fantastisch hotelapparrtement

Wij reserveerden 2 kamers in het hotel, maar kregen enkele weken voor de datum een bericht of we we wensten te verhuizen naar het gloednieuwe hotelappartement met 2 slaapkamers, op 50 meter van het hotel gelegen. het appartement is gloednieuw. heeft 2 badkamers en is volledig voorzien van airco. de parking bij het hotel is een sterke plus.

einfaches sauberes Hotel

freundliches Personal, gute Lage, Parkplatz inbegriffen, ausreichend und gutes Frühstück.

Mit wenigen Handgriffen könnte man das Zimmer gemütlicher gestalten, insbesondere im Eingangsbereich. Eine Garderobe fehlte und die Beleuchtung ist schlecht.

Εξαιρετικό προσωπικο. Οι εργαζόμενοι ήταν παρα πολυ ευγενικοι. Ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε ότι χρειάστηκα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολυ καθαρά επίσης και ευρύχωρα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, Και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό επίσης.

Séjour à Come pas loin du centre dans un hôtel calme avec un bon rapport prix qualité

Le quartier est très calme, pas loin du centre à pied en 20 mn. Le petit déjeuner, la dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner était au petit soin, très professionnelle.

One night lay over

We didn't have to pay for the parking at the end,but honestly, I would have preferred more to pay 10 euros and have more comfort.

The rooms were very loud. I could clearly hear the couple next to us just taking to each other on a normal volume. The pictures are old,probably from the beginning of the hotel. The rooms were relatively clean, except the spider web hanging from the ceiling. The furniture was a bit broken but still relatively functional. By the look of it and for its comfort, I would rather reevaluate the price per night. For one night, as a pit stop on our way was ok, but for it's price I would have expected something a bit more maintenance and comfort.

Location acceptable to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff helpful No option to have breakfast at hotel .

The initial impression of the area outside the hotel was it was in a run down area of Como. Had to leave window open as air conditioning wasn’t working Shower bracket was broken

Excellent find

Very warm welcome. Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a balcony. Good continental breakfast, including fresh fruit. Friendly helpful staff. Located close to centre and railway station, but outside the tourist area. Good, local restaurants nearby.

Great place

Staff very friendly and place was very clean. Walk to the town is a straight road abiut 10 minutes. Road also has restaurants and grocery stores just in case. Would absolutely stay again

great staff, really friendly and helpful! the receptionist went out of his way to explain things to do and gave great recommendations

although it was only 10 min walk to city walls & another 10 to the lake it was a little far in the heat to walk back from daily activities

Great place to stay

Very friendly staff and helpful. Large room with fridge, AC, good size shower and very large bed. Plenty of storage for longer stay.

Exceptional

The staff went above and beyond to provide a full 5-star concierge experience. They held our bags at checkout, offered to bring them to the train station, and generally spoke with my friend and I with extreme patience and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Como on a budget!

The bathroom in the room could have been slightly roomier, and one of the three beds had a damaged frame, otherwise, no complaints.

Exceeded expectations

My original booking got cancelled as the host could not accommodate us. This was a replacement found for us by booking.com. I was a bit nervous as the place was further away from the lake and we had to away from the old city to get here. But wow, the friendliest receptionist I could ever imagine. She went out of her way to offer us our own personal bikes to use. We were greeted with a large room with very comfy beds and everything spic and span. The dining room for breakfast was huge and had this old Italian stone vibe. Plus there are a couple of guitars that I could just play/practice on. This place made my day.

I did not like interacting with booking.com customer service. They still don't know how to write emails. There are a couple of comments about this being in a shady neighborhood. It's not really shady, there are a couple of halal meat shops around the corner. If you have a problem with Muslims, that's on you. ^_^

The staff (person in reception and serving breakfast) was very very nice and helpful.

The very bad smell coming from the toilet. Really disgusting. I spoke to the lady at reception but smell persisted. Rooms need major revamp. The very bad smell in lift and reception area

Feel at home in Como

1. Scenic view 2. Clean rooms with Excellent housekeeping 3. Warm, friendly and always willing to help receptionist with a smile. Additonal points for that. She ensured everything was taken care of 4. Rooftop room with a balcony, lots of light and comfort.
