Todo muy bien,ubicación cerca de la playa,comodidad,limpieza,y sobre todo las chicas de recepción,muy competentes y simpáticas,nos ayudaron y orientaron en lo que necesitamos.

Todo estuvo bien.Me falló Sanlúcar de Barrameda,no me terminó de gustar esa ciudad.

Very good

A good location to walk around close to the beach. Have nice sight of the Guadalquivir. I couldn't visit the pool, but seems to be confortable. The service were very nice and helpful every time i needed them.

My room was oriented to the backyard, a parking lot and was oriented completely to the sun, maybe could have tinted windows to avoid the extra hot and be able to watch outside despite the views.

Pleasant enough.

Some of the bar staff were excellent and very obliging and the initial reception we received was very good. In particular breakfast staff were not at all helpful.

A very impersonal atmosphere and many staff were not at all helpful. Very overpriced for what is provided.

One of our most enjoyable stays in this excellent hotel.

This is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location near both the town, with its array of delicious retaurants, and the beach area with its lovely promenade. We had a lovely stay. There is on small but very important feature which we haven't encountered before - a disposable non-slip mat for the bath. A great safety feature for all those who love showers.

An extractor fan for the bathroom would be most useful when bathing or showering.

good value and great if you want to be near the fisherman’s quarter bars and restaurants and the beach

very nice hotel close to the beach

hotel is very nice, close tot he river, /beach. 10 minute walk tot he old town. the rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. the location is good if you can walk to t he old town or if you want to be very close to the beach.

i thought it was closer to the old town, but we like to walk so it was fine,

Location - fantastic, only a 3 minute walk to beach and an excellent choice of seafront restaurants Pool area was lovely, very clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds. Never crowded. Breakfast buffet was very good, excellent selection but not overwhelming.

The food and pool were good and the staff was very good. When I returned after I checked out the staff were very helpful. Yes the staff worked hard and always had a big smile. That included the cleaning staff. Very helpful. They helped with taxi reservations.

Really my fault, but I got a standard room with no balcony. Street view. In the past I have always had a balcony it makes all the difference from an enjoyment point of view having over the pool. My experience in the past was the great balcony. I think the booking should have pointed out the limitations of the street view. Also there was a lot of noise from a next door neighbor < was in room 208

Exceptional

Amazing hotel and staff! Special thanks to one of the receptionists (can’t remember her name unfortunately) and Paco who kindly helped us when someone had backed into our car which had made the number plate to come off. They sent us to get on with our day and had re-attached the number plate onto the car when we got back later in the day! Thank you again for your help and service. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Sanlucar de Barrameda.

authentic Sanlucar by the sea

the room looked as if it has been recently renovated so was very clean and tidy. the best churros and chocolate can be bought at the stand 50 metres in front of the hotel. we’ll placed near to the beach. nice swimming pool with shade for relaxing

Relaxing break with everything needed for lovely summer break.

Very comfortable room and mattress. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great choice to suit all tastes. Lots of fresh fruit, selection of cereals, yoghurts, cooked breakfast with large selection, fruit juices, nice breads etc... Lovely to have use of swimming pool or one minute from beach as alternative. Close to excellent restaurants by beach or tapas bars in the back streets also with excellent food but a cheaper option.
