발전이필요할거같습니다

그닥 없었습니다 오성급 호텔이라고 해서 기대하고 갔는데 너무 실망스럽습니다

로비 밖에서 일하시는분들 손님이 오든말든 상관도안하고 자기들끼리 애기만하고 택시 왔는데 도와주지도 않고, 무슨일하시는 분들인지 전혀 모르겠어요. 돈받고 일하시는 사람이 맞는지 까지 궁금할정도니까요. 조선팰리스 호텔 다녀와서 여기랑 비교해보는데 참 너무 많이 차이나더군요. 많이 발전해야겠어요

Wonderful and will stay there again.

The staff was well trained and provided support where required, the amenities were great. The restaurant’s availability is also excellent.

Perfect stay in Gangnam! Modern and luxurious with friendly staff.

Modern facilities with robot butler, gym, sauna, golf practice facilities, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room. Location was also great, a lot of places within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and we liked the hotel bingsu too! The airport bus also has a stop there although we didn’t opt to use it.

Practically nothing. Just noted that the weighing scales weren’t really working

The room was clean.

Front Desk Response. Check-in issue was apologized for. Check out issue not even an apology. The check out issue was a room service charge error. I showed them a picture of what I had taken, but they counted it incorrectly. When I pointed out the problem, there was no apology and bad attitude. Also, the elevator is too slow.

中規中矩，性價比不是太高

標準novotel的水準，乾淨，床超大，被單乾淨，有浴袍。

房間插座很差，六個不同位置的插座都很鬆，插手機充電器都會鬆脫。大澡堂要另外加價才能使用，不符合預期。浴室的水很弱也不夠熱，不適合泡澡。水龍頭的方向也很奇怪，似乎是維修不完全的狀態。

C’était bien, sauf un bémol, l’accueil

Ce qui est dommage dans cet hôtel c’est juste le coin Accueil. Il n’y a pas assez d’endroit convivial pour pouvoir partager une heure ou deux entre amis. Les emplacements et les fauteuils sont très limités. C’est un peu dommage pour 15 étoiles

L’accueil n’était pas très pratique, il y avait pas beaucoup d’endroits où on pouvait se poser

I would book this hotel again in the upcoming years when I visit Seoul for the CafeShow.

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the CafeShow. It was a perfect morning stroll. The room was very big and it was great to work, the Wifi was fast enough and I also liked the bath; perfect to relax. The hotel staff also helped me with the early checkin and the lugage that got lost during the flight.

Everything was fine during my stay. There was nothing to complain about.

I won't stay here again

The bed was comfortable and the concierge gave wonderful customer service.

Multiple parts of the hotel were dirty. There was food spilled on the floor in the hallways and in the elevator. The staff is not attentive, I have to ask for things multiple times. In one instance, I called the front desk and asked for a band-aid 3 times. Each time, they said they would bring one and never came. The breakfast was not good. The food was cold and seemed old. I couldn't finish eating because I started feeling sick. In the room, the air conditioner was so loud, it would wake me up in the night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the opulent lobby, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care by the staff. Expecially Ms Taylor greeting us with warm heart. The room itself was immaculate—modern, yet cozy, with a luxurious bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. Amenities like the in-room espresso machine and high-speed Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the trip was the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the city along with a culinary experience to match. The complimentary breakfast was an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items that set the tone for a delightful day ahead. All in all, the Novotel surpassed my expectations in every way and has set a new standard for hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-tier experience. --- I hope this helps! Would you like anything else?

the hotel is super old. smells to pee and poo in the lobby mastress are probably 100 years old shower broken toilet stucked
