Nice location opposite the Dubrovnik Port and near to the town of Lapad. The Old Town was a short bus ride or ¢7 Uber away. The swimming pool was lovely and helped cool us down in the morning or after a long day in the Old Town. The air conditioning and ceiling fan also helped us stay cool in the summer heat. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the docks.
The cooking equipment was lacklustre and it proved difficult to cook anything with only one bowl, one worn pan, one saucepan and no toaster, salt, pepper, oil or any other cooking ingredients often found at guest houses. There was a sponge and washing up liquid for smaller meals and breakfasts. Food in the Old Town can be quite expensive but cooking dinner was not an option unfortunately, due to the lack of cooking essentials. The booking was changed before we arrived and we stayed in a different room to the one booked on the website. This was no problem for us but worth noting.

The property is in a quiet but central location in Dubrovnik. The property has a nice pool, lovely outdoors and it’s easy to get to the harbour and beach.
We had the lower ground 3 bed apartment so can only speak for that particular one. No air con, poor shower, dirty floor in bathroom and kitchen.

Good location , easy access and had all the basics you could ask for like a fridge, AC , toaster etc.
Everything was all good and up to standard. Only thing to maybe improve adding water in the fridge for the customers when they arrive and maybe a pack of biscuits for example also just to improve the overall experience for the guest.

Great views, nice balcony, pool area, adequate facilities although not modern. Good location & close to bars & restaurants. Staff friendly & helpful on request for extra pillows.
Very steep road and steps to the property. 19 down from the roadside & 34 up to the 2nd floor. We are quite fit (for our age) and we found this aspect tested us. Only sheets & no other bedding. Towels small. The safe was not fixed and unusable. The apartment was not serviced at all during our 9 night stay.

great location and the views were spectacular, great there was a pool too , staff were great and so helpful and let us check out later as we had a later flight. very quiet area and not far from old town (10 mins in taxi) there’s also bars restaurants and beach ten mins walk away in lapad
not enough glasses to drink from

Very good value for money (should be charging more given the amazing view across the harbour) lovely quite location with a handful of restaurants and a shops nearby. The apartment has everything you need, although a little tired. Also, the #6 bus stop is just a 3 minute walk and takes you right to the front door of Old Town for just 2 euro.
Because of the location at the top of a hill, which is why you get such amazing views, these apartments are not really suitable for those with mobility issues.

the view and that there was a pool
a little hard to find

Djuro was a wonderful host. He made sure I arrived safely and kindly came to my room for me to make my check-in. He kindly show me directions on how to move while being there and always made sure I was doing fine. He was also very easy to talk to and he was always there to solve my doubts and help me.
I was given a room in one of the high floors and the views from there were unbeatable.
Nothing to do with the hotel but the closest bus station is going throuhg some work and it takes a longer walk to get to the city center.

Dirty toilet and walls
Many conditions like I don't know
Really VERY UNCOMFORTABLE bed

The value for money of getting more than expected, with the views down to the harbour and surrounding mountains being a nice added feature to the property. Plus we were very happy to have the pool to ourselves playing music.
The shower was small, not the end of the world at all, I personally hate have a shower curtains touching me though.
5.0
It was a comfortable stay with Nice powerful shower and amazing view. Very easy location to everthing lovely restaurants close by. The pool is a nice touch. And I could store my luggage when checked out.
Could have used a few more plugs and the room was quite small but cosy. The sheet was a bit hard on the skin but otherwise the room delivered on what it needed and the price so would return definitely.

The view was amazing- take binoculars-
many hours to be spent watching the rich
and famous on the docked super yachts.
The skies at night are fabulous- we were
lucky enough to catch a meteor shower.
The beach is a 20 min walk away- really
pretty but take water shoes. Dubrovnik old
town a 15 min bus ride from the square- the
trusty number 6 bus- a bit packed, but
nothing to worry about. Download ‘Bolt’
for great taxi service- saves legs after a long
day traipsing around those city walls! Yes
there is a hill and yes, 150 steps from the
dock at the bottom (I counted each one
of the beggars) but take your time,
take some water- unless you have
restricted mobility, you will be fine. The
apartment itself was basic but fine. The
host was helpful. A great trip.
As mentioned in every other review, the pool
furniture is an issue- there was one
unbroken lounger while we were there
- which was a shame as it stopped us
going there to relax and sunbathe.

Very friendly host . Very helpful and easy to communicate.
Parking was very difficult

Bunk bed ladder was broken (still usable) but possibly unsafe.

Location was good.
There was no duvet only a thin sheet.
Broken sun loungers by the pool.
The balcony doors did not keep out the sound from outside.

The apartment was great and the location while up a steep hill had a fabulous view of the port and close to everything including bus stop to old city Dubrovnik. I lost a precious sentimental item of jewellery whilst here. On my return I contacted the owner who confirmed it had been found and promptly returned it to me. Such honesty and great after care service. Thank you Djuro. 😁
Nothing.

The view was phenomenal
Booked a two bedroom apt with separate kitchen with proper beds but were given a one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen
We arrived late so couldn’t contact anyone to question this, but as we were only staying a few days and didn’t want to ruin the holiday after 2 years of restrictions we decided to put up with it , it was very disappointing and as the other apts were all booked we knew we wouldn’t get it resolved! The apt wasn’t cheap so feel ripped off!

The communication throughout was good. The staff were expecting us. The rooms were clean and functioning with a kitchen and a toilet/shower. All in good working order. The WiFi worked which is important for young adults. The swimming pool was nice to cool off in.
The location part way up a hill made it a challenge to walk to, but not overly so.

Very clean, good location and price.
Djuro was good answering questions and accommodating. Shops and restaurants are walking distance and the bus to the old city was easy to get to. The view over the harbor is great. one room had AC. Nice pool.
Small rooms, need some updating and repair. Ceiling fans do not work, electrical short on the kitchen wall, shower head holder is loose, toilet seat is loose. AC only in one room - Tough during the heat.

There was a misunderstanding with what day we were checking out, other than that all was good

Nothing
Our apartment was in a terrible state, especially the bathroom. There wasn’t even a rail to hold the shower so we had to stand and hold the shower head while showering. The beds were very uncomfortable and rooms are crammed. Being a large group there was obviously some noise but nothing over the top. The owner came down just after 11 on the second night shouting at us to be quiet. The next morning we were accused of breaking sun loungers and were given 1 hour to leave or be threatened with the police. The villa owner was extremely patronising, even upon arrival. We weren’t sure what door to go in and he made me stand and read out the message he had sent me as if we were back in primary school. He was extremely rude and arrogant from the get go. If you’re thinking of staying here in a large group then don’t bother, there are far nicer places close by for the same money and with a functional shower and a decent host.
3.0
The view from the balcony was awsome. A lot of cool cats in the neighebrhood. The host was super nice and friendly. It was close to beautiful parts of Dubrovnik.
It wasn'nt entirely clean - balnkets was a little smelly, there was fungus on the grout in the bathroom. All the furnitures were rather old and unamtching each other.
4.5
Beautiful view of Lapad marina. Facilities were fine. All in working order. Also had a pool which we used occasionally. Grounds are well kept.
3.5
The View. The pool. The room was ok.
No one there to let us in, or who spoke English, even though we had a pre-arranged time to be there. Which we were. Really poor communication.
2.5
Location, patio and pool was also ok.
Unclean, noisy (thin walls). Dirty bathroom and kitchen. No air con on the ground floor, though it was promised in the booking. Same for the view, there was no view.
