Good

The Sunday breakfast was very good. Over all okay, and good value for money

The bacon for the breakfast on all days but sunday was very soggy.

A lovely, relaxing place to stay out of Oslo.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in beautiful surroundings. I really enjoyed walking around the lake. The history is also rather interesting.

Comfortable hotel near Krokhol

fabulous buffet breakfast, rooms were very comfortable, closest hotel to the No 2 Disc Golf course in the world is a bonus!

with heavy luggage, the walk from the parking lot to the room is too long. Can another option be made available?

Forest location, great breakfast, comfy beds

Lovely location, comfy beds, perfect for one night stop over on way back to import. Restaurant is great with the best breakfast buffet.

Very good

Service was excellent, we felt treated as superstars with all attention and help answered. Willing to go an extra mile to make us more than pleased :) Lovely surroundings, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and tasty.

Beautiful place with nice pond, breakfast was really good, the staff were lovely. Would go there again for a romantic weekend with activities

Very good

Everything was fine. Breakfest was one of the best I've ever had, also the dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Only one pillow and it was flat as a pancake.

Old place, no aircon, old heaters - very slow heating, expensive very bad food, breakfast ok... it was close to Oslo and lots of parking place, everything else not so good.

Disappointing restaurant

Great location, probably very nice outside of covid times. You can also borrow canoes to do the tour of the lake, or other outdoor games for free.

The food. The breakfast is standard, not really elaborated. The lunch and dinner were poor quality (way too oily, salty, lack of flavours, and veeery long waiting times) for expensive prices.

A bit dated and in need of makeover

The building and surroundings are lovely, the bed was comfortable.

The room was small and dated, the hotel needs a makeover. Staff were lovely but need more training and don’t really know what they are doing. There is no kettle in the room but there are coffee machines in the corridor , but you need to pay for them and at 30kr for a small cup, it’s bit of a rip off- apart from black coffee which is free. The drink prices at the bar were very, very expensive. Breakfast is only on until 10am on a Sunday, which is very early compared to other hotels. I’m vegetarian and asked what dishes at the buffet were vegetarian, I was informed the pasta was, but then discovered large piece of chicken through it.
