Central location and quiet.
The toilet paper was a bit rough!
8.0
Perfect location, easy parking, friendly staff, clean, modern, and tastefully decorated hotel
The hotel in general was quite cold. The rooms would have been perfect if it wasn't for the cold temperature and poor lighting.
7.0
Perfect location just behind the Dom and the Torrazzo.
Furniture requires a refresh. Everything looks a bit old.

This is a very good hotel, with a modern style and vibrant decor. The location could hardly be better, only a few minutes walk from the old heart of the city. There are very good restaurants nearby, together with a wide range of casual places in which to eat. Breakfast was excellent.
Staff responsiveness varied, but was generally pleasant. There is a bar in the lobby, but no enticement to spend time sitting there. This is an under-utilised asset.

Very modern hotel with a nice clean room, spacious and comfortable. Amazing location inside the city center. Offered us a parking space on a parking across the entrance on a really good price. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious. Excellent service from the really helpful staff! Everything perfect!

location is great and parking place is just in front of the hotel.
the lift doesnt show which floor we are going and the floor in 301 has a small demage. the aircon is loud

nothing special
the Title of the hotel needs to be changed. during my stay I didn’t notice anything of a great Art. it was just a normal simple plain hotel. too expensive. the only thing good was the location was in town. that’s all

Nice hotel. They have a small garage in the one way street 100 m from the hotel. The walk to the old town is 5 minutes and there is plenty of restaurants. They gave me a good recommendation where to eat.
Nothing really.

The location is excellent and very near the historic center of Cremona. We stayed for three days and interacted with several members of the staff. They were uniformly courteous, knowledgeable, and glad to help us. We were also happy about the set up of the breakfast area, which has adequate spacing between the tables and a buffet that permits social distancing. Good cappuccino, too!
Our room faced the courtyard, but the very little light filtered into the room.
5.0
Good breakfast.
Someone had smoked in the room. We asked for a different room but the smell was more or less the same.

Breakfast was perfect.
Nothing!

The hotel s centrally located. the room is comfortable and has the basics that you need. The bed was comfortable and pillows reasonable.
Breakfast again basic but acceptable. Not many cooked options only eggs which even for that you have 2 choices, boiled or like scrambled. No bacon, sausages...
The coffee or tea is not self service and I just had one cup of coffee which was cold.
The room was not well maintained. It seems that they are strap for cash or don't want to spend money to maintain standard. The laminate flooring had many gaps, cracks in the floor boarding...
They did not provide shampoo and body lotion which is a basic requirement in many hotels now. There was a wall mounted shampoo dispenser but no body wash. Also the soap and shampoo looked the same as they seemed to be one but with different label.
They did not change the duvet cover during my 3 days stay there. There were several spots on white duvet cover which I took photo of but did not bother to complaint.
I asked for parking space and the email from Booking.com confirmed that this is agreed at no extra charge!!! when I paid, they charged me 15 euros for each day of parking which pushed the price to 110 euros per night...
Certainly too expensive for the facilities and what you get in a small town. Certainly you should not compare it to big cities.
There are B&Bs with better reviews on Booking.com that can be considered before wasting a lot of money.

Nice location, easy to reach. Standard layout of rooms.
Really a lot of noise from the backyard heat pumps. Breakroom was really cold in the morning.

the hotel is in the center, near a very pleasant square with plenty of charming restaurants.
the fitness room is good.
the room i had did not look at all it was in the same hotel described on booking pages. the room needed repainting. bulbs in the bathroom were not replaced. i had to shower in the dark...
the TV is not even in front of the bed, but at 90° angle (weird).
the airconditionning (although not on) makes a lot of noise and when you open the window, there is a big fan in the yard making a lot or noise at intervals. at night, it was off though.
5.0
uncomfortable bed, hotel is generally a bit 'tired'
8.0
All mentioned above
The view into the courtyard with too many windows looking into our room necessary to close all the curtains
5.0
breakfast very good , position very good
general state of premisses very used , no soap in the shower , staff ok but not very interested in our problems

The location is great, just next to the center but quite located. There is an option for a garage, that was the important for us. We have been staying there several time, due to this two reasons. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good :-) -
We have been there the first time with a baby, so we have been staying a bit more time in the room and realised it is not the perfect hotel with baby - although the babybed was offered free of charge :-) The room is quite dark...

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, especially the double room used for a single. The use of the bicycle was lovely. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious. Will definitely go back.
