Schönes kleines Resort mit tollem Strand !!

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schönes kleines Resort, an einem traumhaften Strandabschnitt! Die ganze Anlage wirkt relativ neu, unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und freundlich, es läuft tagsüber am Pool chillige Musik, das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Man benötigt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, um im Trubel (etliche Bars und Restaurants) zu sein. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist auch vorhanden.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Rip off & lies

The food at the beach restaurant is amazing, quality & prices alike + the staff were really accommodating. Not the owners though, any opportunity to squeeze unnecessary cash out of you, they won't spare it, even by forcing it upon you.

Started by requesting an additional day for our stay since our flight was late at night during the check out day. I was offered some room options via booking.com messenger & via private phone message, which I've decided to leave it until the day we arrive. Paid cash at the premisses for an upgraded room that I didn't need on the basis & agreement that it will allow us staying late in the room until our flight departure (10pm) Which is fair to pay for the day we're spending in room. On the day of our departure we were asked to leave the room and that all the conversation we've had while checking in and paying the extra for the upgrade was all a misunderstanding. B**l s**t. Even though, I was asked by the owner about my departure time the night before, all seemed like it never happened the next day. No apologies or compensations were offered, instead the owners made sure to leave the resort as soon as we left the room to avoid any confrontation. It seems that the owners have recently renovated the small resort and looking for any way to make up for the money they spent. ****Update**** I'm being harassed by the owners (husband & wife) through calls & private messages on my private telephone number. I have escalated the matter to Booking.com management. I have proof(s) regarding my request for an additional paid - day - stay, through my conversation on Booking.com platform and my private phone. Never have I ever asked for an upgrade let alone to stay an extra day for free (for my late check out request). I was offered the upgrade since the room was vacant & on the basis that we could stay the whole day on the day we were checking out, since our initial room was booked by other guests on the day of our check out. If the whole issue is just a misunderstanding, why harass me? Why come to my room at 10:30 am asking me to leave the room within 30 minutes? Knowing that the check out time is at 12pm tops?

Wunderbar entspannend!

Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel, das von einer sehr netten griechischen Familie geführt wird. Die Zimmer haben eine grosse Terrasse. Direkt am Meer, Frühstück morgens am Meer mit immer sehr nettem Service. Malia mit unzähligen Bars und guten Restaurants ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Fantastica esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura fantastica, praticamente sul mare. Piscina circondata da comodissimi lettini prendisole e spazi molto vivibili. Bar/Ristorante a completa disposizione degli ospiti tutto il giorno.

Très suite avec panorama exceptionnel, tournée vers la mer

Suite (roof top) avec vue incroyable, spacieuse ( vue mer à 180°, lever et coucher de soleil…) Logement séparé de la plage par piscines et bar !! Lits de plage en quantité adaptée et très confortables Proximité restaurants, à pied 3’ Personnel extrêmement aimable et « aux petits soins » Établissement de petite taille, calme totalement isolé du brouhaha de la zone touristes de Malia

Problème récurrent eau douche enfin de journée ( jusqu’à coupure totale) Wifi plus performant à la plage que sur la terrasse de la suite

UN SEJUR ABSOLUT MINUNAT

Locatia este chiar pe malul marii cu o plaja minunata cu nisip, apa superba si curata. Cazarea foarte frumoasa, moderna si spatioasa dotata cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Mancarea excelenta si personal foarte amabil si primitor. Cu siguranta revenim cat maicurand posibil.

La tranquilite, la gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement dans le village avec possibilité de se promener le soir en toute quiétude. Le restaurant Dressia et son bar à cocktail -même direction-

Perfect relaxing beach front break

Beautiful sandy beach front location with everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Location is great within walking distance of shops and restaurants but nice and quiet. We had a lovely balcony overlooking pool and sea, after seeing a few reviews online we specifically checked which room with the property management and there were no problems. Lovely cocktails at the bar watching the sunset!

Wifi could be a little stronger but was ok for us.

Perfect closing spot for our holiday

Great welcome at a beautiful location by a very warm team! We spent the last day of our holiday in Crete here and we couldn't have spent it at a better place. Lots of sunbeds at the nice pool area with bar and at the sea, a very trendy pergola to provide some shade to eat and have a drink. We loved the very spatious Diaz (family) room at the rooftop, very lofty atmosphere, huge terrace with nice views. A private spot to watch the sunset. We enjoyed every single minute. Big thanks to a wonderful team!

Only small remark: the airco of the second room was a bit noisy (but still ok). But this is a detail.

Great value for money, great reasonably priced food and friendly staff.

We had one of the bigger rooms so we had lots of space including an amazing balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The layout of all amenities including pool, restaurant and access to the beach are great. Easy access to all Malia has to offer. And very good food and reasonably priced.

Some of our groups had a bit smaller rooms with not a lot of space to be in while in the room.

Perfect place for a family to enjoy the pool, the beach, fantastic food and Western Crete.

Perfect place to enjoy the pool, the beach, fantastic food and Western Crete. This was our second time staying here, and it exceeded our expectations. With our rental car, we were able to visit Heraklion, Lissithi, and Agio Nikolaos -- and still enjoy afternoons at the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel right on the sea, clean and welcoming

We loved being right on the sea, with comfy sun beds for the pool and the beach. Lots of space in the family suite. Super friendly and helpful family running the hotel - they gave us great restaurant recommendations for the old town. We had excellent meals in the old town. Would definitely go back.

It was a 15 minute walk to get to good restaurants in the old town, which was no problem, but to get there you have to walk through the 'party' part of town. This was deserted while we were there in April but I can only imagine that it is heaving with drunken tourists during the summer months.

Fab location within walking distance of bars cafes etc but also a lttle set back so not noisy. Beautiful setting, very up market pool and pool furniture Staff were lovely and the room very pleasant

Perfect location, attentive staff would definitely come back.

Excellent location, close enough to the bars and restaurants, whilst being far away enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Facilities were all well kept, even right at the end of the season which was impressive. Well stocked bar and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Some of the towels were a little bit ragged and probably needed to be thrown away, also a cover on the duvet would’ve been nice. Instead of having 2 single beds in the junior suite, it would’ve been nice to have a sofa or seating area instead.

The best place to be.

I really like the place having the beachfront with nice umbrellas for their guests. They had a cafe/bar/restaurant where you can easily order and eat while enjoying the view. The swimming pool was also great to have. The room size was reasonable and they have a mini kitchen area for some optional meal prep. They made sure to have the cleaners come in every day. We originally planned to go around the different beaches of Crete but ended up staying at this hotel most of the time because of its convenience and a nice place to relax without any hassle or stress of finding a beach with umbrellas or renting one. Hospitality was great and we were greeted with welcome drinks of our choice and selected their red and white wines.

Disappointing

Was - One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults) - actually it is too small for 4 adults. Places only for sleeping. No seating area. In the rooms you have only two options - sleep or stand. Feelings like in a small box! Flat-screen TV - does not work Ironing facilities / Iron - by request and completely no places to iron in the rooms, the rooms are too small! Kitchen - very small 1.5m2 applicable only to prepare a tea. Balcony - there was 2 small balcony. Each for 2 persons. No places for 4 adults setting together. Photos of locations/rooms looks very good, the reality very dissapointing. Maximum 3 stars. I am categorically against 4 stars.

A Great place for family stay.

Hotel has nice pool next to beach, great for sunset viewing. Food is pretty good. we ordered breakfast and dinner, both good.

We had family unit with two twin beds and one queen bed. Two full beds are basically one the unit’s hallway, a little tight.
