Si no quieres dormir por la noche, escoga el hotel, música a tope discotequera hasta las mil

Las piscinas son una pasada, climatizadas y para disfrutar de ellas.

El hotel está ubicado en la zona de las discotecas, están al aire libre.Es horroroso, horrible la música hasta más de las seis de la mañana, retumban en las habitaciones, ni con tapones se puede dormir.,no es un hotel para descansar,,verlo para creer...inimaginable. El todo incluido del hotel deja mucho que desear, la comida de poca calidad es decir se come bastante mal. Me daban una habitación inferior a la que había pagado, si no me quejo me la cuelan..

Best hotel in Tenerife

Os funcionários são muitos simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. A limpeza é excelente. A animação é 5 estrelas. O spa é divinal. A localização também é top. De certeza que regressaremos em breve. Um beijo especial à Margarida da recepção.

Para quem tem sono leve convém obtar por quartos mais afastados da avenida principal porque tem animação até madrugada.

Situación inmejorable frente a la playa y zonas de ocio. La Piscina infinita es una maravilla y la zona de tumbonas junto a ella donde hay más tranquilidad que en la otra piscina

Excellent location, the shame on the restaurant cleanness.

Perfect location - beachfront, a room with the ocean view, it was superb. Good facilities, plenty of resting/sitting areas, lounges etc. Food was okay. Some of the staff friendly and helpful.

The main health and safely issue for us was the restaurant, when on the first dinner we saw a cockroach on the floor near out table. But the shock was at breakfast the following morning when we saw a cockroach on the worktop right next to a pan where an omelet was being prepared - and when we pointed out to the chef about it, he only shrugged his shoulders. It was a horrible smell at the restaurant in the evening, we are guessing they applied some disinflation, but this experience did put us off, not to mentioned upset stomachs. Watch out when dining over there.

Nice location and proximity to the beach. Buffet had variety, all inclusive drinks were not good

The location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Helpful staff, answers all our questions. Balcony was nice to relax on at the end of the day Nightly entertainment

A/c system was not very strong and only runs when you have the key in the room and the patio door locked which made the room hot and stuffy often. The drinks at the bar as part of the all inclusive were terrible. I understand they are served with a dispenser for convenience but the flavour was artificial and too sweet. Some of the choices made in regard to food and drink for the all inclusive option gave the impression that the hotel has quantity instead of quality in mind.

Bang average

The Hotel was in a very good location, the pool was nice, the lower pool was lovely and warm and the sun beds where comfortable and supportive, the hotel beds where comfortable.

Ok, the room which was meant to be a family room was a disabled room, really odd considering it was the furthest away from the lift, there is no air con, warm air blows into the room so we had to sleep with our window open and tiny balcony door open room 456, it wasn’t a very good stay at all considering myself and my partner was bit to death by mosquitoes. The balcony 🤯 what balcony, my mother and father in law stayed as well, they didn’t get any sleep due the music from the bars over the road, their room was adequate but small. The food was low quality, it was cooked well but everything was bland because a lot of it was out of a tin or a packet like the scrambled eggs etc.

Zu empfehlen, wenn man touristische Gegengen mag und einen guten Schlaf hat.

Das Essen war größtenteils lecker, wenn man Essen vom Buffet mag (warmgehaltenes Essen). Es gab allerdings auch immer ein wenig frisch Zubereitetes (z.B. Omelette beim Frühstück oder Fleischspieße am Mittag).

Unser Zimmer war nicht gut isoliert. Man hat sämtliche Geräusche/Gespräche auf dem Flur gehört. Auch nach draußen gab es kaum bzw. keine gute Isolierung, was besonders wegen der nächtlichen Musik (des Nachbarhotels) störend war.

Mi ha piaciuto tutto, la posizione, la cucina, la pulizia, camera silenziosa , letto comodo, personale molto gentile e professionale.

Il vetro della doccia leggermente piccolo e l'acqua usciva fino al corridoio. Niente altro.

Enjoyable, clean and fab location. Staff were friendly.

Location Facilities were good

Daily clean of rooms was not the best. Cups were not replenished, and side table was not cleaned. Arrived early and waited for room however did not get access until 3pm when we were told we would get room at 2pm as per stated.

perfecta ubicación

La ubicación, literalmente a un paso de la playa. Buena la comida, mucha variedad. El personal muy amable sobre todo los del comedor. Los espectáculos son variados y están bien pero acaban 22:30.

