Dans l'ensemble s'était bien

Tout sauf la piscine dans les photos on as l'impression qu'elle est grande mais en réalité elle est petite. Pour le prix payé ils auraient put inclure le petit dej

Personnel chaleureux et très accueillant :) Un restaurant et une boutique sur place, et surtout une vue incroyable.

It was great over all, staff was good, rooms were tidy. Id stay there again.

The restaurant had nice food and the hotel itself is well kept. Beauty Lab is there so if you need a massage thats the place to go. Was easy to get a taxi as the receptionist was able to do that for me.

Nothing near by to do. No booklet or information online on what to do at the hotel or outside.

This is a business stay and the area has no tourist attractions.

We came for a holiday and ended up in a Business hotel. Although the hotel was fine, clean, and with very good staff, I would not recommend staying here for a holiday. The area is not suitable for long-stay tourists.

The food. The hotel should hire a better chef. We spent a week at the hotel and had our dinners there, and the food was below average every time. I am not even talking about the prices.

Suva holiday

Location was nice along the river. The restaurant was opened long hours, with good range of food which was convenient. We were dropped off and picked up with the bus from & to Nadi.

The room was a bit bland. Needed a bit more styling.

Great location, awesome staff who go the extra mile!

The location and staff at Novotel Suva are an asset to the company. We were down from Nadi for a family wedding in Suva and have tried most other hotels CBD side. Lami is a short 10 min drive to the city so we decided to base ourselves from Novotel. The location and lobby area is gorgeous and was a great place to get some work done before we left the next morning. The thing I want to highlight that has left a lasting positive impression for my partner and I was accidentally whilst checking out I left one of my bags at reception and hadn't realised this until returning to Nadi. The team went over and above and upon calling them they first offered to CDP the bag up to us which would have been fine, but going the extra mile there was a team member returning to Nadi later that eve and said she would bring it with her and we could pick it up that evening from their Nadi location. This really was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated the time and extra care they took to ensure our belongings were safely returned to us. Vinaka Team Novotel, it's experiences like this that really leave a lasting impression and I will be telling all of our friends who look for suva accom that the novotel is a trustworthy option!

Rooms need a lil' TLC, but nothing worth major note, just a little tired.

Nice venue in a nice location

Although its a bit of drive into town, the location is very peaceful and quiet and I enjoyed being so close to the water. All the facilities such as the pool, gym, common space (lawns) are well maintained and make for a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff and good service - and coffees.

I was surprised by how little cupboard and drawer space there was for storing clothes in the room - certainly not enough for five days worth of clothes. The breakfasts are a bit limited and not good value for money - some small changes are needed, like providing yoghurt.

no facility to heat up food. Asked the staff if we could heat up food somewhere that we bought we were told we couldnt so we ended up eating cold food.

Great place to meet people or have some fun.

Service was great, very friendly and polite.

Some of the food was rather bland. I would like to see more local dishes and flavors. Overall pretty good though.

The Hotel is always good place to stay when working. Breakfast was very good and the new update to the hotel was good also

Did not like that they have stopped taking Amex Cards and found out when i was on site. This should have been spelt out prior to me traveling.

wouldn’t stay again, would pay a bit more and stay in Suva

great setting for dining & bar . most of the staff were brilliant . Allowed us to leave car and luggage for a couple of days👍

told they were full then managed to book through Booking.com which we understand . asked for help setting up wi-fi no one turned up. only one chair on balcony

My sisters Room 107 had bed bugs. Which bothered her the next day.
