Beautiful few and center lively location

The room was larger and well appointed, wifi worked flawlessly, Clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Views were amazing

The Breakfast quality and quantity does not match the value paid for the hotel. Also seem to be a bit understaffed and very slow to refill items on the buffet.

I booked this stay for my Wife’s 50th Birthday, Cliff Side staff made our arrival very memorable with the lovely petals,

The location was just amazing, the Caldera view itself is worth every penny. Our Superior Double Room was great, own private outdoor space was just perfect.

Pool area a little bit small, which itself allows only 5 sun beds. But having said that the Pool area never seemed to be over busy.

The best sunset view from your comfortable balcony!!

We loved the location!!!! esp for sunset!!! we did go to Oia as it’s strongly recommended, but Cliff Side by far had the best view! we were in room 109 but I’m sure all caldera views were lovely. We also enjoyed the architecture of everything. so many good photo opportunities! The staff was wonderful. If we needed more towels or more soaps, it was delivered within 5 minutes. so nice!

The pool. womp womp. it’s a small triangle of a poll that is shaded. However, with the allotted space, you can’t really do much. I was, however expecting a much larger pool. ****I WILL take the VIEWS over a pool!*** The only other thing was the free breakfast. It was mediocre. :( I think I had pound cake slices and yogurt w granola/ fruit everyday. The hot items were mehhh.

Amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful property and location. The views are just fantastic. Amazing restaurants and lots of shopping within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great stay.

There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms which we didn’t mind but if you have someone who is elderly or has young kids, this might be an issue. Also the breakfast could be improved.

Exceptional,Amazing view,Good location,Friendly staff

Amazing experience . First thanks to all the staff at the Cliff Side Suites.Our first experience in Santorini and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The view was amazing looking out from my room .Staff was really helpful,especially thanks to “James”with the suggestion and booking excursions to make this the perfect short break . The moment you step out the hotel there lots of shops and restaurants so you don’t have walk far , just only 10-15 mins walk to Fira .. hopefully will be back one day

Exceptional

We had an exceptional view of the water, white-washed houses, blue-domed churches and beautiful nightly sunsets from our room, which Santorini is known for. Sunrises over the houses and cliffs were so lovely and relaxing, and the lit up white homes built into the cliffs were truly magical in the evening. The morning breakfast buffet was generous with classic Greek specialties each day, overlooking a scenic view. Also, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were amazed and the agility and strength of the staff who carried our bags down/up the flights of stairs at check in and check out; and always with a smile! Highly recommended property in the serene setting of Firostefani, which has just enough island activity and is a short walk to Fira.

The stairs can be challenging, but that's part of the Santorini experience.

Amazing views, cute cave, amazing service from staff!

Breakfast was delicious! Could have more variety but was good for 3 nights. The view is unbeatable which is the primary reason to stay here.

Pool wasn’t great so don’t come for that. Also for breakfast dining there is a bush that obscures the view a little bit still incredible. Also a 4 euro resort tax not reflected in the bill I had to pay in cash.

Paradise. Don’t hesitate in booking.

The hotel was immaculate and the view was spectacular. Dimitri and the rest of the staff were amazing, cheerful and went over and above what we expected, to make our stay memorable. I loved the fact that Cliff Side suites overlooked Santorini’s caldera. The view was breathtaking. We had clear view of the villages of Fira, Imerogvili and Oia and the Nea & Palea Kameni. Firostefani is beautiful with a number of great local restaurants. The hike to quiet Imerovigli and the bustling and action packed Fira is only 15 min each way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The icing on the cake was the large and small pool and the most amazing breakfast that was served at 8 am. Eggs, scrambled and sunny side up., Turkey bacon, little sausages, cheeses, yoghurt, 3-4 cereals, fresh fruit, dolmades, cold meats, olives, fresh baked croissant and custard and fruit filled sweet pastry rolls, juices, milk and amazing coffee. The breakfast kept us full till dinner time. For older people with difficulty climbing a few stairs, ask for a room on a level were you don’t need to climb up too many stairs. The staff are there to help with luggage. I highly recommend the Cliff side hotel and suites to you all. Worth every dollar. You don’t even have to leave your balcony to have a great vacation. This place has it all.

I loved everything about the Cliff Side Suites. Just a note to those that have mobility restrictions. You do require climbing some stairs. Check with reception and have them reserve a room on a level with fewer stairs.

The hotel has potential but it’s A LOT to improve.

Facilities look new and clean.

