The setting was stunning. The staff was friendly.
A little run down. The dining experience wasn’t very pleasant because some parents let their young children run around yelling while others are trying to enjoy their meals.

Location is beautiful. Stayed here a few years back and wanted to return.
Breakfasts were disappointing. Poor choice of fresh fruit and juices. Hot food items running out and not replenished. Staff disorganised-some good, some not. Nobody in overall charge.

perfekt stay👍
I guess they need more stuf, but everybody is very friendly and helpful!

Service was excellent! Breakfast was good. The setting is outstanding.
The bathtub was very high without hand holds. And there was not a non slip surface in the tub. The shower curtain was too long to drape into the tub so it hung outside and the floor got wet. No body wash was provided. The dinner menu was limited.

The hotel is perfectly set right on the Loch which gives stunning views from our premier room. The food was extremely good with a buffet breakfast offering so many different things to suit everyone but the evening meals were divine
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and seemed happy in they're job.
All in all we would definitely stay here again as the scenery right on your doorstep is outstanding
We were happy with everything

The drive on the infamous scenic A82 was highly rewarding when we reached Isle of Glencoe and was greeted by Richard, truly the best reception experience we had in awhile after travelling in various cities.
We travelled during Jan 23 and being from Asia, the mountains, lake, warm service and really comfortable rooms are the little things that made us really happy that we specifically chosen Isle of Glencoe as the highlight of our trip. The cosy, warm room was clean and tidy and the G&T complimentary in the room is really the best I had in UK.
When in the restaurant, highly recommend the heartwarming cullen skink/chowder. Definitely coming back!
P/s: If you have watched Skyfall, you'd definitely recognise the route when driving up. Enjoy the view!

the gin in rooms, the view, pool was nice and sauna. extremely relaxing.
pool area wasn’t supervised so someone let kids in pool to run wild jump in in and out pool, throwing ball, loud. we couldn’t really relax in this area so left.

the fish and chips were way too greasy and no favor.

Location was beautiful with the nicest view possible.
The beds were ordinary but not too bad.

Spectacular location on lochside.
The staff in the restaurant were inattentive/negligent even when the head waitress was prompted about it.

Beautiful location with view at a lake - very romantic. Hotel has everything you need to relax: pool, sauna, open fire place, games for children. The rooms are new and nice. Parking spot is directly located at the hotel. You can start beautiful walks directly from the hotel. We had 2 gin tonics and ice cubes in our room as a welcome present. We loved the place and will come back.
It is very expensive.

Great location, amazing staff, very comfortable
I don’t think that the pricing for the rooms is correct.

Great location, obviously. A bit overpriced for the standard of the rooms, but I guess you're paying for the location, which is beautiful. Friendly staff and good food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast).

Very nice hotel - great location - we stayed as an overnight on the way to Skye.
Not quite as new as it looks in the images, but that’s a minor thing. Note that the hotel is accessed via an underpass -
if you are arriving from Glencoe you’ll need to turn left into the village to get to the underpass.

It‘s location but nature would only win (big) if this hotel doesn‘t exist.
This is at most a roadside motel, and a very old one. The infrastructure is in a desolate state. Our room had dog hair woven in the ancient carpet and also dog food and hair spread everywhere. Especially disgusting was the bathroom. The Price was still for a 4 Star…completely und utterly ridiculous. A perfect example of daytime robbery.

Lovely location, and thought the food was lovely and staff were great
Just the price
