The service by the staff, especially Antonio. He was exceptional and always helpful throughout our stay, but especially in assisting us with the car and luggage meeting us in the municipal parking area and driving us and the car to the hotel where we unloaded the luggage. Location was great.
Room were small .

La situation dans Erice, l'accueil professionnel, et le fait d'avoir été surclassé ! On était les seuls clients de l'hôtel :-)
Le petit-déjeuner : pas suffisamment de produits frais.

gute Lage

Good breakfast with great views

The room smelled bad and the reception was quite rude. When taking into consideration the money spent to sleep here, it was just simply disappointing.
4.5
Excellent location and very good value, perfect for short stay. View from our room was truly amazing and so was the view from hotels restaurant. Nice and quiet with plenty of character, would use again.

The breakfast was quite good - lots of options with a beautiful view from the dining room.

we requested a parking garage which was a worry free decision and the staff very efficiently took care of it. the host had many great suggestions for us and answered all our questions. the room was great, comfortable beds and pillows. we ate at the restaurant twice and had memorable meals. very convenient. location was perfect.

Antonio, the manager, was especially helpful with parking and luggage (an historic medieval town with no car access). He also gave us restaurant and sightseeing ideas for Erice and Trappani. We liked the hotel and Erice so much we stayed an extra night! We highly recommend Hotel Elimo.

Good location within the city and close to the entrance as well. Parking provided (paid for) was very easy to use and convenient. Very good breakfast with a great view from the restaurant. Had a family room with 4 beds for 5 people, good size and space for 5 and had 2 bathrooms both with showers which is nice.

very close in middle of town, and close to the bus service and cable car!
the room was clean however we had a small carpet outside our hotel room and I discovered that that was because all of the tiles were broken underneath it! the hotel was not full at all because of low season so they could have putting us in a better room, also you needed to always switch the lights in the corridors on they were not automatically on

A lovely family-run hotel with comfortable and characterful reception area and bedrooms (about 20-25 rooms - nice art deco details in my bedroom), and a pretty courtyard. We particularly appreciated that the receptionist had stayed past midnight to check us in when our flight was delayed.
Antonio was exceptionally helpful when Sicily By Car's phones weren't responding on our last day - he called a garage to come out to assist and we got to the airport in time. We didn't hesitate about asking him for help as they had been so friendly and helpful earlier in our stay.
The breakfast was of good quality, with high-protein options for the diabetic in our party, and the views from the restaurant/breakfast room were fantastic when the cloud cleared each morning at about 9 a.m.. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant and those were some of the best meals we had in Erice, where it is difficult to avoid so-so tourist food.
The hotel is probably the closest one to the main Erice car parks (though it is up a hill). I loved the country walk up from the free lower car park (to find this path, go 50-100m further down the road to the red and white sign on the left - avoid high heels as the path is slightly rougher towards the end).
In the early evening there was quite a bit of noise from the street and sometimes music from a neighbouring house in my bedroom. Bedrooms 101-4 or 201-4 would be quieter. However, it was all quiet from 11pm onward on the five nights we stayed there.

Staff were great. Location of the hotel is very good. Few metres up from the main gate so for us arriving late in the dark was no problem to find it. Restaurant of the hotel prepares very nice food.
Only downside is that it got chilly and heating was still off.

From check in w/woman who spoke little English but was great at getting her communication across to Anthony who took care of car, info, dinner reservation but just generally a great resource and ambassador for hotel, it was perfect! Definitely a terrific accommodation and food Terrific!

The hotel room we rented was a family size, so good space for 2 people. Big closet, refrigerator, 2 bathrooms. The 2nd shower was a good size. Excellent location in the village. The restaurant was beautiful as was the rooftop terrace and garden room. The overall shared space was really cute. All of the staff were helpful. We had valet service which was only $15 and well worth the price.
The master shower was a little small, but there were 2. Breakfast was included, but it was not offered and we couldn’t find anyone in the morning to ask. That being said, we did not mention it upon arrival because we were not sure it was part of the deal. Had we mentioned it they may have offered breakfast. The room was a little dated, but it was comfortable.

Nicely located near main gate to Erice. our room had an outstanding sea view. the breakfast was good. We made plans to be met at the town gates, be driven to our hotel, to have our car taken away to be parked and to be returned to us when we left. It worked perfectly. The hotel was quiet. Someone we met said they found it noisy. we had no such problem at all.
The breakfast could have been more ample. Little or no effort was made to restock items if they were eaten by people before us.

The Hotel Elimo is an absolute gem in an enchanting mountain village. The manager Antonio is so very helpful in every way, from recommending car routes to even sorting out a mechanic at short notice to deal with a flat tyre on our hire-car. The hotel itself is a delightfully eccentric little place, full of eclectic art and interesting areas to sit (the library of varied books and comfortable chairs, the lovely garden room, the dining-room with its stunning view). The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
It's a few minutes' walk up a hill from the Erice car-park, and right next to the characterful centre of Erice, where we loved just strolling. The food is excellent and uses local ingredients, and there are friendly staff to bring you drinks and coffee at any stage.

Lovely staff. Large room. Great view and location. Lots of selection for breakfast.
Our shower was very small.

Loved this beautiful old house where you feel right at home in the open lounge and terrace. Be sure to book a room upstairs as our budget choice gave us a nice but noisy room at street level with constant babling tourist stream along our window. Had lovely dinner in the verandah restaurant and plenty full breakfast as well (they love their pastries!). Highly recommend.
Noisy street level room. Ask for room upstairs.
Dinner recommendation to Osteria restaurant was not good. Better check yourself. Or eat at the hotel restaurant which was great.

Incredible service. The main road to Erice was temporarily closed and they helped get us to the city another route and took us, our car and bags to the hotel.
