Uncomfortable, outdates. Probably was good 60 years ago.

The food is good.

First of all, the photos are lying. They show that the lux rooms have carpet on the floor, but in reality it's just marble all over. The room is very empty, misses a couch and carpets. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, and there are a lot of mosquitos. You can see stains of mosquito blood on the walls and ceiling. Everything is very old, the furniture, etc. looks like haven't changed from the 60s. The light in the room is not enough, just two lamps over the bed and two on the other side, the half of the room is without any lighting. In the bathroom, the toilet seat is like it is made for a 5 year old, very small and uncomfortable. The shower has no curtain so there will be tons of water in the floor if you want to use it. Generally there is a lot of hype for nothing, and very overpriced.

Δεν μπορουσα να τους βρω με τιποτα στο τηλεφωνο για μια αλλαγη που ηθελα να κανω. 2 μερες προσπαθούσα. Οταν εφτασα το δωματιο ηταν γεματο μυρμήγκια αλλα με αλλαξαν δωματιο αμεσως.

A really nice place to unwind and relax.

Theodore at the spa was amazing. Nearly fell asleep! The buffet was lovely and Maria was the perfect waitress. Our room was nice and the pool area lovely. the location is superb and you can take a lovely long walk along the promenade early in the morning or late in the evening. Loads of restaurants if you want to eat out. A great family location.

The passageways in the hotel do not have any aircon so its a bit hot walking the long corridors - needs more ventilation. Some indoor plants would soften the inside as well. The grounds are very weedy and the plants need some care.

A 3-star hotel wrapped in a 5-star hotel chain

Hardworking and pleasant hotel staff (expect the lady from the beach bar) big rooms, calm and restful beach area

I have never seen so many mosquitos in a hotel, mainly in a 5 star hotel. No mosquitos net at the windows, no complimentary mosquito repellent in the rooms. Lack of any intervention / remedy from the hotel. My son was full of swollen mosquitos bites during our stay; evening routine: kill 6-7 mosquitos and after that go to sleep; very unpleasant experience Don’t expect fine dinning in this hotel: you will get an ordinary 3 start food experience during your stay, average food quality/choice for a claimed 5 start hotel; The hotel was half empty during our stay, so the hotel management was making sure to make some profit to the detriment of peaceful stay of the “ordinary” guests: promotional event of cleaning companies, during from Friday to Monday with closure of half of restaurant area for the “special guests”. Further, transformation of this “5 star hotel” in a camp for approximatively 50 kids (starting from age of 9 to 15 years) from a karate school; the hotel restaurant area was half closed to organize a training area for these karate kids; while the other half was kept for dining purposes for all the hotel guests, including the karate kids therefore the restaurant was always crowded, noisy, rowdy and the lines to get food were awful (50 karate kids in front of you), limited changes you will get food and have a nice calm dining experience. As well, the mattresses for the sun beds on the beach are only available for the hotel management (weird approach). The rooms (walls, bathroom, furniture) and the spa area require renovations. The hairdryer for the 80s should be replace with a 5 start quality one. Loud ventilation system of the kitchen restaurant area under the rooms. Our Mountain View room had a garbage bins view, it was impossible to sleep after 7:30 in the morning, due to noisy garbage truck and loading operation

It was relaxing but definitely not worth the money we paid and not a 5 star hotel. We would definitely come back to this

The proximity to the beach, the town and market. it had a amazing pool although it was very shallow. there was a spa but we weren’t able to get an appointment. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner buffet was good.

The staff wasn’t always very attentive and were hard to call over. Calling room service took forever and didn’t always get an answer. We had a do not disturb sign and had cleaners come in anyways and we had left our stuff out. At one point they came in while we were in there without knocking. The door wouldn’t always close for the balcony. The bathroom door would sometimes lock itself and you would find yourself stuck. The snack bar food at the pool wasn’t the greatest. The Greek frappes were not the best and are pretty easy coffee to make. When checking out the staff didn’t really acknowledge us and just stood there.

I would definitely visit again.

The pool and facilities were clean, enjoyable, and easily accessible.

The staff member that assisted me during one of my spa sessions was not the best. I ordered a massage and 20-min therapeutic bath session. The staff member did not provide a locker or robe for me and rushed me along without getting the opportunity to use the shower in the bath room where my therapeutic bath session was. I did have other sessions that staff did a wonderful job.

Overall an excellent stay - we will be back!

Beautiful property in Kamena Vourla. The sea view room is very spacious as well as the bathroom. It is an older hotel, but it is well kept and spotlessly clean (and better than many other resorts we have stayed at in Greece). Great selection at breakfast buffet and tasty food (we ate dinner out, so can’t speak as to dinner). Very nice pool for the daytime and nice, relaxing music at night by the pool and bar to enjoy a few cocktails. We will definitely stay again!!

The only reason we did not give it 10 stars is service at the pool was very very slow. We thought by tipping we would get a little better service, but that didn’t work (of course, we still tipped - even though it is not expected in Greece). Most times, we just went to the bar to order, but even there you have to wait for a server to enter it into their machine (I get it - control for the hotel to make sure payment is made to the hotel and not to staff). The bartenders were excellent and worked very hard, so I am only speaking about the wait staff at the pool being slow (in their defense, we were there on the hottest days, so maybe they were just tired?).

A good spot for a break from Meteora to Athens

The food at the buffet restaurant was good and they gave us a welcome bottle of wine and snacks. The room was big and comfortable.

The room was a bit outdated and the interior pool of the spa was closed so we could not make it.

We have expected hot bubbling spa but instead it was cold, a bit disappointing When we asked to go to the sauna, we were told it cost extra 20 Euros We were told to try the outdoor spa next morning but unfortunately it was less than warm As we strictly keep kosher diet so we asked the waiter to warm us kosher food we brought in the hotel's microwave, but we were refused. Usually when someone keep kosher, the hotel offers fruit and vegetables platter instead of a dinner, but that wasn't the case here. Even for one bottle of water, we had hard time to get.

The food was delicious!

Spa was too expensive for what it offered and the employees there did not explain the treatments offered neither suggested something based on your needs. Also, the inside pool was quite cold. The inside of the hotel must be renovated asap!!!

Clean. attentive friendly staff, lovely hotel and absolutely super food. Also the beds were so comfortable.

The thermal pool was cooler than I expected but the weather was cold too so that didn’t help.

Needs a few room tweaks.

The staff, the setting, the buffet.

Rooms needed rugs to give them a sense of warmth. My room was missing a shower screen on the bath and all the showers had no shower screens so the floor flooded..quite dangerous and unnecessary. Also my daughter's room had lots of mosquitoes ( December). They were up all night swatting them.
