Estancia Jaime I

Tanto las instalaciones como la habitación muy limpias. El trato del personal excelente.

Bastante ruido por la noche con el ascensor y los grifos del resto de habitaciones.

Très bon hotel

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel à la réception était très serviable et très courtois.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. Il faut faire un effort sur le prix.

A fuir !

La literie était confortable et la chambre spatieuse

L’hôtel demande les coordonnées bancaire à l’arrivé, je n’ai jamais vus ça ! (Une question de garantie si on consomme ce qu’il y a dans le mini bar) une fois qu’ils ont tes codes de cartes dans leur logiciel, tout le monde peut y avoir accès et faire n’importe quoi !! De plus, le bruit le matin quand les chambres sont nettoyés à 7h du matin, est horrible ! Un peu plus de discrétion serait appréciable ! Pour le prix de l’hôtel, je ne recommande absolument pas !

Cama cómoda y muy limpio. Ubicación cerca del centro.

El aire acondicionado no salia frío a pesar d ponerlo al máximo en frío, claro está. Quizá estaba limitada la tª. Me faltó una cortina q dejara pasar la luz xq solo había la q te deja completamente a oscuras. Por último el tema del parking, me pareció excesivo 15 € x día siendo cliente.

Locația foarte aproape de metrou L3,foarte aproape de centru,obiective turistice

Garanția de 100 de euro oprita înainte cu aproximativ 1 săptămâna înainte de sosirea, lipsa izolării fonice, se auzea foarte mult zgomot în sufragerie noaptea din camera alăturată (auzeai tot ce vorbeau,chiar daca vorbeau pe un ton normal,unii clienți probabil au avut avion dimineața și au trebuit sa plece la 4 )

La limpieza y la ubicación el desayuno fue correcto con zumo recién exprimido de naranjas naturales y tiene un restaurante donde se puede comer de fabula

Room was spacios, clean and good value for money. Breakfast was nice too.

We arrived Sunday afternoon and took a time to realize that reception isn't there at all. Tried check in machine, didn't work either. Needed to walk to another hotel to do check in. While 2 small children and dog were waiting... No one from lobby bar came to ask children if they liked to drinks etc. Poorly managed.

Good location. Very clean. Very helpful staff, they took our bag packs into deposit after checkout.

The check in has to be done in another hotel across the street. The room did not have a view and it was interior (very little daylight).

Great hotel, will return

- central location - warm during winter days - nice restaurant at ground floor - nicely decorated - better than the usual 3* hotels in Spain

- artworks in our room were a bit violent; one was depicting toreadors and bulls and another one was with people on a scaffold or maybe I got that wrong... anyway, I think something more plain and colorful would have worked better

Disappointing

It all looked clean and well looked after. The room was large and airy with all you need and expect in a three star property. We were particularly impressed with most of the staff, especially the waitress who was so kind and helpful when we discovered there was no availability for dinner. As I am unable to walk far to find a restaurant this was a blow but she suggested we go to the little supermarket across the street and get something there. She then gave us plates, cutlery and napkins and offered condiments and sauces. So easy to do but it made us feel good.

The self registration at the door, whilst a good idea, did not accept our Booking.com reference number. we had no other. We were then directed to another hotel further down the street. We had chosen the hotel as it offered a restaurant facility. It was fully booked but the hotel was far from full of guests. Surely some tables should be made available to hotel guests? The bed was so uncomfortable that my wife hardly slept. Breakfast was at the aforementioned hotel down the street. The eggs, bacon etc were all cold.

Location was perfect.Room changed and cleaned everyday. Nice bathroom Check out time was reasonanle.

Only one available plug to charge yout phone or to plug in laptop in the bedroom and this was only located by the bedside,very necessery these days. Could maybe have a tv channel or two in English apart from CNN,They are available in Spain.
