Posto molto accogliente e ben curato, direttamente sul mare. Camere spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Colazione e cena a buffet molto gustose. Piscina grande.

Installations, pool, restaurant staff.
Direct access to the beach.
Good show at night.
The restaurant's buffet could be better for vegetarian people.
The staff at the beach restaurant was not good and not friendly, they come to you when they want to and if they make mistakes, they don't admit it.
The location is pretty far away from the airport and the old town.
The beach had a lot of stones, we may have had to inform ourselves better on that.

Hotel is located on the seashore, has nice green territory and trees where you can hide from the sun. Room and bathroom looked clean.
In general, staying here was good enough if not to take into account the first point below.
The most ridiculous and disgusting thing is cockroaches in the room... Haven't seen any feedback regarding this here. Our room was located in the same building as the restaurant; maybe that's the reason. Nevertheless, I would not visit this place again due to this.
No smoking areas, people just smoke everywhere: at the beach, at the bar, near the pool. This is not comfortable for those who doesn't smoke.
Restaurant: flies on some food as it's not covered; during the dinner you must pay for all drinks including water even if your hotel booking includes dinner; restaurant looks like a dining room, quite noisy, tables are very close to each other. Do note there are a lot of places to eat nearby.
Swimming pool has working hours from 9 till 6... after is closed with a rope.
Sun loungers are taken starting 6:30-7am. Beach towels - 3 eur.
Water was not replenished. Air conditioner blows directly on a bed which makes sleeping uncomfortable.
We stayed only 2 days here, spent whole days outside, so didn't ask for room changing.

Krásné pokoje. Vynikající snidaně, velký výběr jídel při bufetových večeřích. Přátelský a milý personál! Vrátili jsme se již po deváté!

I did like the atmosphere.
During our recent stay at a hotel in Corfu, we found ourselves drawn to the charming atmosphere that permeated the establishment. However, our experience was marred by several disappointing aspects that left us with mixed feelings about our visit.
Upon our arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and presented us with thoughtful gifts, including natural juice and other treats. While the gesture was appreciated, it was disheartening to discover that some of these offerings had been partially used and were not as fresh as we had hoped.
One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the dining experience. Regrettably, the quality of the dinner fell far short of our expectations. The flavors were unpalatable, and we were left craving the authentic Greek cuisine we had been eagerly anticipating.
The beach experience also left much to be desired. The lack of available sun loungers was a constant frustration, as many were reserved with towels but left unoccupied for hours. This practice made it difficult for guests to enjoy the beautiful shoreline without feeling cramped or inconvenienced. Moreover, the evening brought about a disappointing scene as all the sun loungers were collected, including a chess set that was placed near the bar.
The fitness facilities, unfortunately, were in a state of disrepair. The gym was locked and inaccessible, leaving us unable to maintain our usual exercise routine during our vacation.
Furthermore, the hotel's location left us somewhat isolated from the vibrant attractions that the northern part of the island had to offer. The village where the hotel is situated lacked the variety of activities and amenities that we had hoped for, limiting our options for entertainment and exploration.
In summary, our stay at this Corfu hotel was marked by a pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, but ultimately fell short in several crucial areas.

Staff are extremely friendly, facilities are great, and the beach is amazing.
Coffee and drink were a bit expensive but everything else was truly perfect.
4.3
Everything was first class - Hotel communal areas, balcony, room, bathroom, staff (very kind, helpful), hotel grounds and beach was fabulously beautiful well equipped. Beach bar excellent.
Restaurant was ok, but a bit uninspiring.
No Espresso at breakfast

