L emplacement. Le calme. La proximité du temple de poseidon. La plage. Le personnel qui est compétent. Etc etc. Trop bien.
Le seul petit problème est la baignoire douche.

The hotel is right on the beach really close to Sounion temple. From the room we had an excellent view of the temple
All was excellent

Very clean
Excellent breakfast
Very good location
Free parking
Pretty overpriced. Apparently, the price has steadily increased over the last few years
All of the beach chairs are usually reserved by 9am because they also rent them online to people from outside the hotel

The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The rooms are pleasant and roomy; this time I didn't have a direct view of the Temple of Poisidon like before, but could see it elsewhere and climb up pretty easily. The beach was great as is the sea -- there were more people than I expected in latter May, from my previous experience. Only one day was this a bit much, but that's not the property's fault! I would come here regularly if I could afford the trip again and again!
The view from the terrace, no big deal; the restaurant prices, but the selection of places to eat is limited in the area if you don't have a car.

The staff were absolutely excellent—the best! Warm and gracious, and so very helpful. We were particularly touched that they had set up a dinner table for us that had a straight-on view of the Temple of Poseidon, all lit up at night. We will always remember that dinner.
The hotel, although sorely in need of renovation, has an unbeatable location—on a sandy beach right under the hill on which the Temple of Poseidon is located.
The property is in need of renovation. The owners should spend some serious money on upgrading the interior and exterior of the hotel.

Really great staff, both reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Excellent food in the restaurant and a good (And covered over) breakfast buffet.
Power cuts !
It was raining and we had several throughout our stay. This caused the TV to turn itself on with full volume in the middle of the night, pretty much every hour. Not a pleasant nights sleep.
The walls and ceilings are also really thin and you can we could hear the people above us, they weren't shouting either.

The location on the beach was very peaceful for our last night in Greece. The check-in was very easy and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
