Pleasant not rated high against other similar standard hotels

Breakfast good. Staff very frindly and helpful

Room old needing upgrade. Shower in Bath not acceptable. Hot water in Hand basin took upto 10 minutes to warm up in morning - staff aware and hid reason.

Stay was on the whole

Rooms service was excellent and maid service was good. The Room was cleaned and re-stocked very well daily.

Bed was not very comfortable. Also There were permanent stains on the bathroom floor which did not look very nice. It looks like the Hotel could benefit from a refurbishment/update.

Athens was a very pleasant surprise as a first time visitor.

Breakfast was very good.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was not as described and much further away from the central shopping district than expected.This is a problem in Athens where Uber-booked taxis have a habit of cancelling once you confirm that you are not travelling to the airport.This problem makes it very difficult to plan your time in Athens when commuting.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με επιχειρηματικό κέντρο που φιλοξενεί πολλά εποαγγελματικά event, Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολύ καλό PARKING που είναι σημαντική ποαροχή όταν ταξιδευειες με ΙΧ.

Γινοντας έργα με αποτέλεσμα ο προσωρινός χώρος για το πρωινό να μην είναι κατάλληλος.

Unsolved shower issue!

Spacious room,cleanliness, good breakfast with friendly attitude from the employees

Was booked in a room with a walk-in shower to find that the standard of the toilet is difficult to use as it's for disabled people,no other regular standard bathroom with a walk-in shower except suites,was offered a change of room with a bath tub which is difficult to get in & out! The mattress is concave, pillows changed 3 types including 2 orthopaedic none was adequate so outdated, couldn't sleep, the heating system is defining as the noise is high, was offered an electrical heater to warm the room instead! It have solved the noise issue but the room got stuffy without the ventilation! The bathroom had dispensers for soap,conditioner &body wash,basic nothing else was there,no shower caps, vanity kits nor swing kits,it's not what I'm used to in a 5 Star hotel! The staff was worried about my complaints,tried to help but there wasn't enough that they could do except the heater and apologies 😕 we stayed for 7 nights.For a calibre of such a hotel I expected a more comfortable stay,I must say I was quite disappointed especially when my first night I wanted to change the hotel the manager's only concern was to ask booking.com if I may do that!!!We didn't change the hotel as we didn't want to go thru the hassle of finding another one. After leaving the hotel sent me a survey to fill,so I let them know of my dismay, the manager emailed & offered 5000 points to be added to the reward program as gesture of good will, wonder if this has solved the problem?!

Excellent service, good value.

Top notch professional service (concierge, doormen, room service personnel) exceeding all expectations; biggest rooms in any hotel in Athens; superb breakfast both in quantity and quality.

It is true that the furnishings and equipment are somewhat dated, and show some signs of wear and tear. But they are by no means unclean, as some reviewers inaccurately state. On one hand the hotel could perform a renovation; on the other, if this is to push prices up and anull the current good value for money, I wouldn't want it.

It was a very enjoyable stay with my family. And room was very clean.

Everything. Superb breakfast indeed.

The toilet flush lever in our room was really very hard to push down. I need to put all my strength each time I flush it.

Vrlo dobar hotel. Preporucio bih ga svima koji posjete Atenu.

Doručak je bio odličan. Soba je bila prostrana i uredna. pozicija hotela na vrlo dobrom mjestu, blizu centra.

Staff are generally polite and welcoming. Gym has good variety of equipment too.

Had a dispute over payment and is only settled yesterday 26 Oct. I told the hotel staff that I had paid via booking.com but she insisted I didn’t and made me pay. I was handling a kid at that point so I decided to let her procee with payment. Subsequently they found out and they contacted to refund but due to exchange rate issue, there is a $66 sgd loss on my end which they are unwilling to refund. Finally all the hoo-haaa and email to and fro, they finally admit mistake and decide to refund me. It was so unpleasant and stressful! Pool and the areas around pool is old. Perhaps need some upgrading.

Really nice hotel. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious for a family. Bathroom and bathroom amenities were really good. Breakfast was also great! Underground parking was efficient and secure. The best part however, is the acropolis view from the bar and restaurant on the rooftop.

Good hotel, location is central enough but you will need to take transportation to go around the city (Athens is massive), best option is taxi and they are not that expensive but Jesus, taxi drivers will charge you whatever they want; took taxi to same destinations several times and never pay similar amounts. Super breakfast, delicious; rooms were OK; staff in general are really friendly and they know their job. Swimming pool was small but OK and we were lucky as always find a place (sun bed). Concierge was really helpful, we booked a tour and was pretty good.

The room was not ready when we arrived which was nearly 3:00 pm; for what is worth they were very busy and they took care of us, after around 1 hour they told us room was ready we went and basically the room was ready for two people and not for four as we were (as per booking), we call them and they took again good care and everything was solved in relative short time. The area around the hotel, there are a few streets that looks really scary, not sure how safe they are but definitely better to avoid them

Comfortable and convenient

Was a nice room and we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant over looking the Acropolis. It was a perfect place to stay before a cruise as it wasn’t too far from port and in the city center.
