Breakfast was ok, one member of staff seemed to work very hard. The bathroom was modern and clean.
There was no hot water in the evening or in the morning. The water did not even get warm. I have contacted the hotel since my stay to address this but they have not responded. The price was excessive considering I was unable to shower or wash with anything but cold water.

The self check in and spacious car park made it really easy and stress free for arrival. The location was great for town and a friendly pub was very close, which was a bonus. The breakfast was enormous and superb.

Check in system worked very well, very pleasant room, lovely breakfast (lots of fresh fruit) and cheery staff.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable
The self check in system didn’t work. We had to call the emergency number to get into the building. This happened on arrival at 2pm and when we returned in the evening after our night out! It was very frustrating when we just wanted to go to bed

The lady that sorted our breakfasts was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much.
4.1
Bed was ok.
Small TV, weak shower, awkward plug location for phone charger etc.

Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff. The room was very airy and light and the bed was comfortable.
The shower wasn't good. The shower head needs cleaning or changing as no matter how I adjusted it the water flow was very low. There were a large number of dead insects on the window sill of the bathroom

The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with the car and were very kind.
Was happy with everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
There wasn't anything that we disliked. However it would have been useful to have had glasses in the room for water.

Great breakfast - hot food was served. Friendly staff.
We stayed at the loft so the room was quite small. The property is dated.

Using codes for access to the hotel and room. A beautiful breakfast and clean bedroom.
Nothing at all

Ample cooked breakfast plus plenty of fruit and cereals.
Being elderly we couldn't use the shower as the step up was too high.

Room was perfectly acceptable for a budget hotel and fine for a one night stay. I was leaving very early in the morning before breakfast so had asked for a breakfast tray in the room. They left plenty of food - a choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, bread and croissants plus flasks containing chilled juice and milk.
Bathroom window was jammed open and toilet flush was difficult to operate. Bathroom could also do with a proper clean - quite a bit of mould round the shower tray. It's on a main road so traffic noise is a problem from quite early until quite late. I was also woken at 02:45 by other guests thumping around the corridors and repeatedly slamming doors.

Everything was nice, thanks again!

Was very comfortable, breakfast was reasonable
It had workers in so was messy and we paid 81 for a room but we should'of had a discount as the place wasn't finished.

Self check in very easy, I quite liked the concept. Room big, clean and comfy bed. Easy walk into Keighley for food and drink, we arrived quite late so unfortunately the nearby pub had stopped doing food. If your hungry, breakfast is ample. Great value for money stay.

The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The coded entry system is great.
Before arriving, I had quite a threatening call from an unknown mobile number demanding my credit card details. On arrival, one of the rooms I had booked had been double booked, and the hotel was full. The man on reception was also quite rude and made it seem like too much trouble to rectify the issue. Eventually, they rectified the error, and we were able to get into the room. Although online it advised of a sloped ceiling which tall people may find difficult, this was an understatement. You can not even sit up on one side of the bed!. In the second double, there were 4 steep steps dropping down into the bathroom, and again, the ceiling was that sloped that you could not stand near the toilet.

Reasonably priced for a solo traveller.
Breakfast a little bit late for me as I’m an early riser. No option to book with out breakfast either.

Having been here before I knew what to expect which was important at this time for me. The hotel was near to the family members that I was visiting and so very convenient. It is also near to shops and the lovely Riddlesden Hall. The staff were very friendly and polite. Room was warm, very clean and neatly laid out and roomy. Included breakfast was perfectly cooked and there was plenty of options to choose from. Tea and coffee available in the room as was a good hair dryer. The bedding was cotton and very cosy. Wifi was available and easily accessible. Checking in and out was also easy.
The shower was still not very good, either very hot or nearly cold and almost no power, the water trickled out somewhat reluctantly! The TV was very limited, I could not find any way to access a TV guide on screen from the remote. The bed was a bit hard, I have a foam topper at home and I felt the difference. Checking in and out was a little impersonal. There was no friendly welcome like we experienced last time we stayed under the previous management.