Stuff is very strange!!! We told in advance that we are going to celebrate honeymoon by them we didn’t get congrats not even smallest attention to it. On the date of the check out stuff started to call 5 times at 8:00 (check out is at 11:00). Probably to make sure we order driver to airport with them and they can do some commission. It was very disturbing.

everything is Perfect. it’s a lovely maze of rooms all different. clean and pretty. very functional the team is lovely. breakfast is simple and very good.

nothing to be dsilked. maybe recommend the guests to turn off the AC to be a bit more eco conscious.

I would definitely stay here again

The location was fantastic and the breakfast selections were much more than I expected and the food was AMAZING

The views and the property are beautiful. There's not much to not like about this property. I did book without advance notice so I really can't say anything about the price for the room. It was still a wonderful experience and the staff was AMAZING .

Amazing!

This was the perfect place to stay in Santorini! It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful for recommendations! The view was beyond perfect - exactly what you picture when you think of Santorini. We also got upgraded to a bigger room and it was incredible! The location was great because you were close enough to the attractions in Fira, but somewhat separated from the overly crowded areas. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Excellent!

The staff was lovely and Dimitri at the reception desk was particularly helpful and very caring in helping us with arranging our activities and car rental. We had the executive suite, a huge room with a separate queen bed in a loft, perfect for our teenage daughter. The breakfast was very good and served in a location with stunning views of the caldera.

The pool is a little small with not many lounges - just something to be aware of if you are visiting during the right time of year and anticipate spending a lot of time laying out around the pool.

Very nice hotel

The first room we had was actually an apartment/ suite, but the A/C was broken, and dripped water onto the bed promptly soaking it. No worries though as we were immediately given a different room which was suitable enough.

We had requested a late check-out, but unfortunately they couldn't accommodate. Not surprising given the time of year. At least we were able to hang out by, and use the pool until it was time to go to the airport.

Wonderful experience in Santorini

Location is amazing, the setting is stunning and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again! The service was also terrific from the moment we arrived. It is amazing to see the way they are able to carry bags up and down the steep stairs! Everyone at the reception was friendly, very helpful and service oriented. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Santorini!

Lots and lots of stairs - although the positive is that I got a good workout from them! This seems unavoidable in Santorini and also the steepness of the setting makes for unbelievable views.

A wonderful hotel and great stay with a baby

We were little bit nervous about travelling to Santorini and staying in Fira with a 1 year old (it’s not as hard as you think!) - the hotel was beautiful and while there were A LOT of stairs down to our room, our stay couldn’t have been better. The staff did absolutely everything they could to help us, and made sure we had everything we needed for our baby at all times. They upgraded our room to a suite so we had more space, and outside our room was a shallow dipping pool perfect for him to toddle about and play in. At breakfast they brought us a high chair and the room was always spotlessly clean. The selection of food at breakfast was lovely, and the food from the pool bar was freshly prepared and great value for money. We could not rate the hotel highly enough 😊

The only slight hassle was the number of stairs (89 down to our room / back up to the street) - but that is the case when staying on the caldera side and the views more than compensated for the sweat!

Amazing hotel with phenomenal views and location.

The views were jaw-dropping. The staff were fantastic. The location was absolutely amazing.

Room had bright blue light which prevented a nice sleep at night. Water in shower wouldn't go down fast enough, which caused it to spill out to the bathroom floor. However, there was a second drain in the floor. Room did not include a kettle or coffee machine and only a single large bottle of water for the entirety of the stay (4 nights for us).

Lovely place, would stay again.

Cliff Side is in a wonderful location, near to everything yet not in the middle of town. The staff were pleasant and cheerful and helpful with just about everything - besides breakfast (see below). The rooms are very clean. I would happily stay there again but now that I know the place I would make sure to remind them regarding a quiet room and that they need to go and buy some plant alternatives for breakfast.

Breakfast was ok but one of us is vegan and when we told them this and asked if they could perhaps provide something vegan each day (mushrooms or beans) and some plant milk they weren't great. We got mushrooms one day and beans a few days later. They got better with fruit as the stay progressed. On the plant milk, in the end we went to the local supermarket (merely a few hundred metres away) to buy our own plant milk (not hard to do) and some bananas. They could easily have done this and we were quite sad that they didn't take the trouble to do so. We requested a quiet room but in fact our room was just below the housekeeping room and were therefore wakened early each morning by either loud chatting when everyone arrived or the washing machine/drier being used.
