Resort delicioso, calmo, espaçoso e lindo

O quarto é espaçosos, camas, travesseiros, lençóis super confortáveis! Banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro delicioso!

Quando chegamos, estava com cheiro de mofo. Pedimos pra mudar de quarto e fizemos upgrade para um muito melhor localizado. Tinha um pouco de cheiro também, mas a medida q usamos, sumiu! O quarto é mto limpo mas achi q o cheiro é devido aos moveis serem de madeira.

Custo-benefício duvidoso

A localização e estrutura geral do hotel são boas. Os aspectos naturais e as piscinas são excelentes.

Para o preço dos quartos e para as estrelas que expõe, não apresenta um serviço condizente. Para um hotel com tamanha extensão territorial, espera-se uma grande atenção ao deslocamento dos hóspedes. A indisponibilidade dos carrinhos de transporte são um problema. muitas vezes reflexo de um understaff para opera-los. Para hospedes idosos ou PCD isso é um problema significativo. Para nós, foi apenas uma frustração. Do ponto de vista de assistência ao hóspede, tivemos uma experiência muito negativa. Ficamos em um quarto distante da recepção e perto de um condomínio (também do Tivoli). Diariamente haviam festas nesse condomínio, com música excessivamente alta até 3h - 4h da manhã, impedindo o descanso. Em algumas situações, nem conseguimos escutar a televisão do próprio quarto devido ao barulho. Ao contatar a recepção, fomos tratados com superficialidade e um leve descaso, visto que absolutamente nada foi feito, e fomos deixados a mercê de péssimas noites. Sugeri uma mudança de quarto, liguei inúmeras vezes para recepção e a resposta era a mesma: "não podemos fazer nada". O sentimento de descaso ao hospede é completamente incompatível com ao que se propõe um hotel e, para nós, é o motivo de não retorno.

there were a couple of cats walking around, we didn’t like it specially because the hotel says they are not pet friendly

Absolutely superb stay. one of the best beach resort hotels I have ever stayed in

excellent customer service. great location on the beach and a short walk into the village where there are lots of shops and restaurants. lovely grounds with wildlife and flowers. Comfortable room with lovely view of the sea. Buffet food with half board was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

cocktails in the Lounge bar could have been better. it would be nice if you could hire bikes from the hotel

poor activities for kids, permanent noise from construction all the time in a resort to relax an scape from the city noise !! , QR code for incidentals such as towels does not work

pretty average despite its beautiful location

staff very friendly and helpful; childcare; baby copa; stunning beach and pool area; location (walking distance to villa and beach)

food (hit and miss, no decent vegan options at breakfast and dinner or snack bars), non vegan also not very good, very overpriced for what it delivers. hotel is dated, the rooms feel old and worn out; gym has an amazing feel as it is open air but again equipment is dated and old; bottom line is the hotel is overpriced for what it is, which is a shame as the location is truly beautiful. I wouldn’t come back.

Nice and relaxing stay, will come back again :)

- amazing location, feels like you are living in Amazon jungle and by the beach and close to the town - good property and facilities - with tons of palm trees and all sorts of flora and fauna, good facilities like pools, beach, courts, restaurants that don’t feel overcrowded (even though we were there in busy time) - needless to say, the breakfasts and dinners are great :) and again, it feels like an upscale but easy-going restaurant, rather than a canteen. well done!

- the reception seemed to be overwhelmed with different requests, and a few times it took a while to get support

Two snakes appear in the deck in the pool. The floor it wasn’t conserved. The service of transportation inside the property takes a long time to pickup us.

Service was slow overall. Had to ask for kids bed to be made three times in a span of 4 hours before it was completed.

A paradise place with few unforgivable mistakes for a five stars hotel

Location is great, in front of the beach and walk distance to Praia do Forte vila. All rooms have a marvelous view of the sea. Food is excellent at dinner in GOA or the Mediterranean restaurant. Except dinner at Taboreu restaurant, Japanese food, which was not in the same level of the other restaurants. Taste is just ok and there are few options for kids and vegetarian people.

At four of the seven days I stayed there, there was men at work besides Base Nautica with a chainsaw making a deafening noise. Despite other guests and my complains, the maintenance manager keep them working. I did not take vacation for having a strong noise behind my view to the sea. I was seat at 106 sunshade. At a breakfast, my daughter was hit by a poop bat that was inside two of the chandelier. It could have gone to her food and cause some disease. Despite my warning to restaurant staff and hotel manager, they did not take out the bats. Until my last day (it happens at the third day) the bats were still there.
