The "Poseidon" apartment was very clean, we had clean towels and bed linen. The temperature in the rooms was cool, so we didn't feel the need to start the AC (now that I think of it, I don't remember if there was any :D) When we arrived, there was coffee and hot chocolate that you could prepare yourself using the coffee machine, enough for the days of our stay and for each of us. Giuseppe, Antonino's right hand, was very kind and helpful. The WiFi was not working at the beginning, so he helped us identifying the issue: the router fell down and it was not plugged in properly (just in case it happens to you too).
The perks of the property include the terraces (either private, belonging to the apartments or the public ones, free for guests). There was also an agro-restaurant close-by, called Antico Casale, with a great atmosphere, serving and good food (not that many options in the menu, unfortunately). There is a pool nearby, but you have to pay for the entry, as it does not belong to the property, but it is worth mentioning it. On top of everything, we loved the fact that there was free private parking, as we came by car.
I would like to thank Antonino for his amability and responsiveness, much appreciated. If we ever come to that side of Italy again, his place would definitely be on the list! :)
The property was a bit far from the beach, although it is stated on the property page, when you think of it in walking distance, it takes you a lot to get even to the main road. We tried it once, but the sun was burning and we took a taxi for the last 500 m away from the beach (distance, not walking distance). However, this is transparent and clear information and not a drawback.
The streets are very very very narrow - Again, not something that is in control of the owner, it's specific to that area of Italy (and not only), but good to know what to expect.
The rooms in the apartment were a bit poorly lit and the only available mirror was in the bathroom and in the big bedroom. Two of the bed frames were a bit outdated, but very solid (they have stood the test of time) and quite heavy, I didn't open mine because I was afraid not to break something - These are the only things that I believe could use an upgrade and it is in the power of the owner(s), to elevate the experience of their guests.

The bed and pillows were amazing. the host was very nice and helpful. Everything went well. A nice private outside space to use.
was a full house, but seems like just the room was made to be use. the kitchen had just really basic, missing a microwave, could be improve. Seems like the house didn't had too much use.

The rooftop with the relaxing armchairs is a nice extra, it can be used by the guests and the view from there is exceptional, also it is nice to watch sunrise from there. Additionally, the host is really kind and responsive.

Super quiet area so a super quiet hotel!
The location of the hotel in a remote area and very inconvenient by any mode of transportation. My phone had only a data plan and no local phone call, even the data stopped working in the area the hotel is located at, so I couldn't contact the host. It's location is inconvenient for international guests! Thank God! I found a neighbor on the road who knows the host and phoned the host for me. The host arrived, saying there were instructions for guests to let the host know 30 minutes before coming to come and give a key to the guest. It's not possible unless you knew the data would stop working ahead of time! :(

The view was amazing and the place was comfortable and quiet.
The restaurant next door had the tastiest food.
I found the advertising quite misleading as I searched for a place with a pool and close to a beach. The pool was the local pool which was closed when we were there.

The room is of good size. The views are amazing. The restaurant is close by and does delicious food.
The property is far from the actual town. There is heavy dependency on SITA bus or private taxi if you are not driving your own vehicle

Great location if you are driving as secure parking was available. Excellent views from terrace, AC worked well, well equipped.

The views from the patio upstairs offer a great view of Bay of Naples. There’s free parking at a secured lot about 50m from the hotel
The apartment is below street level. There’s a tiny window near the ceiling in the bedroom making it pretty dark and can be claustrophobic. The apartment isn’t the cleanest. Floors are sticky and there were a lot of hair everywhere.
The host wasn’t good in communicating. I told him approximately what time I’ll arrive (since I read from previous reviews that there are no phone signal up there). I gave him a 15-minute timeframe. When I arrived, no one was there. Without any reception, I struggled to get any signal. When I messaged him, he showed up 20-25 minutes later.
PS: Don’t drive into the driveway leading into the apartment. it’s for a different house and it’s very narrow and steep. you’ll have a very difficult time backing out as the the other house owner does not allow you to do a 3-point turn down there (not host fault but I feel like that he should have gave everyone a heads up).

Antonino was very communicative before our stay and shared all the useful info we needed. The apartment was great - spacious and confortable for a family of four, with multiple terraces to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. The apartments are right next door to a lovely agriturismo (https://www.ilcasaleantico.com/) where we ate the best dinner of our stay in the region in a stunning setting (and could also have eaten breakfast for €8 pp). The pool (Piscina La Lisca) was just across the road but unfortunately not yet open for the season. The minimarket was 5-10 mins walk away and had everything you might need for a simple dinner or picnic. We would definitley recommend L'Incanto.
We were woken at 3am by the cockerel's crowing, which promptly set off all the local dogs barking. So despite the lovely setting, it wasn't a great night's sleep. Bring ear plugs! Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn't open on 31 May despite the heat - though it looked like they were setting uip for the season so I think it would have only been a matter of days (and it looked lovely!)...

Antonino, the manager, is a kind person, he helps you with everything you need, and the apartment where I lived for 5 days has a great view of the entire bay of Naples, both day and night. Also the apartment has a very useful and pleasant terrace. It is good to reach the destination with cars as small as possible because the streets are very narrow.
A modern coffee machine inside

clean apartment with stunning views, very comfortable bed. we had a car which was important as a little bit out of the town (3km). But lovely rural setting, would recommend getting the room with the terrace which has views of mountains and the sea and looks out over Sorrento.Excellent communication with Antonio, would recommend and we will be back.

Owner Antonino's quickly responded for our requests/queries.
There was seating option in common terrace, so it is quite nice sea view experience in the mornings/evenings.
It was mentioned as there is pool facility, but it is in another private location.

Great location, just some minute's drive from Sorento. Parking near. Great view from the terrace to the sunset. Near is good Italian restaurant.
A bit noisy street next to windows, but it reminds that you are in Italy.
