Good facilities easy accessible for everybody. Great location. Great food and big variety for every taste. Staff was very helpful. Good size swimming pool and private beach in front of the hotel. Our room had a great sea view.
General facilities outdoor toilets near the beach was not very hygienic. Very basic drinks and not fresh cocktails. Not a good quality of espresso and expensive to buy.

Very good breakfast
Very old facilities, very noisy in the morning the garbage tray, for sure not a 4 star

I liked the garden, the greenery where you can rest in the evenings while the children play in the kinder yard.
The sports facilites like mini golf, tennis, beach volley, children's area.
The food was tasty
The parking place with big shadow was a big plus.
You can catch good sunset photos at the quey.
I also liked the sculptures in the yard
All in one we had a nice stay here
The hotel was overcrowded. To crowdy and noisy in the restaurant during the meals.
The beach and sea were ok, or say as expected.
I think the sand is artificially brought on the beach. The beach doesn't have that nice "yellow sand - turquoise water" scenery like most beaches have in Greece and somehow I missed that.
However we spent good time at the beach and had a good swim.
The hotel needs bit renovation, specially the village cottages.
It is an old hotel with very good concept (big garden, sports facilities, parking, at beach location, amphitheater and all that) but it needs more than some make up.
We had ants in our room, but they didn't really bothered me.

Hotel is located in a very nice place but this is the only positive aspect of it.
Really old hotel - not very clean - even the carpet in the corridors was dirty.
The room had only one key which we had to give every day to the cleaning lady so that she can enter the room and then go to the reception to take it back - we have been told that the previous tenant of the room had taken the key with him.
The room was supposed to have a kettle - it was written in the confirmation of the booking - but when we asked for one they told us that they did not have any spare one as all kettles had been given to other rooms. We were travelling with a baby, so kettle was necessary.
Bathroom did not have window either ventilation.
Photos have nothing to do with reality. Sunbeds are old and lots of them are broken, umbrellas have rust - (it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel?) The sea is clean but not as shown in pictures - blurred not crystal clear.
Swimming pool very small for the number of people the hotel is hosting.
Food was descent, not something special but the outside place where we were eating was full of pigeons sitting above out heads.
Staff was not sufficient and lots of them were angry and frustrated - probably from the bad working conditions (except cleaning ladies who were always polite)

pool and breach were good as well as location
We stayed in room 925, in rooms right at the back of the property , the whole area smelled of sewerage really bad, at night the sewerage smell would come through the pipes and drains in the bathroom and the stench in the room was unbearable and unhealthy , I told reception after the first night as the smell was also coming through the air con , and they sent someone to clean the aircon which is very old and dated. Night 2 the sewerage smell was even worse , I spent half the night on the balcony feeling extremely sick .. when I told reception at checkout they were not fazed or apologetic in the slightest .. the place needs a full revamp … I will not be retuning to it ..

Thought that i will visit for 3rd time a property that we had nice memories…. but things are changed to the worst!
Except the restaurant and bar employees, great professionals, polite, but this is management and ownership cause problem.
1. Facility: Hazardous, reported to front desk that air cons which are ages old and noisy are dripping inside to a metal lamp connected to electricity. People can die or building can burn
2. Furniture is outdated, the “suite” is just a garage. They divided the suit (locked the door) and privacy is gone, definitely not sound proof. Garbage truck and constant noise will prevent you to relax.
3. Bathroom i small miserable without exhaust, small improvised window. Toilet paper is “recycled”, cheap and can be hazardous. They did not left even soap and we need to ask twice.
4. Welcome is not there, no welcome water. The mini bar is just empty fridge (before 5 tears they fill it up daily with beer, juice and water) and there was a wine with fruit basket for welcome.
They still the customers for first day a lunch. You pay full board, but check in is at 3 pm, where lunch ends 2:30. Last time we went they asked the chef to cook a meal. This time we were denied and also we were told that beach bar and pool bar are closed ant there is no snacks till 7 pm.
5. The program is wrong. They say pool bar open till 11pm, and they close at 7 pm. Than you need to argue and go to management to say it is typo???
6. Mini club… no program. The take the children for a soda ride with a boat, but because 11 children apply, they made 2x5 groups and one child was not allowed to join, really sad treatment for a child.
7. Beach… pool… sun beds reserved all day from morning. Beach dirty, nobody cleans the beds or mini tables.
Umbrellas are rusty, no maintenance at all.
8. Restaurant… food same over and over. Frozen pastry and cold cut pizza.
Too hot, no conditioning. Glass, forks, spoons…. dirty!!! I reported to “manager”, ladies and kitchen guy. They just node and no reaction.
No Covid19, it is strange how there is not new decease starting from Palmariva Bomo?!?!
9. “Fun program”… if you are not french.. forget about it.
10. Drinks… go to Eretria for a cocktail.

