good location , staff was friendly and nice
we got charged for 2 sun beds at the beach. we only spent 10 min at the beach. the attendant there didn’t inform us that there was a fee for using it . it was 6pm already when we got to the beach. it was 160 euros , when I wrote to complain they didn’t even bother to reply

Stunning location, excellent pool area, close to amazing beaches, tasty restaurant, super nice and helpful staff, great views from the room
If you are one of those lucky people that is either completely retired or has a job that lets you completely disconnect, then the Wi-Fi situation is just fine. If, on the other hand, you work in order to pay for lavish vacations like this you should bring your own satellite dish (starlink) because this internet is lower quality than the one I had in 1993 when I used a phone line to connect to AOL. It’s also possible that the Germans in WW2 had a faster system using Morse code. So to summarize, their Wi-Fi is completely worthless for anything other than a text message. Highly suggest the satellite or a family of obedient pigeons to send your mail.
Next, let’s talk about the gym. Most hotels in Europe strongly support the development of diabetes by feeding us amazing food and offering no options to exercise. My girlfriend gained 5 kg on this trip as a consequence of these cruel and unusual policies. This hotel actually has a gym but it is case study in irony. Lots of space and lots of equipment that is really effective if you have not gone through puberty yet. The machines have basically one setting and unless you are 8 or 88 years old, they won’t be building any muscle. So why not actually put equipment that is useful? Oh yes there are some dumbbells that are potentially useful for small children to play with.
Finally, let’s talk about the cocktails and overall value of the location. Each of the cocktails was priced as if they were crafted by mermaids, blessed by angels, and sprinkled with gold flakes. These elixirs of life, or so we thought from the price, were actually watered down mostly tasteless drinks where you could imagine the presence of alcohol but you couldn’t be sure it was actually present.
The overall situation in this country is that you should be prepared to bend over real good once you get off the place and prepare for a good beating. You will do so happily because the views and beaches are spectacular.

Breakfast, other meals, bar and the swimming pool were excellent
The beach is a little far away, expensive and not very beautiful

This is a beautiful hotel with five stunning swimming pools. The staff is very helpful, the food is great and the rooms are beautiful. The beach is 300ms away. Excellent venue!

Breakfast was really nice
It was overpriced, you didn't had any access to the beach, you had to walk 10 minutes to go to the beach and first was not worth going and secondly still you needed to pay for it. For the standart i paid I expected much more

Breakfast was very good and the staff were exceptional - always friendly and aiming to please. The fabulous beach was very close (10 minutes walk) and the views were spectacular
It was quiet in the hotel in the evenings - not much going on so we would often venture out to the nearby harbour. It would have been nice if there was more evening entertainment

Beautiful, immaculate hotel. Lovely staff, gorgeous grounds and pool. There was everything to like about this hotel.
I would have liked an iron in my room but this was not available and pressing clothes was expensive.

The perfect Hotel! It has everything and is in the perfect location! The breakfast could not be better, in fact, I would say it is the best we have seen at a hotel in the last few years.
The staff are all excellent and very attentive if you need them. On all occasions, we required their service they could not do enough for us. We will be going back!
We could not find any bad points with this hotel, it was great!

The hotel is perfect, really beautiful with nice rooms and comfortable beds. It has several swimming pools where you can rest reading a book or enjoy swimming. There are two amazing beaches 5 mins walking which is very convenient. The staff is very kind and make you stay very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back!
The prices at the restaurants are too high. I think guests would consume more with lower prices.

Staff excellent.
Beautiful, comfortable room.
Lovely pool and walking distance to private beach.
Restaurant extremely expensive and food very disappointing. However, service was fantastic.
Very limited times for shuttle to port and main shopping area and restaurants. Not able to walk because of lack of pavements and 5 minute taxi ride cost 25 euros!

The staff were great. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious enough and great views.

Nothing, it's all perfect!

Excellent rooms, quiet, clean beach, staff were excellent. Senior lifeguard kept the pools and beach immaculate and was so helpful with golf carts etc. concierge and reception staff super helpful and efficient. Breakfast quality and choice good and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.
Only one restaurant in evening, too formal for families. Shuttle bus to Porto Cervo not frequent enough to negate the 20-50 euro taxi rides for a 4 minute journey. Insane.

The room was a little basic for a 5 star hotel

The location is great
We had taken three rooms at the same rate and I have a baby but our room was half the size of the other 2 and they had already put the crib in the smaller room. When asked they said their rooms may have different sizes but they are the same category

Breakfast excellent: any type of eggs and coffees you wanted. Bottles of water freely provided. More choice and higher standard of produce. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room excellent. Good beds especially for Italy/ Sardinia. Beautiful grounds, immaculate pools and gardens. We’ve been to other hotels and this is the only one which really is 5 star.
The website offers tennis and other facilities but these are not in the hotel or anywhere near. They are in Porto cervo and you need to pay for them as well as a e30 taxi to get there and back as shuttle not regular enough. This is misleading. Only one hotel restaurant open and they require long trousers for men. The most expensive restaurants in Porto cervo accept smart shorts with a collared shirt. This is overkill and silly given it’s the only place in hotel to eat in the evening. We didn’t bring long trousers for my teenage son.

The pool complex is superb, staff are charming and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The 'atmosphere' in the hotel of an evening felt a little flat and lacking in buzz. The only dining available seemed to be their quite high-end and relatively expensive fine-dining restaurant which although good, was not necessarily what we wanted every night. The place could do with a more informal 'trattoria' offer for evenings, perhaps exploiting the beautiful poolside setting which otherwise seemed closed down after sunset.
3.0 / 5.0
The staff, the pool, and the breakfast.
The room was not full sea view, contrary to the advertisement, the noise above the room could be heard especially when furniture was being moved for cleaning or other purposes. The lobby had no air conditioning and the gym had no air conditioning which made it really difficult to be in those places due to the heat. The spa was noisy due to its location below the gym which was distrusted the massage service. Also, the service at the pool was limited, we had to fetch our own drinks.

private, well located
needs some renovation. Furnishings are a little outdated. attention should be more flexible and timetables for services and amenities shouldn’t be so rigid.
