Excellent hotel and service and good food. We've stayed there many times and will be going back!

spa is excellent and spacious room was enormous and clean and comfortable breakfast selection was extensive and high quality

there were no sunbeds available at the pool side so we had to sit on the towels on the grass the food at the buffet dinner was not very hot, only just warm enough

booking hotel amenaties was poor, nothing was on time and the staff didn´t seem to care.

Restaurants´were good and the food was good.

The bar staff were poor, had no time for the ederly and disabled.

Huge resort, fitness center available, location with awesome view over a valley, 2 restaurants and one snack bar, some employees very friendly and motivated, enough free spots in underground parking structure

Partially worn out (e.g. floor tiles in room), fitness center equipment partially not serviced well and not functional, some employees not motivated and showing it, inconsistencies with restaurant bills on final invoices

Would stay here again for a quiet getaway.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel. Great breakfast and evening buffet. Ample free parking included in the price.

Didn't like the amount of stairs to the pool area.

We went for a spa weekend and we could not recommend this place enough! Everything was amazing

Beautiful buildings and views. Food and accommodation excellent. Lots of steps but also many lifts. Golf course great with very good rates. Couldn't fault it.

Very pleasant quiet peaceful place

This is our 2nd time and it was just as great today as the last time. Staff are so attentive. Nothing is too much to achieve. Spa was superb. Especially as it wasnt busy.

If I had to give mark down it would be for the food. Not the quality but the fact that nothing seems to be piping hot. Whilst all food eaten is very very good it seems to be warm/borderline cold. Breakfast this morning which starting off warm by the time it was eaten was cold. Perhaps the benefit of plate warmers would be welcoming.

Amazing spa. Relaxing and quiet get away.

The attention to detail in the reception staff was superb.

Lack of lighting on the route to the suite. Far too dark. Not enough lift access in areas of hotel. Lots of areas wwere only accessibly via stairs and tbh were a little much. Apple devicrs unable to connect to wifi

Superb

Golf was excellent, we really enjoyed our short round and my husband was especially happy as he had Hole in One ! Great achievement!

Maybe management- there was some broken glass on the steps leading to our room and the room itself was a bit smelly. Also it looked like no one cleaned the windows.

Amazing food and service. Really peaceful and relaxing setting with beautiful views of the countryside.

The country roads to get to the location were not the best, but a small price to pay to stay in such a lovely place!

Drive from Murcia ( 6 hours ) and very dissapointed to our last Visit about 8 years ago and wouldn’t Travel there again

Amazing stay, great value for money!

Loved the swimming pool, beautiful and complete gym, for a buffet: breakfast and dinner was amazing (a buffet is always less luxerious then a-la-carte though, in our opinion). Huge appartement and good service (too bad not everyone was able to speak English)

-paid entrance to the spa -water was overpriced (3,5 for 1L), as water is not reappy drinkable from the foccid, we were a little disappointed here.

Unless you go to play golf, the hotel falls short of the 5-star rating across all dimensions.

Staff was great. The setting is beautiful.

The food quality is mediocre for a 5-star hotel (specifically the buffet). The pool is small and not heated. The indoor pool is only available for spa customers. The tennis courts are in pitiful conditions. The tvs in the room are small and offer no entertainment (like per per view, video games, etc.)

A good 5* hotel with just some minor things to improve

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with fantastically large suites and fairly good services and service. I will consider coming back in the future.

The TV in my room was not working properly and there were many channels that I couldn't watch. They came to fix this but the problem persisted, so I couldn't really watch TV during the 5 days I stayed. This shouldn't happen in a 5* hotel. While the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant 80% of my stay, on Sunday the hotel was really crowded and it was difficult to enjoy either the tranquility of either the pool or the breakfast. Lastly, I wished that the room service menu would've had more options.

Very good quality indeed.

Everything was *4 + except far too noisy kids in the ADULT pool this needs to be rectified indeed as clients need rest & relaxation away from this annoying situation.Also the costing for the usage of a limited SPA was too pricey at €25 per person. Other than that ALL staff were on point + our room & gratis champagne made our short stay more enjoyable.
