating in the rooms…not very comfy

As a frequent traveler the room was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location - easily walkable to everything in the city. Also two beautiful bars on site.
Nothing, was amazing.

Looked after me and my sister from start to finish.
We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, loved the roof terrace. Amazing, comfortable and clean room.
Breakfast room was a little cramped and air con was noisy in our room
4.5
Stunning suite room with beautiful high ceilings and opulent furnishings as well as a balcony overlooking the Old Town Square and Astronomical Clock. Really beautiful.
The staff in the terrace bar seemed incredibly stressed and not massive fans of their jobs but with people going up just for photos of the view I can kind of understand that.

Location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Old Town, in clock square
Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented.
Cool building. Very clean room Beautiful bedspread & furniture
Our room had a small balcony which was nice.( A table, but no chairs!)
There’s only one small elevator in the entire building and because there’s a rooftop bar that is open to the public and is very popular, the wait can be long getting to your room.
I’d asked for a quiet room but we were given the one closest to the elevator (room #46, if I remember correctly)… so lots of people going to and coming from rooftop bar gathered at elevator to wait. It was noisy at times. I have no idea about other rooms.
Our room was very dark.

perfectly located across from the Astronomical clock and the hub of the old town. the staff were very pleasant and helpful
all good, nothing negative to report

very nice classic hotel in the very center of the city. Great Sevice, vey nice room.
4.5
Excellent location very close to the astrological clock, the room was very spacious, including a big bathroom with large mirrors and solid wood furniture. Very kind and helpful staff.
The room windows gave over to the stairs that accessed the Terrace bar & restaurant, so it was very busy at times and we had to keep all windows and curtains closed. The bed mattress was old, as you could tell by the fact that it was in kind of a slope with deep grooves in it. Breakfast was only acceptable for a 5-star hotel: not a wide range of choices, basic English and continental but no local products other than some bread; the breakfast room was very small, with just 6 tables that were adjacent to each other, it felt nearly claustrophobic

Great location, nice room, friendly staff.
Only problem is sometimes a bit noisy at night, but after 10 pm, everything is fine

The room was very cozy and clean, and the location is simply fabulous, in the center of the city!!!

Location the hotel
They took 150 czk after we left the hotel and the reason was that there was a missing brush. They blamed us without even asking which we did not take anything at all, we did not drink anything from the bar. It’s just ridiculous and I am so upset about it. It could be their staff or it could not even been missing. I do want my money back. They gave us a really little room but we didn’t make a fuss, we also get that breakfast was not substantial. I will never ever stay in that hotel again. It’s unfair to take people’s money like that.

We were on a 25th wedding anniversary trip and we were upgraded to a suite without asking. it was stunning. The staff were exceptional. The location right in the heart of the old town but still quiet in the suite.
Nothing.

Presidential suite was lovely. Such an honor to be submerged into the core of Old Town. It was like walking into a fairytale when we walked into our room.
The shower had 6 (?) shower heads that hit all the right spots. The soaking tub has a lovely mirror ceiling & plenty of space to really soak up the chill vibes. the patio was so incredibly beautiful! statue and all!!!
heads up: they don’t have cameras and if your passport goes missing they have zero way to aid in helping track down your passport. If this happens you’ll need to call the local police, file a report and then go to your local embassy.
the soaking tub was difficult to drain (but Omg the soaking tub was soooooo lovely!), the shower has a gap in the doors that lets water out all over the floor (but that is what towels are for, right?!), only one key for two people.

Hotel is in prime location with great views and beautiful clean tidy rooms, just a stone throw from Charles bridge. Breakfast was fantastic with abundant selection.
Check-in wasn't as smooth as expected. A room damage deposit was required in addition to the full reservation amount, a policy which was not stated beforehand. Receptionist Tatiana became rude and aggressive when I questioned the procedure means, not a polite way to welcome guests!

It's a stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful historic building, yet full of all the modern amenities one would need. The staff are incredibly attentive and quick to act. The location is amazing, just across the street from the Astronomical Clock.

Room wasn’t what I booked.
4.5
Over all we had a very pleasant time. Location of the hotel is perfect, your restaurant is good and the Black Angel's bar is very interesting.
3.5
Location, staff and terrace bar
Limited breakfast, poor sound insulation, cumbersome room keys and only one lift. Water bottle in room was not complimentary which is odd for a 5* hotel in my experience.
