A magical place with lots of details to discover in the sustainably designed public spaces. Tastefully equipped, with delicious breakfasts and menu options. We felt very welcome as a family and are thankful for the warmth with which the staff welcomed our daughter of four and a half. The concert that coincided with our last evening was a wonderful experience. We would come back any time and are sure to recommend Atlas Kasbah Ecolodge to other travellers to the region.

The property is amazing. However, I do think it is not value for money. I stayed at another stay in Agadir and it offered so much more for the half the price.
Nothing i included in the price for the room. Everything is additional.

Great place to relax and experience an authentic Kasbah. Swimming pool was lovely. We stayed just one night before flying back home to England. It was an easy drive to the airport from there.

It is such a beautiful and cute property, with super friendly and helpful staff!! Very traditional and quiet. Everything was super clean and the pool and the terrace look super nice. The location is also very good, in the middle of the desert on a hill and still very close to the city and the beach. I can totally recommend it.

A serene place to be. Everything was wonderful. The staff were exceptional.

Loved the swimming pool and the aesthetics of the hotel. Very beautiful and peaceful. The staff were amazing too, so friendly and helpful. The owner gave us a lift for a hike too and organised a guide for us.
The food was a little disappointing but ok. When the taxi picked us up for the airport we could not get through the gate as no one responded to the buzzer. The hotel had locked us out of the building too so we could not get back in to ask someone to open the gate. We tried calling the reception but no one answered. After about 15 minutes we saw a gardener who was able to let us out. This was very stressful and not an ideal way to end our stay but we luckily didn't miss our flight. A shame about all the rubbish in the area, especially on the way to the hotel and in the nearby village.

I did not have breakfast. The location was just everything! So glad I stayed here! Beautiful scenery and away from noise. It was wonderful to be in nature. And the Staff were sooo friendly and helpful! I travelled alone and would stay there again. I also loved the fusion of Berber culture! Amazing venue!

Beautiful location and the hotel had lots of different areas. the pool was great and the massage was excellent.
You had to pay a lot more to get a room with an aircon. This should be standard given the price of the room and made it very uncomfortable. The shower didn’t drain well so you were left standing in soapy water. The room itself looked into the courtyard where people sat so although having booked a Mountain View room you couldn’t really see it! It was difficult to find staff and feel that they should be moving around the hotel to see if you need anything like a drink etc. the restaurant staff were super friendly however. The food was also very expensive in comparison to anywhere else. although the food was good it was priced more than double what you would pay in any other city for the same meal. The same for water which was priced more than three times anywhere else. it’s still cheap when you convert but I struggle to see how that feel they can charge so much more for something that was the same quality as anywhere else.

amazing place for the last night in Morocco;
it felt like in the „Stories from 1001 nights“ ☺️
The communication was a bit confusing. At the last day at the morning before departure we asked for the bill - is there anything open for payment? We got the answer: „no, all good“. After coming back to London, we got a bill for 350 MAD - which was not correct, cause we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. After a conversation with the guest relation we got the information, everything is ok (no payment required).

This hotel was beautifully located and extremely sympathetically built. The staff were welcoming and polite, we were greeted with Basil tea as soon as we arrived and then shown around the accommodation. The pool is lovely and even in August the temperature was great. The owner made a point of introducing herself to all the guests and she was extremely charming and informative. We wanted to stay further nights but sadly yet rightly it was fully booked.
Nothing was wrong with this hotel.

The staff are amazing, they are honest, kind, always smiling, really care about their guests, and go out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel itself is like a paradise, it’s comfortable, peaceful, away from crowds and the city. The food is great, and the style of the place makes you feel like you are part of Moroccan history and culture. There are glass cabinets displaying historical artefacts, lots of old traditional furniture, and also souvenirs and other handmade items on display that you can buy. There are also a lot of activities to choose from, we tried the massage which was great.
You have to get a taxi to go into town, which can add to costs and might be inconvenient for some people. But it’s still worth it to stay here, as it’s only around 15 mins to reach the city.
Nothing at all.

