Location
Noisy, not very clean, not comfortable at all

Ubicación, trato del personal, la habitación individual bien ,cama muy cómoda, lo mejor la almohada.
El baño, puerta rozaba con el suelo, accesorios envejecidos por el paso del tiempo. Podrían invertir...pero todo muy limpio.

Nothing, it was all good.

Lo mejor sin duda alguna fue la recepcionista Carmen muy amable y atenta
Todo bastante antiguo, bañera y grifos muy antiguos, el colchón del sofá cama alambres puros, necesita una inversión urgente

The location was great. It was near to the centre and there was a supermarket on the same street as the hotel. The hotel was around a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral where we got the bus to Alhambra and to the bus station. The hotel breakfast was decent for the price paid. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
There was no fridge in our room although one was given quickly after asked. There was also no window to the outside as the view from the window was to the lobby area. The hotel has a 70s dated look. It could do with a more modernised touch.

Location, a hotel vibe
There was too much confusion about parking and how and to whom to pay for it.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Granada, close to numerous Bars, Restaurants and shops. Ideally situated for visiting the Alhambra. Public car park is a short walk away.

Wonderful location, cosy rooms and interior, helpful staff.
The room had no access to fresh air as the window opened onto the courtyard/reception area. The room had a strange smell of disinfectants after cleaning.

Lovely reception area and Spacious room, helpful staff at reception and in restaurant . Good location for seeing sights, close to Cathedral and bus stops.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and was extremely noisy being close to bars and restaurants. We could hear shouting until early hours. Triple glazing would make it possible to sleep well.

Awesome location. Incredible setting . Renovation of
Century old Spanish house into a very comfortable Hotel retaining its culture the best I have come across globally. Very clean great bed and linen warm and cosy. Only one hitch the shower and bath water lukewarm. And parking should be included in the price.
Thank you Jose Luis and Alberto.

Near to everything. Great staff. They even sent some stuff I left there to me in Cordoba which was the next leg of my journey.

nice old fashioned hotel with best location
has no parking, garage a 5 minutes walk away

Comfortable bed, good location near town centre, well-appointed bathroom apart from a lack of an extractor fan.
Safety deposit box would not function and couldn't be fixed due to public holiday.
No fridge or minibar although both promised on Booking.com.
Very noisy at night due to students out late and drinking.

good central position with a very good coffee bar at the side.
For future travellers you need to park in the designated parking area AT THE SIDE of the hotel just after the coffee bar there is a sign but unfortunately a car was already using it and although it should only be parked for 10 mins it was there a lot longer and not for check in. parking is in public car parks which can be full so you may have to drive around in a one way system which makes it stressful.

It's great location close to everything but not in a noisy street. The stay was delightful and very helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the the building has some history.
The description mentioned parking was available. What it didn't mention was that parking was 3 long blocks away.

The coffe/restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were really great and good food.
The beds are confortable and quiet.
The toilet was really small. Very uncomfortable to sit in the toilet. Not good for big or tall people.

We loved the location, the restaurant's food and the staff.
The bedroom was fine with very comfortable bed.
The toilet is too small and very claustrophobic.

The hotel is very central, had lot's of character and had a safe storage area for my bike.
Due to the old design of the hotel the noise from the reception area reverberated around the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price but it was disappointing.

Good location with parking near by.
Small hotel typically Spanish with nice bar and restaurant, open to the public. Lovely happy staff. Comfy bed.