Fantastic Location (right on the beach), great staff, entertainment every night (if you wanted to stay-in), things to do in the area, great taverna, the “Firefly” right next to the property, great massages!
Great for younger children, and the elderly, if you’re looking for late night dancing/raves etc, look closer to town. This is a fantastic, serene location, right on the beach for chillin.
It was 35-40 minutes to downtown Kerkyra, but definitely accessible.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, excellent breakfast and dinner.
4.3
The location and size of the hotel is superb, the breakfast and dinner are varied and plentiful. The restaurant is in an annexe 2 min walk from the main building. The beach was not crowded, the garden and pool were tidy and well maintained. The water and the beach are beautiful.
One thing to be careful of is that if you accidentally don't add your child when making the reservation here on Booking.com, although it was advertised as children under 16 yo. stay free, you will be charged €30 / day at the hotel. This happened to me with my 7 yo. daughter.
4.3
Nice hotel with nice garden around, quiet and relaxing. Very suitable for families and children.
There were some hotel rules like you couldn't use the pool after a certain hour, you couldn't use the sunbeds in the beach after 19:30, so it felt like a camp. Also we had an unpleasant episode where the gardener rudely asked us to leave the sunbeds because he had to take and lock them. I asked why do you have to take and lock them and he said because someone could steal the sunbeds! The nearby hotels left them at the beach. It felt like it wasn't a client focused attitude.
4.3
Lovely new building, very friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful garden onsite.
Note a pebbled beach, shoes needed to get in/out of sea.
4.3
everything! great beach, food, service, very friendly staff.
4.3
The sea, so not part of the property
Well where should I start... The hotel needs a proper upgrade. It's a very old style hotel. The bathroom is terrible, the toilet doesn't flush properly, the TV in the room is the size of a computer monitor and the hot water fails sometimes.
The food is terrible. We had breakfast and dinner included. To start the drinks are not included so if you want a drink you have to pay for it, and prepare to really pay for it. The breakfast is the typical english style, bacon eggs and sausages, when you're in Greece you expect something more local, but not here. Dinner was repetitive, the same good old canteen style. They kept the same recipe but just changing either fish or the type of meat (pork, beef or duck).
The entertainment is null, the hotel doesn't make an effort to try and entertain the customers.
The pool closes at 6pm so dont expect to have a "late" swim.
Overall this is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.
4.3
Good beach particulalry for children although because it is a shallow sandy bay, the water was not that refreshing and will be even warmer in the the hotter months. Facilities were satisfactory if not exciting. Food was reasonable but it is canteen eating.
The usual fight for beachloungers!! We were surrounded at one point by a family who couldn't have got closer if they tried!!
4.3
location
You buy a ticket for dinner for 25€, then you still pay for water and wine, nonsense.
4.3
good location near the sea, private beach, friendly staff. very good👍🏻
4.3
Equipment was good, pool and bar were nice.
The AC is old and right in front on the bed. Impossible to sleep peacefully without getting sick. What a same for this price. The restaurant looks like a canteen, not nice at all
4.3
All the staff were delightful.
Anti Covid precautions were good - residents reminded if they did not wear masks indoors or masks and gloves when attending the buffet.
Our room was delightfully decorated and furnished, as was the main hotel communal areas.
The food, although a buffet, gave excellent choice and was of good quality.
The beach was narrow, but well supplied with parasols and loungers. The latter could be taken to the large grassy areas adjacent to the beach.
The restuarant itself was more like a cafeteria - 2 sittings - only an hour and a quarter to eat and 'enjoy' the meal. A somewhat frenetic atmosphere. It was a large area with many tables and chairs. I felt that for a four star hotel, dirty plates etc. should not be stacked up on a trolley until full and then wheeled past your table to the kitchen.
There was nowhere in the main hotel building to have a coffee or a pre/post-dinner drink, despite there being more than enough space in the lounge area. These were only available in the beach bar.
I do not expect to have to pay to have my beach towel to be laundered in a four star hotel. 2 Euros was kept from the 'deposit' - why not say that a charge will be made for laundering?
No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom, nor complimentary water. (These was given to us in a three star hotel in Corfu town).
The bath did not drain properly; the water came up through the grating in the floor, despite the problem having been 'seen to'. Toiletries were minimal - shower soap dispenser unreachable on the wall if you chose to have a bath.
4.3
The hotel located just by the sea, it takes you 1 minute to get to the seashore, but it’s a little bit far away from the Corfu town centre (20-30mins). The room was clean everyday. We stayed on a half-board, the food was good, not exceptional but it is a good value if you don’t want to spend too much money on the restaurants. The personal was very kind and responsive! You can find many restaurants and taverns within walking distance, also we counted 3 car rental services nearby.
We would like to see slippers and bathrobes, the soundproof could be better (this is not critical).
4.3
Location - close to the beach. Literally half a minute walk from the water.
The staff if friendly enough.
Food is decent, wide variety of dishes. Quality of some could be better still.
Had some problems with WiFi the other day, but apart from that, it worked fine.
Parking spot was present.
There's only one electrical socket in the room. Rooms are not soundproof enough.
4.3
Hotel is located on a small own beach, and occupy wide park area with very nicely decorated garden. Beach itself is small, and if you want to have umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, or in the shade in the park, you need to wake up early and occupy it. Pebbles in the beach are rather sharp and you need slippers to and out the water. When you enter the water, first few meters are covered with small rocks and need to be careful, but everything further is covered with sand and it is very nice for everything you want to do in the water. Water in this area is very calm, pretty warm, and there are no waves or wind, even when on the opposite side of the island, water is very cold and pretty windy. Rooms are sort of basic with little bit outdated furniture, but still acceptable. It's clean and terrace is nice. We had "pool view" room but you can still have the sea view from there. Food is OK, with very nice selection of sweets.
Only 2 available power sockets in the room for 3 people with all our gadgets are very inconvenient. Although there are enough parking lots, there is not a single charger for EV nor a single power socket available in the entire hotel, where I could charge my PHEV with my own cable. As one day I was parked near some high grass , front part of my car was full with ants and it took me 3 days to exterminate them completely.
Moraitika area is pretty ugly place and the good thing is this hotel stands out from the surrounding area and it is sort of isolated from the rest of the area.
Some of the waiters are nice and friendly, but for several of them, politeness is not priority on the list.
4.3
The location i very good directly on the beach. The buffé was also very good with plenty of choices.
4.3
Beds comfortable,good entertainment
No gym, food at night not up to Greek standards, bit of a dissapointment, breakfast OK,but not enough tables ,big queue so expensive for what's available
4.3
The property was big enough, all staff was polite and well organized. The hotel has taken all COVID precautions and all staff and people wore masks.
Breakfast and dinner had a large buffet with a lot of food! Hotel organized nice events every 2 nights at the beach bar. 7:00 am the beach opens and in order to get a sun-bed you have to go to put your beach towel and reserve the sun beds. This is a bit annoying but this is the policy. The beach in front of the hotel is good. I would definitely visit this place again!
When we entered the room the first day we saw some hair on the pillow and in the bathroom. We told the Reception and they took care immediately.
4.3
Beach (private, only hotel guests) is very close, calm, with beautiful water, shallow (50meters +), great for older and babies. Sunbed service available, free of charge, a lot of shadow on the beach or nearby garden. After 3-5 meters of pebbles, the bottom of the sea is sandy.
The hotel area is nice, beautiful garden, hotel is pleasant, cosy and maintained. We saw advantage in not being in huge complex, felt more private.
There was’t noise music around, only subtle music from beach bar.
Very close to the city center, the closest shop only 200m.
Great choice for breakfast and dinner buffet, changing every day. A lot of veggies. Some fish each day. Vegetarian has a chance to mix some nice combination on plate too. It’s better than expected but it’s true that mainly meat dishes were offered.
It’s not a complain but I would welcome wider variety of fresh seasonal fruit, not he same choice each day.
