Voortreffelijk hotel, centraal gelegen, zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Prachtig grote. comfortabele kamer, airco, apart zitje, het ontbrak aan niets. Voor slecht 6 euro kregen wij een garagebox voor onze cabrio. Het ontbijt was overvloedig en voortreffelijk, in een grote. ruimte met uitzicht over het meer. Het was gezellig druk.

Kan niets bedenken.

Highly recommend it!

We love this place so much that we’ve been back a couple of times already. Great value for money, amazing staff that goes the extra mile to help with whatever you might need, good breakfast and the option of secure parking all in the heart of Omegna! The rooms are spacious and with all facilities. We’ll be coming back again and again!

Great location with A/C and a good breakfast

- Great location - Modern hotel - Good breakfast, first time ever I could drink a fresh juice from carrots. - Helpful and friendly staff

- The entire hotel could use a little refresh - Poor WiFi - No possibility of charging my EV overnight, but a station is being finalized nearby. It should be ready for my next trip in Omegna.

we loved Omegna and Croce Bianca so we would defenitly recommend this hotel to friends and famiely.

the hotel location was ammazing the stuff at the front desk and at the restuarant was wonderfull. we would defenitly recommend this hotel to friends and famiely.

the only very minor inconvenience is related to the blenkets which were wool blanket and felt a bit ichi

would not stay again

my room was on the 4th floor facing the lake, the only nice thing about it was the view.

i had to keep my windows tightly shut due to the loud traffic and people noise past midnight. Furnishings are very dated, the sofa was worn down and dirty looking.I had to put a towel down so I could sit. Plastic chairs and railings on the terrace had cobwebs everywhere. The plastic grass rug on the floor was dog eared, frayed and bunched up. The linens smelled of artificial scented detergent. It gave me a headache. Wi-Fi very spotty.

Very good

All of the staff were very kind, especially the young woman who seemed to work everywhere in the hotel. Her English was the best of those working and also assisted with travel info for us for our departure route.

The wifi was an issue when we arrived and was sporatic after. Good reception on ground floor. Only 50+ mbps

Perfect location just at the lakefront. Spotlessly clean. Professional service.

A hotel with little charm. A bit noisy. The shutters in our room were dysfunct, half open and could not be moved. A bit overpriced.

A simple hôtel, with a friendly staff, great breakfast and nice rooms when with lake view.

the breakfast and the room on the top floor (4th floor) w a huge balcony at the corner and overseeing the lake - the room in the city.

Don’t stay at this hotel

We had confirmation via an email from the hotel through Booking.com on August 7th at 20:40hr. that we will have a double room with the lake view. When we arrived after 300km drive, we were given a triple room with a noisy street view. I complained to the hotel manager- he was rude and said you got what you booked and you should be careful what you book. If we had known in time before leaving Switzerland, we would have booked somewhere else.
