Чудовий готель поруч з пляжем

Великий просторий номер, неймовірно ввічливий персонал, доволі смачна (проте одноманітна) їжа, чудове розташування близько до пляжу. Сподобалось, що прибирали у номері щодня і замінювали рушники. Поруч чудова набережна, де можна прогулятись. У пішохідній доступності є багато курортних магазинчиків та великі маркети. Із плюсів також - можливість платного паркомісця для автомобіля на приватному паркінгу готелю.

Меблі та фурнітура у номері в доволі зношеному стані, проте це не впливало на якість відпочинку. Засмутило також, що немає місць, де для відпочиваючих була заборона на паління - пляж, зона біля басейну, номери - скрізь палять. Але це скоріш місцева особливість, а не мінус цього готелю.

The People in The reception and the cleaner were Nice.

The People in The restaurant were a catastrof angry and tired. All of them. The did not say anything. Always looking very ångra and unfriendly

The staff were friendly.

Leaking bathtub. Everything is extremely cheaply built and although it looks relatively new, it is already falling apart. Swimming pool not clean, no showers outside.

Great location, friendly people, Lovely resort, only let down by dreadful breakfast.

The breakfast was terrible. It was under-cooked and served COLD. I threw it away and had cheap copy Corn Flakes! (Which we’re only a little better).

The breakfast needs urgent attention.

Not bad, but some things disappointing.

Good location, close to beach and there is a pool

When I decided to take a bath there was no plug in room and receptionist told me plumber is not working already (7pm) and there is nothing she can do🤷🏻‍♂️. Next day I wanted to open umbrella near the pool but there was no fixator. So hotel stuff misses some small things which can upset. Also TV in room was really small and only paid media was available except regular channels.

Great potential ruined by bad management

Location is on the beach. The room was clean enough. Some of the hotel’s staff acted very professional.

The entry in the garage may be tricky for long cars. The garage itself looks like is in construction. There were paddles, some sort of garbage and smell of mold. There were noises from the lift and from the room’s fridge. There is not any kettle as advertised. The hotel rooms are mixed with private apartments. My car had been scratched inside hotel’s garage. Parking outside the hotel may be a challenge during the top season.

Bad experience at Festa Resort Pomorie

The only good thing about the property is the location. It is on the beach, in the calm part of Pomorie.

It is not clean at all, no COVID-19 measures are applied. The cleaning service in the rooms is unsatisfactory, same in the restaurant. The breakfast was one and the same every morning, it is poor and of low quality. Every morning there was something missing- coffee, cups for the coffee, toaster not switched on and the staff in the restaurant was just sitting outside, chatting and doing nothing.

Not bad hotel for affordable price

Nice staff trying to do their best, even if some of them do not speak English. Nice location, close to the main street, shops. Great fish restaurant on site.

Poor breakfast choice, especially for vegetarian + instant coffee. Double bed is not a double but 2 single beds without top mattress. Rooms were not cleaned during the 4 nights stay (neither beds were not made, nor towels changed). City view rooms are not very specious and they are old fashioned.

It was dirty. There were ants everywhere. The air conditioner didn’t work , so didn’t the TV. The staff wasn’t polite. The restaurant in the hotel was very poor.
