Recently renovated hotel

Recently renovated hotel so everything is new Location - walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Galata bridge. There is a metro and a tram station nearby. At breakfast they have a stand to make fresh omelette, however they run out of eggs once in a while.

The internet could be better

Ugodan hotel

Hotel se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji, sve atrakcije su u blizini, osoblje je ljubazno i sve pohvale čistačici koja je svakodnevno cistila sobu.

Doručak, Internet u mojoj sobi je bio katastrofalan, koristio sam internet susjednog hotela Imali smo mali problem sa toplom vodom, a najveci stres je bio sef u sobi kada je zablokirao ali ekipa je do jutra problem rjesila.

Nice hotel with optimal price

Friendly staff, nice clean room, comfortable bathroom with tasty smelled shower gel and shampoo. Hotel in the city centre, to Hagia Sophia 7 min walking, to the sea also 7-10 min. A lot of cafe and restaurant around which is working until midnight. Quite good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Maravillosa estadía en Estambul en el Hotel Sapphire. Volveremos!

Las buenas instalaciones, la gentil atención y la excelente ubicación. Hicimos todo caminando. Soy pintora y pude hacer mis acuarelas. Adjunto fotos. Cuando fuimos a la playa gestionaron muy bien todo. Así como el traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El desayuno tenía de todo. Muy buenos prontos y horario desde 6 am. Se agradece. Muchas gracias. Volveremos. 100% recomendable.

El ascensor es un poco lento.

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstücksbuffet mit Gemüse, Früchten, Käse, Aufstriche, Eier, etc.

W-Lan geht nur zeitweise, es wirkt alles noch ein wenig unfertig

Klam hotel

Meningen var at, skulle være i Sapphire hotel men de flyttede os til Maywood hotel på grund fuld renovering. I Maywood hotel var maden rigtig gamelt, og råddnet der var et rådene æg, og ikke nok mad. Vandet smagte af benzin og der var rester på tallerknerne. Vi har gentagene gange klaget til lederen, som er den samme leder i Sapphire hotel, men han ikke ændret noget, og ville ikke tage imod vores feedback. Vores ferie er ødelagt.

Отель находится в историческом центре Стамбула, в очень близкой доступности к парку Гюльхане, Айя София, Султанахмет. Также недалеко находится вокзал Восточный Экспресс, Египетский рынок. проходит трамвайная линия Т1. очень развитая инфраструктура, много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Сам отель 5 этажный, в номерах есть душ, холодильник, кондиционер. номера не большие, но уютные. Большое лобби, персонал очень приветлив, вкусные завтраки.

уже устаревший интерьер, и нет воды в номере.

hotel v kompletní rekonstrukci

Nemohlo se nám nic líbit, jelikož hotel je v rekonstrukci. Booking.com nevěděl??? Což bylo nepříjemné i s rezervovaným taxíkem přes Booking.com, kde nebyli schopni rezervaci změnit. V každém případě, nějaký místní pán ze Saphirru nás zavedl do náhradního ubytování a to bylo naprosto vynikající - hotel Maywood.

Hotel v kompletní rekonstrukci, nemožnost se ubytovat, neinfomovanost ze strany Booking.com, neschopnost Booking.com zajistit přesměrování taxi k náhradnímu hotelu. Zařídil až repepční náhradního hotelu Maywook, který byl velmi schopný!

Das Partner Hotel wo wir hinverfrachtet wurden, war ok. Aber scheinbar waren sie nicht in der Lage die Hotelzimmer Karte

An der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefallen, da sie uns bei Ankunft direkt in ein Partner Hotel weitergeleitet haben. Das gesamte Hotel war eine Baustelle von der sie uns scheinbar bis zum einchecken nicht Informieren wollten.

Das es garnicht das Hotel war was wir gebucht haben zum Beispiel!

I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved Sapphire Hotel. I will go back one day🤗

All the staff were friendly and helpful especially being able to communicate in English. The location was perfect. All the main attractions were within walking distance. The Gulhane tram stop was around the corner.

The cups in the room were to small for me. Next time I’ll take my own mug

Easy access to metro and all public transport. Easy to get to most tourist attractions. Location is good.

Not many options in breakfast. Mattress really uncomfortable. Complained many times but nothing changed.

Above and beyond service

First time in Istanbul and I did a lot of research to find a hotel. It lived up to all of my expectations. Location was excellent. I quite often sat out the front and just watched other people and chatted to staff who brought me a free chai and had a chat. I pretty much stayed around this area for dinner and drinks as there a lot of great restaurants and bars. They always treated me with respect and a smile.

Great value for a hotel in this area. Very friendly and efficient service.

Nice hotel, right in the centre of the tourist area. 10 minutes walk from Topkapi palace and Mosques in the area. Hotel, whilst a little worn, was clean and we all enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, although nothing special. Definitely a place to stay for easy access to the local tourist hotspots and the city in general.

A little noisy if your bedroom is on the street side, but in this area that is to be expected.

Great hotel with the best location and very friendly staff!

I stayed in this hotel with my mom for 5 nights and it was amazing. The location is the best - 5 min walk to Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and other historical sights, and 15 min to Grand Bazar. Also the tram station is less then 3 min. The street is very cute and charming. The staff was nice and super helpful - they gave us a room on the 6th floor, with Bosphorus views (you can see the bridge connecting Asian side with Beyoglu). They also helped us get the Istanbul transportation card and answered all the questions we had about exploring the city. The room was clean, they provided towels, bath robes and slippers. The staff cleaned our room and changed towels daily. Everyone was super friendly and in the end of our stay they gave us a little gift - box of Turkish delight and some apple tea with adorable traditional glasses and spoons. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we will come back to this hotel!

Highly reccommended! Amazing hotel!

We had an amazing time in Istanbul and the staff at the Hotel Sapphire played a big role in this positive experience. The staff was polite, friendly and ready to help with everything we needed making us feel welcomed. The hotel is ideally located near Gulhane tramway stop and at a walking distance from Sultanahmet! What is more the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and cafes and is very lively. The hotel was sparkling clean. Overall an amazing experience. We are definitely staying here the next time we visit Istanbul.
