Nydelig plassert hotell!

Beliggenheten av hotellet, deilige senger, deilig badstue,

Ødelagt gulv foran verandadøra, mørkt hotell/ dårlig belysning, mange lukkede dører, vanskelig å se hva som fins av fasiliteter inne på hotellet, dårlig å ta betalt for kaffe i resepsjonen, basseng-rommet var kjedelig, savnet minibar/kjøleskap på rommet, ekkelt/bråkete med jets-do (men det går nok ikke an å gjøre noe med)

Hotellet er ligger fint. God frokost. Men hotellet er ikke nytt og prisen for en natt er litt høyt.

Frokosten var god. Fin beliggenhet. Liker du havet så er dette stedet. Kort vei til strand og kort vei til verdens ende. Store rom og fin mulighet til å åpne dører ut til veranda eller utedekk.

Rommet var stort, men for en stor person kan sengene kanskje være for myke. Badet skuffet litt. Litt lite, dårlig kraft i dusjen og det kom fort vann over hele gulvet etter dusj som ble liggende utover dagen.

Perfect for a short break, no matter the season

Location is very nice, the property is well mantained and elegant common areas. Breakfast is good. Indoor pool is a huge plus.

Employees could have been more proactive and welcoming. Quite unfortunate we could not use the restaurant (was still close)

During the first night only a handful of guests were staying, but still they served a superb breakfast buffet with nothing to complain about!

The area is lovely, nice view from the restaurant. Beds were comfortable.

The restaurant was closed for renovations. It is good that they sent a text in advance, so we could grab a bite on the way there.

Exceptional

Beautifully located hotel right next to the marina. The hotel itself is very nice, intimately lit at night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. A delicious and varied breakfast will allow everyone to eat tasty meals with a view of the sea and the marina. Possibility to use the swimming pool and saunas, which need a longer time to warm up well after they are made available to guests (from 7:00 am).

Nice spot!

Amazing location right on the water and the breakfast was next level! There was a lot a lot to choose from.

Our room lacked a bit of attention to detail. We found a sock on the floor as we were closing the curtains....Some of the light fittings and power points were not staying to the wall properly. But for a one night stay it was all perfectly fine

Beautiful location.

It was a extremely noisy hotel.Everywhere there was noise and hissing from air vents - Right at the entrance to the hotel there was an extremely loud and constant noise - There was noise in the swimming pool and in the changing rooms and at the reception. In the room there were noises all the time, in the living room, in the bathroom and of course in the bedrooms. After some tinkering on our part, we were able to minimize the noise, but this was something the hotel should have informed about. The roms however was beautiful and so was the Grotnes if the hotel! The restaurant did not look good, so we took the food to the apartment. We had to wait 7 minutes to be helped by waiters who all saw us and walked past us when they were going to the kitchen.. 3 young waiters with 7 tables to share. And we had a reservation, people at the other tables did bot look happy.. Last ting, people had to wait to get breakfast. Their was not enough tables.. It was to many people in the room to breath almost, so my family with one sick member had to eat outside.

Poor

On the past 28.05.22 I spent a night in this hotel and got bitten by a bed bug during the night. Me and my fiancé later contacted the hotel through email in order to make them aware of the lack of cleaning in the bedroom and there was not even a simple polite reply. Sad to see that the working personnel does not seem to care of the hotel conditions and I truly hope this does not happen to another guest

Alles in allem ein schoener Aufenthalt.

Eine phantastische Lage.

This hotel is getting old and you can see that in the room facilities. Unfortunately the rooms are very worn. Breakfast was a lot better before the pandemic. Unfortunately, we had a room right next to the kitchen ventilation system, since the rooms do not have air conditioning, we had to make a choice between hearing the noise or having bad air in the room. The staff was always trying but made an overwhelmed impression.
