Hotel needs a upgrade for us to come back for the beautiful service Rydgers provides

Position was really good. Many activities for guests was very nice. Excellent restaurant and staff. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel room was old and bathroom floor wasn’t clean enough, all cleaning liquids in the bathroom was empty. Bed was not comfortable enough.

It was a beautiful hotel. I would love to stay again if I visit hunter valley. Our room had free buffet breakfast which I loved. I wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but it was closed that night.

Only thing I would like to mention is there was no drinking water in the room. There was a mini bar with drinks and just a 600 ml bottle of water which I have to pay for it. Normally on good hotels they give you free water bottles at least!!! Also while arriving I was not given any instructions about wifi and using TV. I had to call the receptionist about it.

Would definitely recommend! Esp for families! You wouldn’t even have to leave the resort it’s got every thing you need a

The splash park was great as well as the facilities provided like the tennis courts, golf, table tennis, adult pool for adult time!

the free food tasting upon arrival

Booking.com shows that I booked a room with breakfast included but upon check-in, staff said it wasn't included. That I have to contact booking website. I'm 100% booked a room with 3 breakfast included.

Such a great family getaway!

The property was excellent! Great layout and easy to get around. The water park was so much fun and well serviced.

Room options - it could have been our timing but the options were either too small for our family or much bigger than we needed meaning we paid more.

整体感觉不好

枕套都是馊的味道，床单上都是脏脏的痕迹，浴巾也是上面貌似有血的痕迹。厕所地面台面都是头发，不知道卫生怎么做的。房外的公共走廊地毯很多脏东西，没人吸尘清洁。整个酒店显得很旧。

Location is quite unique and it was our first experience in a resort of this style. Like the country spirit.

More options for food and kids activies would be a beneficial.

The breakfast food was good, but we have to line up because the hotel over-booked people for the breakfast and this felt frustrating

The rooms are not well maintained and very outdated. I found the locks on sliding doors are not safe for kids and the windows don't even have locks! The soaps are left over from the past guests and the bathroom didn't feel clean. The staff never answer the phones.

Overall was good. We came once or twice every year.

hotel facilities and location. Kitchen for family’s.

Mattress is too soft. I book a two bedroom villa, but not door stoppers. We would like to keep the room door open on daytime for kids to play.

Great spot and good facilities

Breakfast was buffet and a good mix, lots of fresh fruits and cereals. Eggs Benedict was very tasty. I like the make your own fruit juicer. Room was good size but the air conditioner was too hot and we couldn’t adjust it. Wifi is offered but was so weak you couldn’t actually use it.
