Lovely hotel!

The pool is great. Breakfast has a lot of nice options and the staff is super friendly.

The pool was not not properly cleaned once. There were cans next to the Jacuzzi.

Quarto muito espaçoso, área da piscina muito bonita, restaurante muito bom

Achei perigoso para crianças, é muito alto e não tem muita proteção nos andares, alguns locais perigosos para crianças pequenas ou mais impulsivas

Eu amei a recepção, o local é esplêndido de surreal. Confortável. A área da piscina é perfeita e dos jogos. A vista do quarto é perfeita, encantadora, simplesmente incrível.

Uma surpresa desagradavel essa estadia.

O hotel é muito grandioso, atendimento excelente.

Trocaram os blackouts das janelas, antes o quarto ficava 100% escuro, agora passa muita claridade. Já fiquei lá outras vezes e não tive esse problema, mas o quarto que eu fiquei dessa vez o 716, além disso, tinha o colchão extremamente mole e não estava com a estrutura muito boa também não.

The receponist who lived in Ireland was amazing.

Being told by a different receptionist that there were no plates and it was impossible to get one. We just went ourselves to restaurant to get one

Overall, it was confortable. But the hotel staff need to do much better to keep it quiet at night.

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfasts and restaurant/ dinner meals were very good. The day staff were very helpful (the night staff is another issue, explained below)

The building itself is an interesting design, with an open the core looking upward to the the room levels. With the internal core as a hub for reception, dining and lounge, it created an echo chamber up to the rooms. I was woken up from shouting below at 2.30 am and 3.30 am respectively on two different nights. I called down to reception, but was told the noise is coming from people in the lounge, with a tone that there was nothing that could be done about it. For a 5 star hotel, this is unacceptable. I did ask for a room change, which was granted, but I was woken up by shouting in the lounge, sitting area again at 3.30 nonetheless. Coffee machines are provided in the breakfast room, but too bad about it's cappuccino selection--it only comes with a sugar option. Otherwise, espresso-type options via a coffee-capsule are only possible at the bar and near the reception desk, but this must be paid for. This is not available at breakfast.

The location, and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel

The receptionist, her name is Ester, did not treat me properly as befits the place where she works, she spoke to me very loudly and inappropriately because I asked her: Do you speak English, and the response was not appropriate at all

Staff at breakfast don't speak english and don't even bother to find someone to help when they can't speak english.

Convenient but unmemorable.

The hotel's architecture is quite impressive and there seem to be useful amenities such as a pool, spa and salon, although we did not get a chance to use them.

The breakfast was good and staff were friendly, but the eating area is not the most inviting: the lighting is stark white, the tables are fairly close together and it was a little noisy. The rooms are comfortable but the whole place is a little dated, and the bathroom, while adequate, needs renovating. We arrived late at night and there was no room service available, not even with a more restricted menu. Did not feel that the hotel deserves to be rated a 5-star hotel.

Disappointed as I received a confirmation that we were going to get two room beside each other

Good location

I asked for two rooms together and received a confirmation from booking that I was going to get a room beside each other, when we got there our rooms was in different floors and with two children one in each floor it was very difficult for us. The receptionist said that they didn’t confirm and wasn’t their responsibility but if it’s the case how come they allow it to happen….