Breakfast was very good.
Mattresses were firm and comfortable.
Our room was pleasantly cool and the A/C unit was very effective.
The cleaning staff did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy, everyday.
The maintenance staff responded very quickly to fix an electrical outlet we found hanging off the wall right after we had checked in and a light build which went out with a puff of smoke three days later.
Also the front desk staff were very quick to offer some cotton and antiseptic when our toddler slightly knicked his index finger at the children's playground.
Apart from bad quality alcohol served at the bars, the "all inclusive" deal does not differ from a "full board" deal. Soda drinks are freely available to all guests at the bars and so are left-over croissants or cake from breakfast or lunch, until they run out...
Our room was 120. Ground floor at one of the "bungalow" buildings closer to the parking lot than the beach. Wifi was virtually non existent there (far from the main building). Coupled with the fact that Wind Mobile signal was also pretty bad, meant we had no internet in our room.
The lack of shade around the pool and at the beach was an issue. Sunbeds were not nearly enough for the number of guests. Sunbeds in the shade were even less and the hotel has no policy against leaving your towel on a sunbed overnight! So, securing a sunbed in the shade for us and the toddlers near the pool was impossible, even at 07:30 in the morning (seriously, we even tried then)! Most guests eventually settled for chairs or sunbeds in the sun around the pool. Otherwise they would use the sunbeds at the beach and would walk back and forth for a dip in the pool. Why not dip in the sea, you might ask? Well, if you have ever experienced the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, the Ionian or the Cretan seas, you will be very disappointed here! It is a closed bay, so waters are always calm but also kind of murky.
Mind you! All animation is provided by the french tour operator Fram and is therefore offered by French, in their native tongue. So, unless your kids are fluent speakers, you can forget about them joining any football, volleyball, archery, darts, aerobics etc activities or tournaments. Our elder son with just one year of french lessons, was sooooo bored because he couldn't do any of those things, that he started complaining about his french teacher not giving him enough homework throughout the school year!

nothing at all
rude stuff, not clean rooms, the whole building needs major renovation. The fact that we had an all inclusive package and the check in was at 15:00, while the restaurant closes at 14:30, so we missed our lunch. Who does this? Only someone that does not want you to have the lunch you paid for. Nobody told us about this, so we found out at the reception. Of course we told them that this is insane, and we were expecting at least to have our paid for lunch on the next day. They said that this is not possible but will talk to the manager. We got really angry about this, and we did not want the manager to do us “favor”. This is really unacceptable because it was done on purpose. If you have the check in at 15:00 at least keep the restaurant open till 15:30. It is that simple! Also, the inclusive package does not include water (lol), sodas, iced tea etc.

Everything about the hotel was super convenient, well-cared for, and maintained.
The staff was friendly, always ready to help, the food was abundant and very tasty.
The pool and beach bar were a real gem.
The beach is sandy, the water is clean and suitable for kids.
We'll see each other again for sure!
We liked everything!
