Albergo OK.

Posizione e personale.

Aria condizionata non funzionava bene, piccoli dettagli dell'arredamento da sistemare (un po' antico). Cuscini comodi ma con odore di umidità. La mancanza di un parcheggio. colazione molto molto molto basica.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town .

Friendly staff , lovely comfortable room , great location .

Breakfast was rather limited , no omelettes or scrambled eggs available ( or any hot food ), dissappointing for a three star hotel .

A beautiful huge apartment in the heart of a heavenly Sicilian town

Wonderful position due to the beautiful resort, huge apartment of 90 square meters, very clean and tidy, large terrace, fantastic view of the sea and lovely square, solid breakfast with delicious Italian cheeses and salami, very tasty little bruschettas and premium juices. Our little son accidentally broke the old lamp, we felt sorry for the landlady who was obviously grieving for the old piece of furniture, but she didn't rip us off anyway, but we paid a reasonable price, how much the lamp really cost. In general, all hotel employees were very polite and helpful, they really deserved all the praise.

The lounge chair on the terrace was not properly secured and could not be used. The arrangement of things in the apartment could have been better, there is little space for storing clothes, which is strange for such a huge space.

The staff was fantastic. The location was incredible. The breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like the bed it wasn't comfortable. I also didn't like not having a shuttle from the bus station.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location of Europa square. Everything climatic and appropriate. The room is decorated with a mood, comfortable and with working air conditioning, breakfast delicious, although I missed scrambled eggs.

A Wonderful hotel with superb service!

The breakfast was freshly cooked! There was so much to choose from to eat! Freshly baked cakes, fruit salad and an assortment of savory items. A wonderful way to start the day!

atmospheric, quiet and comfortable

It is a very atmospheric hotel, by a beautiful square with a fountain, quiet, intimate and comfortable. Ask for a room overlooking the square. The room is very large, has a wonderfully painted ceiling and a very comfortable bed.

Comfortable, peaceful, small hotel in a great location !

Very good location of the hotel. Close to the sea and a beautiful promenade, restaurants with delicious food everywhere. In front of the hotel there is a fountain and an nice square. A bit noisy until midnight (only in the evening) but after midnight it's quiet and peaceful. I used the largest suite in the hotel on the top floor with a beautiful sea view - large and comfortable (2 rooms). Huge terrace. The rooms have dark curtains that calm down and ensure sleeping comfort. Towel change every day. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast modest but tasty - a choice of savory items (eggs, salami, cheese, bruschetta, mini snacks) and sweet - cakes, croissants. Possibility to order coffee from a real express - not only from a Nescafe machine. Well-functioning internet. Smart TV. There is an elevator in the hotel.

The room needs refurbishment - some minor faults in the bathroom. Lighting on the terrace to improve - partially not working. Not all power plugs in the walls work - working ones require an adapter (the hotel provides)

Comfortable, friendly hotel in a great location

Really nice hotel in the centre of Castellamare. We booked last minute as we had another hotel which didn't work out. Staff were really helpful. Location is great. Decor of the hotel is a little bit dated but that seems to be true in a lot of Sicily. Room was really comfortable. Overall it's a great option

the staff were incredibly helpful with local suggestions and how to get around. the location is fantastic also, a short stroll to the beach and local restaurants.

Exceptional

A beautiful little hotel just a few minutes walking distance from the marina and a beach. Easily accessible from the bus station. The personal is very attentive and extremely helpful with everything. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We 've had a lovely stay there and are looking forward to return.

The comfort of the hotel and its location provided a great last day of our holiday.

We stayed here for our last night before flying home from Palermo airport (which was quick and easy to get to in the morning). We were impressed by the spaciousness of the room, complete with balcony, and by the friendliness of the staff. It was easy to find a car parking space nearby. Lots of retaurants and the old centre of the town all very close by.

Wifi availability in the rooms could have been better.

A wonderful place to stay in Sicily right near a cute square and a short walk to the beach.

The staff was very helpful and our room was larger than we expected. The AC works very well. We had a small balcony that looked to the sea one way and the mountains the other way.

The toilet could have had stronger flush. We thought the mattress was going to be to firm at first but was actually fine

Beautiful hotel, excellent and helpful staff

The staff was wonderfull and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. They had a great free breakfast (pastries, coffee, juices.)

The beds were hard, other than that the stay was awesome

Superb

It was very well situated avoiding some noisier areas. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. We had decided to return to Castellmare later in our holiday and were genuinely upset that they couldn’t fit us in for the dates wanted, as we would have happily stayed again.

There really was nothing to dislike. It’s a good, honest place to stay.

Great Experience

Hotel's location is great and easy to reach to nearby restaurants& beaches. Stuff was real helpful and friendly. Due to COVID we received our breakfast to our room, which was way more delicious than basic hotel breakfasts. To sum up, great service, good location and clean rooms!

Parking was the only challenging part of our stay
