It’s very nice.
It’s well maintained and clean and it smells very good.
People are smiley and kind.
Not in central position, as clearly shown in the internet, but very useful to get everywhere around Cadiz area.

Very nice staff, everything clean, we enjoyed our stay a lot
The breakfast and meals (related services) could be better
2.5
The bath shower had no anti slip surface or hand rails, the bath and Toilet were of an inferiors material really uncomfortable
The photograph shows a paltry blce of soap, this was a measure standards.
4.5
Very nice hotel for a stopover when traveling around the south of Spain. The rooms are light and big enough, the facilities are modern. You are close to the beach as well as to Cádiz or Jerez de la Frontera. The staff is super friendly, and there is also a restaurant and bar at the property.
Shampoo or gel was missing, and we just had one towel, but nothing that affected our stay.

Good priced room. Staff friendly. Plenty of Parking within grounds. Cafe and restaurant on sight. Restaurant was closed but there was bar within 50 m.
Pillows hard. Not a great sleep

Good value for the money
Very cold during the night, AC not working properly in our room.
Bad breakfast service in morning. We had to ask for each object needed to eat, orange juice never came after asking 3 times to bring us.
4.5
Good location near a highway exit and a shopping area. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of private parking. Good price. Beautifully decorated facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. A short drive from the old town, the catamaran to Cadiz stop and restaurants.
Very basic breakfast choices.
4.0
Good location as a base to explore western Andalusia with a car.
Staff was very nice.
The overall surroundings are unexpectedly pleasant, especially the beautifully designed restaurant.
The room was comfortable and clean with good heating via the AC. Great value for your money.
It was extremely noisy, especially over the weekend when it got busy. There is zero soundproofing and both other guests and the water pipes produced a terrible amount of noise. This is a real shame, because otherwise this place would deserve 10 points.
A fridge or minibar would be nice.

good location nice patio, breakfast was good, people walking down hallway is a little loud, I would stay again.

the staff were exceptional, the decor of the main building was lovely, loved the whole setting, excellent value for money, would highly recommend.
2.5
Room and hotel in general had pleasant decor.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Walls between rooms were thin, could hear man in next room snoring all night. First nights stay there was a large group socialising on the terrace very noisy until late. Food in restaurant was very disappointing. First night, main course came out while still eating starter, it was also cold. 2nd evening I ordered a calzone pizza. What I actually got was an ordinary frozen cooked pizza that was cut in half and sandwiched together. The chocolate ice cream was so hard, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get my spoon into it. Very small menu of which some of it wasn't available. Would i stay again? NO!!!
3.5
Nice spanish style building. I was surprised to find a bed and a bowl for our dog in the room, big plus for that!
There is no sound insulation, you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and corridor. A noisy company arrived at night, so we couldn't sleep until they went to bed.
2.5
Clean, well maintained building.
Paper thin walls. We could clearly hear all the discussion and noise coming from other rooms and corridors. Even the water pipe noises were audible everywhere. The breakfast included in the price of the room was very poor.

we felt very welcome from the guy who attended us during the check in.
the room is a little bit noisy, you hear the water floating in the pipes.
maybe they should fix the bath, we got a lot of water on the floor.

The staff is friendly.
The problem was the big noise caming from the pipes. Was not possible to have a good sleep.
The hotel has a parking but is not possible to park inside in front of the room. Just outside park.
4.5
Well maintained, clean and cozy place. Clean rooms, good location for car travellers, 20mins from Cadiz center, couple of mins from all kind of shops and markets. The hotel space, restaurant and terrace are very nice and encourage to relax.
I spent one night there and didn't find anything negative.
3.0
