Lovely stay, will definitely be back

Beautiful room, clean, friendly people

The only downfall I would say would be the breakfast portion, for what you’re paying per night I don’t think 1 sausage and 1 slice of bacon and 4 little mushrooms was justifiable.

Relax, unwind, and will return again!

The Grand Spa suite was absolutely wonderful. Having the sauna and hot tub facilities allowed us to really relax and unwind whilst looking out onto a peaceful and tranquil forest.

It was relaxing, comfortable everything you need to get away from the stress of home.

The breakfast was great it was hot well presented and delivered on time excellent.

Being over looked we don't use the hot tub this time as we felt exposed.

Great stay

Everything about our stay was amazing.. Apart from the power to the hot tub going off at half ten, that was very disappointing also being told to turn our music down at 10.30 when it wasnt even loud. Apart from that it was great

Very quiet, lovely room - spa bath amazing- huge telly

Very little room for outside hot tub , expected bit more in the room ( coffee machine, etc) for the price we paid

everything about the room was absolutely perfect beautiful

the fire alarms went off around 9:30 me and my partner were both asleep they went off for around 30 mins we didn’t have a clue what was going on they were so loud is was ridiculous staff came in and checked all rooms they finally knocked off we got back into bed and they started again for about 20 minutes. staff came back into all rooms and then they started again just didn’t comfortable after that worrying incase they came back on during the night

It was pretty good.

The room was nice, quiet, and private. Views from the windows are nice. The hot tub for 2 was very private as well. The room size was ample and breakfast was a 7/10. The Milton Brown toiletries were lovely and the walk in shower was fantastic.

I booked this room (Acacia) because of the spa bathtub (it’s main feature) however, only 1/2 the jets worked on it. After questioning staff, they told us we needed to make adjustments to the settings. However, after following all instructions it still didn’t work. When I mentioned this again at checkout, they didn’t offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. The building is older and has had some renovation work, some of which looks dated. We had a loose wall socket next to our bed that was coming off the wall, however, had a sticker on it indicating it passed inspection.
