The facility and breakfast

THE FREE SHUTTLE DID NOT SHOW UP!!! I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS IN WAITING POINT AT THE AIRPORT ARRIVAL. I PAID FOR TAXI TO GET ME TO THE HOTEL!!!!!!

Stay was required but was below expectations

Location, lobby

Front office staff ineffective. Rooms average ( more like a comfort inn in the us) Horrible bed 200 bucks was a waste of money for 1 night

An extraordinary experience which exceeded our expectations.

We loved the greenery around the hotel. The service was super fast and the hospitality was super amazing with high level of respect and security. The food was delicious and clean. Big thanks to all the staff who are contributing in satisfying their customers. Superb experience thanks once again.

Good place if you want to avoid going in to the city. Quick in and out of Hyderabad.

Shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes. Saves you INR 3000/- both ways. The dinner buffet was very good. Even the drinks package was reasonably priced. The gym is fabulous though we didn't get a chance to use it.

Room is really small. Some of staff don't seem well trained and are not classy like you would expect from such a hospitality brand. One waiter refused to give me a wet wipe. Asked me to go over to the sanitising station instead.

Best hotel I stayed in in Hyderabad (I stayed in four).

Location, it was quiet, beautiful breakfast and the interior design lovely. Good the hotel had 24 hr checkin as got in at 2am.

A lot of pollution in the air and didn’t feel like using pool or going for a walk around the hotel. This is not the hotels fault and feel sorry for the state of pollution in India.

Cool n vibrant

Firstly, I booked this hotel as its nearby to airdrop and that was the main reason but when I checked in Isha manager responsible for many things gave me a complimentary premium lounge access the staff was very courteous in the lounge they served cocktails beers n whiskey I was awestruck at the fast service by the staff they were very friendly and asked me every ten minutes if am fine with the service or not they even bought me fresh corn salad which was complimentary I will recommend Novotel airport to anyone who wants to stay here and I thank Dinesh n isha for the hospitality. Thank you so much will surely book n stay at this hotel

One of bad experience with Novotel

The staff, food and location is wonderful.

The room was uncomfortable, the ac had an issue, it was pricey and I felt not worth for the money I spent.

Staff's behavior is not good. I spent around 70000 for one day. But almost staff (including managers) behaving like government officers. Never tolerate this type of behavior. I think they have huge business from the airport, so they are thinking like this

Perfect if you have a morning flight out of HYD

If you are flying out of HYD on any given morning, this is THE place to stay the night before your flight. It is super close to the airport, offers a free shuttle, and has great facilities. Their breakfast is really great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

VIP was in hotel and we with kids also not allowed to enter hotel. hotel didn't make any facility for taking guests inside. Along with luggage we were made to carry from road with koflds and family. That too very late in night. We normally stay in aerocity near airport for late entry or early flight etc..But the hotel did not have proper facility. it was totally unexpected. Guests cannot be made to wait outside at 10 in night with kids.
