Amazing rooms with fantastic view
Maybe some plates and utensils so we could make toast for breakfast. There was a toaster but no plates
3.6
Great location, good set up for kids and pool was a real hit.
Watch the stairs outside when wet as steep and slippery
3.6
Excellent views, nice people, good location
Not better but cold water in the fridge would have been hood
3.6

overpriced for basi room

Nice staff
Clean rooms
Great location
Nice breakfast
The room was very old-style but reasonably maintained.
3.6
Location for an overnight before an early morning ferry. Room was very tired but the beds comfortable with crisp, white bedding. April the Maitre D was exceptional. Restaurant food reasonably priced and delicious. Very hospitable to families.
The room was in need of some renovation, old peeling wall paper etc. a sock hung from something on the ceiling (?) but we found other funny & a talking point. We didn’t pay a lot for the room it was still value & perfect bedding configuration for us.
3.6
Staff were flexible with my very late arrival (6:30am off the ferry instead of the planned 11pm)
Limited parking, the room wasn't clean, the whole building felt very old and tired, luckily I was so tired I slept like a log. even the towels stunk!

Wasn't as nice as it looked in pictures was very basic
No plates

Great location
Loved the restaurant onsite with lovely food, great range of beverages & pleasant service.
Didn't get to stay there longer.
3.6
Great location, near to ferry. Room was fine, as I would expect.
Communal areas near attention, carpets etc badly marked.
3.6
Location, right off the ferry and only short walk into town. Room was really spacious with a nice bathroom.
Some elements of the hotel need updating. The breakfast was quite limited and left a lot to be desired.
3.6
Large room with a view
Friendly staff
Parking
The included breakfast didn't include warm food like eggs, it costs extra
3.6
The location was good for all activities.
Over priced room without the sea view expected. Very ordinary view of busy road and hillside. Would love to see a lift to each floor, not having to go down strairs to catch the lift to my floor.
3.6
Very clean and spacious and very handy to the ferry
The only thing I would say is the breakfast should be on Earlier as it opened a t 7am and the final check in for the ferry was 6.45 am as it was included in the price
3.6
The location is brilliant, close to waterfront, cafes, and restaurants. PYCH has a bar, restaurant, pool, laundry, and car parking on site.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is great as they sure are needed, but it means that some rooms and aspects of the hotel are renewed and others are still tired.

Comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms. Great view of Picton Harbour from our 4th floor apartment.
Continental breakfast included
Access to the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs or using the elevator at the opposite end of the premises to the third floor and a final set of stairs.
Heaters were noisy.

The location was good.
This place (at least the wing of rooms we were in) is very "tired" and well past it's best.

Good location

Doors heavy trying get bags in room

Easy access, clean and tidy. Great bed
Didn’t have a sea view

Lovely location and view of the bay.
Didn't offer pick up from the ferry terminal or drop off at the train station. so we had to walk both ways. Didn't offer a discount as the view was ruined by scaffolding! Pool looked old and needed a repaint.
3.6
Close proximity to ferry terminal, restuarants and shops
Room a bit dated and very soft beds
3.6
Good location & views from our room were good.
It’s a bit tired and the bed was on the small side.
3.6
Very efficient check in and staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had good views. The hotel is very close to Picton with easy access to shops, ferries, bars, restaurants and walks
3.6
Nothing! It was old, shabby, and in desperate need of an upgrade and repairs! We were very disappointed with the standard of the “Picton Yacht Hotel”!
Our room was on a lower level (down a number of stairs) on opening the door to this level it smelt very strongly of carpet dampness! We were told there’d been a water leak!
The bathroom condition was poor, with an uninvited guest being a large “cockroach”!
Our view looked at the side of the outside pool, which had a large glass panel, showing the paint had lifted off most for pool floor looking black instead of the blue colour.
The website photos do not reflect the actual condition of this accommodation!
As I’ve written above “NOTHING!”
