Отличное расположение отеля. Весь персонал без исключения был отзывчивым и очень гостеприимным. В нашем номере был великолепный вид на Лувр и Эйфелеву башню.
Спасибо, вернемся обязательно!

Large room, close to the Louve and the river and the path to the Arche de Triumph and Eiffel tower is 30-45 min walk. Grand hotel in itself, but half was shut down.
Paid for a room with a view, our view was of the next door building and the back of the hotel. At almost $900 USD per night. The thermostat was not working and the AC kept coming on until we pushed enough buttons to stop it. The hotel portrayed on the photos was half the hotel we encountered. They are renovating and no restaurants to speak of except a bar and a little foyer sitting place. Room service got our order wrong twice. Although staff on property were exceptionally helpful at night they are a skeleton crew. The night staff was over worked, but tried their best to provide the level of service that is expected for this price range.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional location, view and buffet. Service was outstanding! Room was spacious and with plenty of storage cabinets. Walking distance from many sites, close to metro stop and the Louvre.
Early checkin would be appreciated for travelers coming from the US. Flights get in early in the morning and a bed would be much appreciated after a long journey, but they did have a wellness facility available to get freshened up in.

Concierge and bar staff. Good location. Breakfast staff downstairs and breakfast room service. Valet staff.
Management and housekeeping. Terrible WIFI. Food in the restaurant. Hidden charges and unwarranted charges after we left. And these are the reasons we would not recommend or return. Way too expensive. Thank you.

Great location, breakfaat a little expensive but good.
When we arrived it serms like the reception was understaffed. There was only one person, Roberto, who was great. He eas the one who helped take the luggage to the room.

Excellent location close to major attractions. The front desk staff, house keepers, and concierge were extremely helpful and very friendly. Also, the decor is beautiful.
I really liked this property but have 4 complaints. First, for this price, they should offer free breakfast for guests. Second, the water level in the toilets is too low, but that may be an issue everywhere in Paris. Third, when we decided to stay a few extra nights, they made us pay in advance for them. They had our credit card already and could have put a hold on the amount, but instead insisted that we prepay which I found unusual as they didn’t do this when we checked in the first time but perhaps they assumed we couldn’t pay. Finally, the food from the restaurant for room service at night was not good. They didn’t have half of the items listed on the menu, brought us substitutes that were not good, and still tried to charge us for the items after we said we didn’t like them. It was our first night at the property, so we never ate at the restaurant after that so I don’t know what the experience may have been for breakfast or lunch. We were, however, surprised that the manager didn’t offer free breakfast or some other accommodation when we brought it to their attention. However, this one flaw did not overshadow the rest of my experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great.

Great location. Beautiful hotel with fantastic view from our room.
The mattress was very hard and the sheets were very scratchy. I would have expected newer sheets and a mattress topper for a hotel of this standard.

The service at the hotel was AMAZING. The concierge was wonderful and so efficient. The location was great also.
The room was not as pictured. It was so small. I never would have booked that room for 2 people.

Location was incredible and staff were very helpful throughout. Concierge had some excellent recommendations for places to eat. Even though we had the smallest room type available, it was still very spacious.
Nothing to dislike here