Atlas Kaaba is a beautiful hotel, set in a beautiful location, with beautifully friendly staff! We enjoyed a week of relaxation (including a herbal relaxation bath), delicious food and activities organised for us. Staff went over and above to ensure our stay was seamless. Would definitely recommend for couples who wants quiet retreat away from the bustle of Agadir.
Nothing!

The Authenticity, the customer service, the breakfast, lunch and dinner, the facilities, the swimming pool, the lounging area and everything else. It was a fantastic stay and very beautiful.
No real issues just book hotel activities in advance if possible as the chef for cooking classes were on vacation during our stay.

probably the most authentic looking Moroccan experience you’ll ever have. The entire place was built to make you feel like royalty. no other place like this on earth I’d say… 10/10!

Hotel Atlas Kasbah is a beautiful old fort style hotel which prides its self on being environmentally self sufficient and ecologically responsible. It is simple, stylish and clean in a really beautifully rural quiet location! Ideal for a few nights rest and relaxation. The rooms were large, nicely styled and had great views. The set meal offered in the evening was tasty and great value and we enjoyed having it served on the upper roof terrace with wonderful views towards Agadir. The large pool area was lovely to enjoy some relaxation beside.
The bed was a little too firm and the bed pillows could do with replacing which are a personal preference

The Ecolodge is a haven of calmness - it is the perfect place to escape the hustle and stress of city life. My partner and I felt so relaxed and at peace during our stay, waking up every day to the mountain view, dipping in the pool, eating fresh locally sourced food under the olive trees in the courtyard or listening to the frogs at night... We also enjoyed some of the lovely spa treatments that the hotel had to offer. It was honestly paradise. All the staff were amazing and accommodated all our special requests (out of hours check-in, airport transfers etc). It was also a real pleasure to meet the owners - they came down every evening to see if all the guests were ok, and even hosted a little tea ceremony, which was really sweet. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway, it's absolutely stunning.

The property is about 5 kilometers from the outskirts ofAgadir and it sits on top of a small hill just off a main road, it is not a particularly attractive location as surounding properties are typically half finished on dirt roads with rubbish along the roadsides and poorly cared for animals wandering free. I guess you could call it third world rustic. The hotel itself is quite large but has relatively few rooms that are described as typically morocan.they seem to have won various ecological awards but i suspect this is because no one else was competing for them. The staff, while friendly and willing enough either do not understand what you ask for or deliberately misunderxtand you. In general they completely overcharge for very poor quality accomodation ,limited choice food and drinks and will use any opportunity to overcharge you for any service offered.the pool is lovely but the sunbeds, chairs, cushions and towels are dirty and threadbare.
The worst aspects of the stay for me were the broken plumbing in the room, lack of soap and shapoo and being ripped off for drinking sparkling water because you cannot trust still water or tap water in morocco. Some people might accept this as being eco friendly, i find it offensive to be charged more fo poor quality food and accomodation than you pay for a good quality all inclusive hotel on the beach in Agadir. Based on what this hotel claimed on the booking sites, i had planned to stay for two further visits to the Atlas Kaxbah later in 2022, i have cancelled them both and will now never book more than a couple of days to try out hotels in either Marrakech, Ouarzarzate, or Agadir as i have had very negative experiences in all of them. If you only book for one or two nights and you get a bad one it is easy to move on without ruining your whole holiday. There are excellent hotels that offer really good value in Morocco, but you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find them.
When i left this hotel at 4.00am in the morning they sent a taxi to collect me early (i had already booked and paid for a taxi), and nearly had to pay twice for the journey to the airport.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Since I was traveling alone some politely asked me whether i would like to learn a bit about berber culture and so I felt like a friend rather than a guest :). the breakfast was incredibly tasty and healthy. I had options to choose from traditional and international dishes.