La mayoría de los días no había servicio de me- sas en el bar de la piscina Los colchones son malísimos, me cambiaron el mío y seguía siendo un horror. En el baño, muy grande, por cierto, no había ni una mísera repisa nada, el neceser estuvo los ocho días en el suelo La terraza de una habitación de 4 personas es ínfim ínfima hasta el punto de no caber dos personas. La música después del espectáculo está altísima no se puede hablar. Todo esto no es digno de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

la musique venant des boites de nuit, très bruyant toute la nuit. Le nettoyage des sols non fait dans les chambres. Les cocktails bas de gamme dans le tout compris étant différents de ceux servis pour les autres formules. Le canapé lit pas confortable dans la suite junior

Prima kamer, ruime doucheruimte. Mooie ligging aan het strand / boulevard

Helaas elke avond geluidsoverlast van het uitgaansleven. Verplicht met de deur dicht slapen (dan was het geluid enigszins gedempt).

Enjoyable stay

Food is good and great Mojito at pool bar. Worth mentioning is that prices at the bar are moderate, we appreciated that so no need to go to supermarket to fill the fridge with cold beer. The pool and sunbathing area is great, Comfortable beds, modern bathroom and room very clean.

We stayed at the more quiet end of the Hotel this time but still in the night you hear the constant booming of base and drum into early morning from the nightclubs. However this was much more quiet than the penthouse we stayed in last year.

Grundsätzlich erholsam wenn man die sonnenterasse nutzen konnte . Beim Pool eher sehr laut durch ewige Musik über Lauts

Gute Lage zum Meer. Sonnenterasse war angenehm ruhig.

Frühstück konnte nicht im Freien eingenommen werden! Speisesaal war sehr laut von der Akustik !

Room always cleaned every day. Breakfast had a superb choice. Well presented.

The key cards to open the door of the room were always out of order. Sometimes I had 3 keys so that one worked. Even the broken cards worked in the electricity switch.

Nie polecę tego hotelu ze względu na hałas w nocy .

Super lokalizacja , wolne leżaki przy basenie było ich naprawdę bardzo dużo. Piaszczysta plaża przy samym hotelu.

Do 6 rano mieliśmy dyskotekę przed oknem było bardzo głośno okna są nieszczelne cały hałas dostaje się do wnętrza pokoju. Po przebudzeniu bardzo ciężko zasnąć . Jedzenie na śniadaniu bardzo monotonne . Bardzo mało owoców , warzyw poza pomidorem nie było wcale . Bardzo mały wybór .

Hotel wymaga wielu napraw oraz generalnego sprzątania

Bliskość do plaży i centrum, smaczne posiłki, wymienność obiadu na kolację przy opcji HB. Baseny z podgrzewaną wodą, dużo leżaków przy basenie, ciekawe animacje wieczorne

Brud. Panie sprzątające wymieniały tylko ręczniki, zero zamiatania podłogi. Lodówka była bardzo brudna. Musiałam sprzątnąć ją sama. Kolejny minus to zepsute meble a mianowicie: łóżko, szafka, szuflada nocna, drzwi balkonowe i suszarka. Pokój 605

We didn’t like hotel and would never consider going back. It wasn’t what we expected from a 4* hotel

Hotel was close to beach but generally we weren’t happy with our choice. Music was blaring close at hand until about 3am and we had to move rooms. Also didn’t find reception particularly helpful.

We absolutely hated the restaurant which was like a disorganised canteen and not what we were expecting from a 4* hotel. The coffee In restaurant and bar was awful.

L' animazione e gli spettacoli serali erano un po' carenti Il ristorante in alcune sere era davvero carente, ma la cosa che colpiva era che i cibi più ricercati erano cotti e serviti con il con gocce con il risultato che si formavano lunghe o code o avete finivano subito La stanza non aveva il bidet e neppure lo spazzolino del wc

Was nice but noice from the street ruined ours stay

Nice hotel , staff lovely and helpful I need to mention receptionist Aurelie very smiley professional lady ,

If you come to the hotel for an asleep, and relax that not a possible! Before I book this hotel I thought that people who complain about the noise are over reacting, oh no they where right , you can’t asleep at this hotel from 9.pm until 6am, noice from the street even the balcony was close you feel like you at the party bar ;( . Will never recommend this hotel for some one who come there for a sleep. Bad experience

L'hotel fronte mare a cui non manca nulla.

Posizione eccellente fronte mare, pulito e il buffet era ottimo e vario.

Varierei il tempo di utilizzo dell'area benessere e quindi il costo...aggiungerei l'opzione di solo un'ora.

goed verblijf in Playa de Las Americas

eten middelmatig, bijna elke dag het zelfde, maar onze kamer (panoramische kamer) was fantastisch; ook de spa was zeer goed. Overdag veel volk aan zwembad. All-in was in orde, al moesten we soms wat wachten op de drankjes (echt doorwerken is er bij de Spanjaarden niet bij :) ).
