The only negative I would say is it’s distance from downtown (not a walking distance ) but there is both bus and metro nearby

Next time I’ll book a hotel in Center of the city

The pool water was cold. I booked this hotel to swim after we come back from the city but it wasn’t possible.they close it at 19:00 o’clock. I booked this hotel to drink my tee and coffee at my room but they didn’t put any water for daily coffee . I had to ask for water every day. The tap water taste like chlorine,also for shower. Too far from City center. The corners of tiles weren’t clean. Beside the window under the curtain was dusty. There was no nice view from that high building.

Beautiful Place, but feel we deserve some compensation

Beautiful Room and the Spa was excellent. Room service was great too.

Room was lovely however it did feel that it had been a clean room which was sat there for a few days to a week perhaps as I noticed some dust settling. Also I had to change rooms to get one with a twin bed- however I was not told that the twin beds would still be side by side together. We were also disheartened at the fact that my friend and I were not allowed to go down to the spa pool in our Swimsuit covered up with our Robes (the ones which were given to us in the room). We initially were told by a staff member on the phone up in our room that it was OK, but then got told off by two reception staff, so we weren't pleased about that. The first reception staff told us that we could continue but needed to be mindful for next time, and the second reception staff at the spa made us go all the way back to our room to change and bring bags down with our swimsuits and robes in them. When we made the complaint to another staff member that we were repeatedly given mixed messages, we had expected some sort of compensation (perhaps the 12 euro charge to use the spa), they said they understood and would handle it. We got no compensation in the end. We feel we were treated unfairly.

La ubicación , el personal y las instalaciones.

Que un hotel de esas características carezca de una simple botella de agua en la habitación, que hay tetera para calentar agua y no hay ni sobres de café ni te, no hay ni cepillo de dientes ni zapatillas, pienso que la categoría del hotel no cuadra con los servicios ya que el precio es bastante elevado.

Amazing hotel

The staff were so helpful and nice. The hotel was really nice 10 mins away from airport. Amazing hotel to stay in very futuristic style way would stay again Staff were fantastic 👍

It was nice hotel to stay for a few days it doesn’t have a lot locally around the area but close to airport was why i chose it. Would definitely recommend this hotel it was amazing inside.

Very disappointing!

Good location and taxi service was superb

The hotel staff reported me to booking.com as a no show even though I checked in on the scheduled date. The food and choice of alcohol in the executive lounge lacked good taste. The TV station selections in the room were very poor. As a result of these item I cancelled my stay scheduled for 23-25 June 2024.

Nice comfortable room with a good view of the suburbs, but expensive far away from the city center

A very big hotel with many rooms and people, the room was good, clean, quiet, the bed comfortable and the view was nice since I had my room on the high floor. The staff was polite and the reception area and bar design was nice and inspiring.

It is very dissapointing that for a hotel that is so expensive, the gym is a very small room in the basement, that has just 2 machines and the exit from it is only via the elevator door, but the elevators do not come often, since the hotel is pretty large with many people. I was waiting every time for the elevators quite some time. To exercise, I had to pay 12 EUR per time, each day, and train in the very nice gym that is actually connected to the hotel! Why to pay?....Everything is extremely expensive in the hotel, and in the bar. The location is awful, it is very far from the city center. There is a subway station located over a pretty bad parking area, which is mostly empty, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately the subway is super busy every time, no matter which time of the day and the taxis are expensive and it takes quite some time to get to the center.

Hotel ma skvelou lokalitu, blizko letiste a zastavka metra je 150 m od hotelu a za 20 min po L1 jste na La Rambla. Pohodlna postel. Vynikajici je snidane, velky vyber i pro milovniky zdrave stravy. Navstivte restauraci na strese hotelu Sky Fall , kde je prejrasny vyhled . Na recepci vsichni usmevavi a ochotni. Doporucujeme.

Increíbles Instalaciones, pero Aislado!

La experiencia, la calidad, la estancia muy cómoda, el personal excepcional, los detalles y todo muy cuidado. El espacio de la habitación estuvo de maravilla!

Lo alejado que está de todo, esto te obliga a tener que tomar taxi si sales a comer cualquier cosa diferente a la del hotel, eso resulta incómodo, pero fuera de eso un gran hotel!

Hommikusöök oli imeline ja teenindus oli tasemel! Skyfall baar hotelli katusel "ufolaevas" oli ka üks põnev koht.

Hotelli restoran Terrum oli keskmisel tasemel, kõike muud arvestades ootasime paremat sööki ja teenindust.

Barulho imenso, a parecer um night club. 15 minutos para um mero check in, superlotação. ATM engole cartões de crédito dos clientes e nunca dão feedback. Não respondem e-mails. O telefone toca sem parar e ninguém atende. Olha, se isso é um 5 estrelas, que horror.

Dobry wypas za nie duże pieniądze ( w porównaniu do innych hoteli na tym poziomie). Polecam!

Hotel na pełnym wypasie, wszystko ładne i świecące, obsługa mega pomocna i bardzo komunikatywna, pyszne śniadanie, znakomita restauracja. Chętnie jeszcze tu wrócimy :)

Maravilloso

Amo el ascensor, es súper rápido! Las instalaciones son maravillosas , las habitaciones altas tienen una vista de Barcelona preciosa, el desayuno buffet es muy completo, el bar de la última planta es una pasada, todo está muy bien en este hotel, me encanta!

Lujo y desencanto

Me encantó las instalaciones, habitación bastante amplia y cómoda.

Incomodada por la seguridad del hotel debido a ir al baño de la planta -1 (me mandó el recepcionista), cuando salí del baño la seguridad me reclamó el no ir a otro baño que tenían en la planta baja, me persiguió hasta la recepción y hasta que no vio que estaba hospedada no dejó de seguirme. Llegamos el viernes y hasta el sábado a las 19:45 de la tarde no vinieron a limpiar la habitación (nos íbamos a las 6 de la mañana del domingo). En el Skybar vistas espectaculares, trato regular y camareros bebiendo alcohol en turnos de trabajo.

La atención de Señor Carlos en el desayuno (lo único).

Nos han cobrado a la entrada 20% de la noche a título de reserva, lo que no estaba escrito en parte alguna. Tardamos 10 días, dos llamadas, un correo, un mensaje al centro de conflictos del Booking.com y otro al de la UE para que nos devolvieran. Ya he viajado mucho por muchos países y nunca he vivido nada parecido. Una vergüenza absoluta.
